Healing magic isn't holy, it's just something you can learn. Hell, the thing it's most closely tied to as a specialisation is necromancy because of the more benign parts of necromancy overlapping.

And a few people have dropped out so... sure?

@Lunarlord34 Since I once made a half-elf half-giant... half-human is more expected because that's the main race around, but I don't think anything has changed since then.
