Well it's Ki+lightning so it should do the job right? Anyway, this has been my favorite character I have ever made
The question is whether you can be here consistently. We have a first person speed posting style that requires hard work and dedication.

This is much better. However, to up the power of his Ninjutsu Artes, I suggest giving the blades and such a plasma or energy aspect to them, perhaps surrounding them, to do more damage, especially to armoured characters.
Plasma is too flashy IMO. If you add an aura to a metal blade, it fixes potential cutting issues as well as prevents it from being absorbed.

Well, I work for someone, so I can't be bothered to follow my own advice. You have no strings, though, so my advice is this: If you're out to help wherever and whenever you can, then do so. People generally don't turn down offers of help in this field of work.
