@13org: Okay, um... right off the bat I think the picture is a bit too, um... non-literal? As for her backstory it needs a major overhaul, as the Outbreak Agency is not the type that kills people and experiments on their bodies. ^^;

Let me also throw in a support character to get that part of the cast kicked off.
- Name: Kitagawa Miyu
- Age: 24
- Gender: Female
- Appearance: "H-how does posing like this with this outfit h-help exactly...?" Usually she's in a uniform something like this but it was almost impossible finding a uniformed bunnygirl picture that worked(I might just draw her later).
- Personality: Dutiful, diligent, and dedicated. Miyu takes her work very seriously, believing it's her absolute duty to work as hard as she can and ensure that everything runs smoothly on a mission. However, she is also an easily flustered and somewhat shy individual. She can usually ignore her shyness and push through it in the name of duty, but whenever something remotely embarrassing happens, Miyu tends to stumble into an flustered heap. She is highly embarrassed by anyone commenting on her appearance in any way, which makes the joking title applied to her by some of her subordinates and even a few Outbreakers even more embarrassing. Still, she's a dedicated individual, albeit easily teased. Miyu enjoys works of Japanese literature and romance manga. Finally, she is still on the lookout for any word on the whereabouts of her sister.
- Equipment: Miyu carries a handgun for self defense, and otherwise nothing of note.
- Abilities: Miyu is a youkai, a rabbit youkai specifically. As a result, she is more agile then a human and can take somewhat more damage and heal more quickly, but she is hardly particularly impressive in terms of natural abilities.
- Skills: Miyu his some self-defense experience, but her hand-to-hand skills are quite lacking. However, she is an excellent marksman. Miyu has a good knowledge of computers.
- Brief Backstory: Miyu was born into the Kitagawa family, a rabbit youkai family with close ties to the Outbreak Agency and the JSSDF. She was brought up and educated with intent to work there, as was her sister Himeko(older by a year). However, on a trip overseas, her sister suddenly vanished completely, without a trace. Since then, Miyu has dedicated part of her time and resources, when she's not working for the Outbreak Agency, to trying to discover what happened to her sister. Unfortunately for the rabbit youkai, at least one of her superiors believe Miyu is also useful for "morale-boosting", by dressing her in embarrassing outfits, and has jokingly been referred to as the "Eye Candy Support Leader", much to her dismay.
