Jack launched near the end of the launch line, landing and bringing his beam rifle to bear against a couple of Ginns that he'd managed to catch out of cover. The lasers tore through their standard armor and reduced the units to scrap. He then found his own cover as a counter attack game from another Ginn poking around the corner with it's own rifle. "I thought we were supposed to be taking these guys by surprise." He poked around the corner himself, a few quick shots fired down the street before he slides out of cover and fires the shoulder mounted Shiva railgun at a building to bring it down and slow the enemy advance.

Contrary to what it seemed, Tommy was fully aware of the fact that he'd drawn people in with his music, including one Brunette who seemed determined to come across as only a hard ass with a pair of fighting gloves. To see someone who had been so kind flip a full 180, well, it was sad. However, as the song finished up, she had walked away and so Tommy played a few random jazz notes, making sure the tuning slide hadn't moved during the song, as it sometimes did, before setting the instrument down and leaning to see where'd she'd gone. And it was a short look, as it seemed she was simply taking care of someone she didn't appreciate following her unnoticed. Poor bastard doesn't know what he just signed on for. Stepping away, he waves at the third of the three on lookers, acknowledging the young man's presence before sliding a jacket on, putting his trumpet in it's case and closing the window up and heading out of his room with Amica on his shoulder, going to see if he could find his traveling companion.

Yo @Zarkun, could I request an ETA from you regarding a post from you in response to Olivie's presence? I'd like to gauge whether or not I should respond to Dark Light in the meantime, for I'm loathe to keep him waiting. In fact, I might go ahead and respond to him either way, but I'd still like to know.

Amaya has the elemental advantage, but Ryu has arguably an experience advantage. Suppose we'll see.

I've really planned out Damian's and am JUST starting on getting an idea of where I want to go with James. Honestly, they're the only characters that'll get indepth changes to their magics, because I don't know where I want to go with Jane, Mako's is kinda all it can be, and the other characters are GM characters, not much else.

So there is a time skip coming right? How long of a time skip is it actually? Im trying to figure out how to introduce my character, but if the time skip is a big one I might as well wait until after it I would think.

There's a small one, some RPing leading into and after Christmas, with another couple of small ones, then the big one, so you have plenty of time before the big time skip. Christmas we are shooting to land that arc ON Christmas.
