@VitaVitaAR So I realised I did a pretty poor job of explaining Ichiro's IES in his profile. I didn't mean to make it sound like his skill only works with projectiles but that's what I did; the way it's described in my last post is closer to the way it actually works. If I need to change either my post or his profile let me know.

Also, since I don't think you answered last time, will there be a discord for this RP?

Suzie is the president of the Fashion Club; it's possible that the high status it has achieved due to her is the reason why all the students of Shiroyama High wear personalized, custom uniforms.

Was something I figured out with @VitaVitaAR during the previous version of this RP and I assume it still applies to this one.

@Cerces22 for what it's worth Kasemchai is rank 11, not zero, and Ichiro isn't the captain of the baseball team, just a regular member. He is their best player though.

Through this process, I've rediscovered how little space I have to kick in my room. Let me know if the body kinetics or IES involved are unclear, and I'll happily try to explain better.

And yeah, Kasemchai had the usual "let's pick on the international transfer student" brigade roll his way in the first few weeks, but they usually scatter after the first foot sweep.

@HereComesTheSnow Well I messed up. I misread his IES; I thought it projected the force in front of attacks, not beyond them like that. That changes things a fair bit.

@King Cosmos Yeah, they essentially carry the force in a manner similar to a projectile to a range of about ten meters or so, effectively doing something similar to the usual ā€œwind pressure feels like the punch or kickā€ trope. Thatā€™s the general idea I was going for, something to work with in the face of "i'm just gonna fucking throw things at this idiot kickboxer". So saying, if Ichiroā€™s IES can detect an attack of that natureā€” basically an invisible projectile with a very short travel time, I see no reason why it wouldnā€™t apply to this. Kasemchai sees it as extremely unlikely that Ichiro will be able to react for all the reasons he listed, but he doesnā€™t know squat about Ichiroā€™s ability.

@RoflsMazoyMaybe I'm being a little too nitpicky but the name "Voltron" isn't going to mean much of anything to most Japanese people. ^^; Go-Lion maybe, but even then it's a lot more obscure in Japan than it is in the west. A better idea would probably be something like Getter Robo or Combattler V or GaoGaiGar or something.
