Actually at the end of Edolas they basically became guilds without magic. Served the same purpose and were also not considered "Dark" anymore
So much spoiler, it hurts. Can I at least be told after what arc the Edolas Arc comes after? I just finished Nirvana and a couple of the in-between episodes.
oh shoot so sorry ^^; I totally forgot. If i'd been thinking I would have put a spoiler tag up >.<

I've been given nothing else to go with. Edo-Trinity would be fine if Edo-Karn's a lady, though. :3 I just want to point something out, right. There are five to ten frames dedicated specifically to Lucy's bust in the opening scene of episode 153. (watching it right now) It's not a slow-pan up her body, which would be excusable (I guess). I don't think it's been... this blatant, before?

Edo-Karn has just been kept as referred as They, their, and such. Just waiting for that moment. And I dunno, sure seems like they like Lucy's boobs.

No, she's always been subject to big tits syndrome. I believe in an early filler Gray switched bodies with her and commented on back pain. Also she's the most fanserviced female in the show. So that's a factor.

I liked that episode. Especially Lucy/Gray switch. Lucy vomiting ice cubes, and Gray constantly trying to take off his/her clothes.

I haven't been talkative today, and I'm doing homework, but on this subject (and because of my procrastination) I wanna give my opinion on fan service. In some cases I enjoy it. Sometimes it serves for comedic fun. I mean if it's done right and it's just shoehorned or thrown in at random points that completely ruin a mood. But something like HighSchool DxD I think it works very well given who the main character is and how it makes for some hilarious moments. If you haven't seen it... Trust me... Hilarious stuff because of boobs and nakedness and stuff XD Also you gotta think about who the anime is aimed towards. Fairy Tail for one is marketed towards a younger male audience as it is shounen. Generally speaking (not a fact for all, just generalizing) most young boys in that demographic would be drawn towards the violence and boobs? Know what I mean? Probably why a seinen anime like let's say Tokyo Ghoul doesn't have much of any of the fan-service.

I don't mind fanservice in my anime. It gets weird when it starts getting loli or too far into the fetish zone, but really it doesn't hurt the show if you think about it. Unless the show is bad. Then fanservice is just another thing to complain about. x3

You'd be surprised by some of the weird and creepy fetishes out there. But that isn't the point. Another isn't really a shounen anime, or marketed towards the same demographic. It's all business. Who you're target audience is plays a huge role. This doesn't mean you always get the audience targeted, but it does apply to the what aspects are accentuated and what's put into what is being created.

Ya know... I think it'd be hilarious if one of our characters hit on themselves unknowingly. Current plausible canidates: Trinity, Karn, and Mayt.
