@ZAVAZggg - Sorry if I've been unable to respond to your queries right away, My presence at the keyboard is intermittent.

As far as the domain of madness is concerned it's quite alright if that's the route you want to go. A couple of gods might have a penchant for madness and Lovecraftian themes but the domain of madness itself does not strictly overlap with their own.

As I've mentioned with Stabby I'm always happy to discuss deity concepts directly if you're curious at to what may and may not necessarily fit into the current cast and lore.

Edit: I'll also note that there may be some domains opening up in the future. The god of treasures is no longer present so that domain is now open. In time we may be looking at Souls and Mystery opening up as well.

Disregard the former question.

When it comes to the player RPing the god of the oceans, do you think he/she would be willing to have the god I'm working on as an old rival? Like maybe in ancient times after Those of The World established themselves, my god waged war against them, believing that it could unlock the secrets of Divine Cords by absorbing the other deities, but was defeated and imprisoned underneath the sea to the east of the world by Van Kurr.

Btw we know that a mortal who grabs a divine cord slowly gets overwritten by the god that would have formed around the divine cord, but does the mortal having been part of the process affect the god in any way, be it through memories or a quirk of their personality?

@Stabby - Yes but that largely depends on how much the Divine Cord has developed. A Divine Cord that has not developed any form of identity of it's own will largely shape itself around it's holder while one that has been a god for a long time will retain a majority of that god's traits upon transference into a mortal's possession.

@ZAVAZggg - I find that retroactively fitting a new character into the narrative creates a lot of issues. Having an old war where the gods all agreed to anything that isn't currently established creates a lot of assumptions which might catch a lot of players off guard and worse yet stands to create plot holes where characters behave as though something which happened never did.

There are ways I can introduce new gods into the narrative but unfortunately I can no longer make those inclusions retroactive. The longer this rp runs the less plausible it becomes that a god was around all along but was somehow unable to be involved in the events transpiring nor acknowledged by the existing cast when deciding their allegiances.

As you might see in the IC there are events where new gods can arise. The current Divine Cord being shaped is the domain of plants.

@Destro1666 - This rp is indeed still open. While new gods cannot be retroactively added to the cast at this state I can always establish events which birth new deities into the realm. If you are interested I'd be more than happy to review your CS application.

Alllright, and a post to what I've been working towards for awhile now. Was going to make it a little more showy, but I'm short on time and tired.

To clarify a few thing, yes, Lazhria may have just become this worlds first 'Summoner' or 'Conjuration' practitioner. Not really magic so much as it more of a Clerical thing for her. And yes, she summoned Iva. A lot less easier than that normally since Iva was both willing and was kind of pushing her towards that.

I do hope that is acceptable.
