Depends, how fast is the speedpost? And what timezone does everyone tend to fall around?

It goes up and down—at best, we post once every 5 minutes or so, but that's not necessarily a consistent thing. When it's active, it levels out around 1 every 10–15 minutes. We all fall around U.S. time; several of us are in Central and several others in Eastern, and then one in Western time.
