Tommy nodded in agreement, but didn't speak, handing Amica's and the Ralts' pokeballs to the attendant. Sitting near Cici, he had Beta jump up on his lap and scratched his ears, waiting. He had his own thoughts to preoccupy his time, starting with what Pokemon he was going to catch for a Dragon type. He had always like Garchomp, so maybe he'd catch a Gible. Of course, Dragonite was a good one too, but the land shark Pokemon was just so much cooler.

After a few minutes, Tommy's pokeballs are returned to him and he thanks the attendant, clipping the two balls to his belt. "Well Beta, let's bid Cici good night and head to bed. Tomorrow's definitely going to be a busy day if we're going to catch a Gible." Beta nods in agreement and jumps out of Tommy's lap, allowing the trumpet player to stand and approach Cici. "I'm going to go ahead and call it a night. Meet down here in the morning?"

A little pick me up for those who need it.
@LuckyBlackCat

Tommy nodded, not replying but matching Cici's base. After a few minutes, the village came back into view and soon they were in the village proper, heading for the Pokemon Center. "Welp, with that done, I was thinking maybe we should turn in for the night soon. We haven't gotten much sleep the last couple of nights."

*is waiting with the joke blaster* Let's rock'n'roll already! Also, hi guys XD
It bloody sucks balls

And I was going to get to work on a post but every time I try to open the Ic on my phone the site crashes

So I'll have to wait until I'm home and use my tablet-the page is open, that way I can write a post and save it until the site works properly again

Site's been acting up for me too, so while I hate to say it, don't count on it working on your tablet either.

I just want something to go right. I just want to be given a chance, so I can show what I'm made of. I just really wanted that job. It was perfect. How the hell am I meant to get experience when I'm not given the chance?

I think I've passed troubled

It's how the job market is in the US as well. People want experienced workers over someone who's willing to learn, but that experienced workforce isn't applying because most of them have retired and are done with the work force in general. But they're shafting the younger generation by refusing to hire any of them.
@Leslie Hall@raijinslayer You guys still interested?
In all honesty, no. Under what circumstances does that make any sense? I'm not normally one to argue with a GM about their rules, but that one just doesn't make sense. That would immediately eliminate variation in both strategy and approach, plus there are Pokemon that would never be able to overcome a type disadvantage. For example, Staraptor VS Onix. Staraptor can learn Close Combat, which allows it to overcome the fact that it would otherwise have no moves to deal damage to the Rock type.

Again, I'm not trying to cause trouble or sound like an ass hole, but I sincerely cannot agree with that.
Where? I literally just went through and reread them and saw nothing of the sort.
I seem to recall Larvitar being able to learn Bite. In fact, I know it can for a fact. So why is that an issue? Pokemon learn moves that don't match their typing all the time. Pound and Froakie, Scratch and Charmander, Dragon Claw, and Charizard.
