There has to be a Sun Wukong somewhere in Marvel or DC, right? He’s like the single most adapted character on the face of the planet.


Both have.

Surprisingly only relatively recently, though.

Yeah, there actually is one for DC introduced back in 2021. Fought against Darkseid and pushed him and his forces back before he was hit with Omega Beams and fleed to the Phantom Zone to survive.

His clone/son is Monkey Prince.

Garth.

Garth is being exposed on Mercy Reef and left to die, a call back to Aquaman's original/Earth-1 origin, while Arthur is on his way to school.

In a break from my usual "when will Bounce actually get to the action?" we'll be getting to heroics in the next post.

Been playing around with a few different concepts, and I think I've got something. A character that can provide a ton of different interactions.

After all, the last few characters I've played always end up isolated from everyone else.

Excellent touch naming him Ryan after the Smallville Ryan who was like Clark's little brother until the show killed him off.

Oh yeah, that character highly inspired the idea but different dynamic with them being the same age. Except one is now the birth son and the other is the 'special' son.

Will be fun to explore.

I'm sure you'll figure out something. There's still plenty of characters to play with, like Iron Man or Wonder Woman.

I'm sure you could also hitchhike off of one of our concepts if something in what we came up with catches your attention.

Nah I gotta push the envelope. I decided if I'm going to keep playing these games I gotta atleast push my writing skills.

My issue is lack of sleep makes the thinking part hard
