I want to build a decent gaming laptop sometime. Im giving myself the limit of 700$. Dave-o, what could I do?

Nothing. You essentially have to be an engineer in order to build a laptop. You can build a high end gaming desktop for that budget, though.

Whizz needs to at least stay in the ooc.

It most likely won't be very gameable. I'd have to see the GPU, but decent gaming laptops are top dollar.
