@udonoodles Good reference with the name. Anyway, the only issue I have is with the weapon. The Wiki says
"Plasma rifles or plasma casters are high tech weapons firing superheated bolts of plasma" Please bump that down to something less high-tech and more fitting for the start of the RP. Once you do that, you are approved.

"Laser rifles are high-tech weapons that emit a concentrated beam of coherent light, with sufficient wattage to do considerable damage." As well as
"Their relatively new introduction to pre-War America makes laser rifles a fairly uncommon sight and their penetrative power can be a major boon for any faction still using low caliber weaponry or melee." Now don't get me wrong, it makes sense for your character to have one of these weapons since they were part of the Enclave, but for balance issues at the start of the RP, I am asking you to please change it to something less hiigh-tech and more fitting. Once you do that, you are approved.
