I’m thinking some sort of shifter, alters his body, but things haven’t been to great for him since school. Hit rough times and is probably an unemployed addict.

Depending on how gritty/animated this is supposed to be.


Definitely gritty. A light-hearted tone to start off with, like that whole montage at the start of Far Cry 3 (minus all the California), since it's a reunion and all. However, my biggest inspiration for this was the movie Chronicle, and to a lesser extent the show Haven, so that gives you an idea of the tone.

If anyone hasn't seen Chronicle, I encourage you to do so. It's from 2010 so it'll be available on all kinds of streaming sites. Not required watching, just highly recommended.

If anyone hasn't seen Chronicle, I encourage you to do so.
Loved it! Found Footage plus Superpowers. It was an awesome match-up. For those who haven't seen it, it's the reason Michael B Jordan is a thing. Dane DeHaan was very good in the role, too, and I have a hard time seeing him as anything else but THAT DUDE.

oh yeah, seeing him in amazing spider-man really threw me off (tho it was a similar kinda role).

Whats the pacing of the IC expected to be like when it gets up and running?


Right now, I've got every 2 weeks in mind, but it's entirely adaptable and I'm hoping to discuss what would be best for everyone once all the applications are in and people have been accepted.

I'm actually going to bow out of this RP. Don't get me wrong, I'm still interested and would love to create a character for it and go all out. I just don't think that I have the time right now.

I'll probably sub the thread and lurk around though. Good luck with the RP, it looks really good!

If I manage to get some free time in before the deadline, then I'll consider posting the character I thought of into the OOC.
