Well pretty much a middle aged man that smells of nothing but alcohol was able to get the attention of a crowd of people to know that he could get to Nolan to perform how much magic power he has. If you want to see what he said in his announcement, it's here. Then once everyone was outside the city and a safe distance away, Nolan demonstrated how much magic power he could show. Which you can read from his latest post from right here. Hopefully that helps if you want to make a post for Saya.

Hm...you're right, actually. I'd forgotten that. But it wouldn't be out of the question for Sanders to grant her a mark because she'd be acting in Frenzy Plant's name during the 'test', and then if she didn't earn it, revoke it later.
