Can you make a tall, pale young man with a slender build? He's wearing a traditional business suit, black and white. However, his tie is green, striped black. He's wearing green gloves which go under the sleeves of his suit. His hair is green like Soren's, and he has a tall, black top hat whose stripe (or whatever that coloured band is called) is also green like Soren's hair. He has green eyes and a golden monocle. He's cocking his head and has a face + hair like this; his grin has jagged teeth almost like a shark's. His shoes are like the picture's as well.

Pose: Standing up, arms crossed, cocked head, wide, smirk-like grin, crossing one leg over the other. By that I mean one leg is normal (straight down) but the bottom half of the second leg crosses over the bottom half of the first, and the tip of the shoe rests on the ground. Kind of like this:

Is that something you can do?

Looking alike doesn't mean they're alts. Also, Ma'at used to take the form of her sister, but changed back to her own to match her long hair after getting with David. (The sister had to be added to allow for the backstory to fit with them coming back after the Yander incident.)

Izaya isn't and alt of Third, for example. Dark and Seth aren't alts of Accelerator, for another. Codex are isolated existences because their base species doesn't have more than one Source where they exist. (Pre-Incident) That means there's no way for them to have alts other than Paths which are irrelevant because Source and Path entities/beings can't interact.

All of this was going to be explained in Osiris' meeting in more detail to explain the Post-Incident changes, such as non-pure base species being Codex in the newest generation.
