I didn't want to assume that she stayed with it after the crossroads

don't worry, your giving me to much credit. I'm more or less just stapling things together from google images. An advantage of using a char with a bazillion pieces of fan art of them that I am enjoying after mainly playing chars form tiny indie games in the other thing like this I am in.

Whew! That was a long post - but unbelievably fun to write! Did a little battle scenario just as an intro sequence.

Also, I leveled up to Level 2! What should I do with it? I'm guessing add a new power right? (Ik it says so in the OCC - amongst two other possibilities - but I just want approval first before doing so)

Haven't read it yet (not enough time before I go pickup my son from daycare) but I skimmed and agree about the music and such. Inspired me to do something similar. After all, what good is a Pip-Boy radio if I don't use it?

Considering Smash Ultimate had 900+ musical tracks in it's arsenal, I thought I ought to add a lil' more to it.

Also, it can set the tone immensely. First theme represents the Rabbids and their comedy antics, before transitioning into an ominous-mechanical theme of Greyman's robots. It gives atmosphere man!

Yes, you get a level point that you can use for a strength or new power. Right now the power has to be one that Geno can attain or originally had before coming here. I'd like you to check the new power in with me for approval, just to make sure all's well. You don't need to spend it at the moment if you don't want, though.

Also, kudos to you for having such a thorough knowledge of Mario & Rabbids, either by playing it yourself or for going out of the way to research it. It's not exactly a well-known title.

That said, reiterating my descriptions (specifically that of the land, and its inhabitants to a lesser degree) in such detail might not be necessary in the future. Plus, while I did give you free reign, you should probably tone down a few factors in the future. A giant robo-heavy is no easy feat to take down, and finding a very strong sniper in the possession of an early-game Rabbid right next to his hiding spot and having Geno hit his first ever shot with it despite not being proficient with firearms, is rather convenient. I wouldn't say I'm too knowledgeable about writing, but a prominent author once said that conveniences to get into trouble are fine, while conveniences to get out of trouble are cheating.

Don't worry about editing, since everyone gets lucky now and then, but bear it in mind going forward. If you have any questions about what's good or not, or want me to chime in with something that might happen in certain situation, I'm happy to help! Either way, the post was highly entertaining.

I really like this quote/idea. Did you get this from one of those author autobiographies or something?

Actually they were tweets from Emma Coats, a director and storyboard artist from Pixar. On second thought I don't know if that makes her especially prominent or an author.

If you want to look yourself, you can find them compiled here: https://nofilmschool.com/2012/06/22-rules-storytelling-pixar

I'll still tell you here regardless:

The next ability I'd want for Geno is this:

Geno Whirl: Geno throws a powerful disk of light that can cut through multiple enemies.

Basically can act like Link's boomerang move or Simon's Cross throw, but a bit more powerful. And no, I'm not going to give the critical percentage of the whole "If timed correctly, the attack will do 9,999 damage." from it's original game BS

It's actually pretty underrated. The game we didn't ask for - yet it was surprisingly original and well-written. While I did not play it, I do remember watching a walkthrough movie of it upon it's release. When this came up, I searched up the movie again and indeed did some more research via the Mario Wiki. That pick of the sniper weapon did come from the wiki itself, hence all the statistics and so forth.

I didn't imply that it was a giant robo-heavy (supposed to be regular sized) but I can definitely see the confusion as why people would see it that way. Hell, even I almost convinced myself it was a giant robo-heavy. And yes, I do admit that was a very convenient situation to have yourself the possession of a rather powerful weapon (which originated from an amibo no-less), however it was all just for a simple narrative. You won't be seeing much of these shenanigans in future posts - especially in the upcoming posts for this one.

But I'm glad you and the others enjoyed it though! Happy to entertain you guys with some quality writing!

Geno Whirl seems good to me. My apologies for misinterpreting the size of the enemy; taking is down in one shot makes more sense now. I appreciate your very reasonable response. There can still be shenanigans from here on out, but my main point is that the crazier you want to be, the more you should check in with me.

Geno's not out of the frying pan yet, so expect more action to come.

Alright - I'll add it in then.

And no worries. You could say it's my fault. Though if I wanted to add in a Giant-Robo-Heavy, I definitely would've hyped his introduction up significantly. Basically, you'd definitely know if he's in the area.

Indeed he isn't - specifically why I left that post open lol

Edit: BTW, the level 2 EXP counter would start at 0/20 or back at 0/10? I'm thinking the former?

BTW anyone in the bowser group, Blazermate is more passively healing people by bouncing her healing beam around. Since she can't really overheal, she wont really be focusing on someone unless they're getting hammered.
