Mewtwo of course is located on the moon, so good fucking luck with that.
Articuno is canonically northern, I believe. But I think they stated that title would catch legends in events, like the games. Mew would be on the moon, Mewtwo on an abandoned island where an experimental failure took place, preferably with a mansion.
