I'm currently in the process of maybe contemplating doing a "Hero takes over other heroes mantle" But a Marvel character taking over a DC mantle, or viseversa. I'm currently thinking maybe:

*Pietro Rasputin is sick of the Brotherhood, sick of humanity, sick of everyone and everything. Everything is just too slow, the wheels of time, the politics, everyone refusing to listen to each other. Running away from everything he ever knew, he finally runs into a man who moves as fast as he does. Wally West takes the young Pietro under his wing and Pietro has to learn that just because the world doesn't move as fast as him, doesn't mean it's not still moving towards something better.
*Al Rothstein finds out that Terry Curtis, his grandfather, used to work with a "Doctor Hank Pym" in order to find out more about growing and shrinking using atomic power. This lead to the discovery of Pym Particles and his grandfathers mysterious disappearance. Al goes to Hank and working together, he becomes The Ant Man in order to hunt down his grandfather, all the while stopping this mysterious villains that are now threatening the world. Ultra-Humanite and his minion, Cyclotron.
*Magik gets the Helmet of Doctor Fate (And Illyana being pissed that he won't just give her power without taking over. They develop an Eddie-Venom relationship)
*Michael Carter works at the Superhero museum of 2442 stumbles across the suit of one of the greatest heroes of all time as well as a time machine. He decides he'll turn his life around by going back in time and becoming this greatest hero... Arriving back in the 2020's, he decides he'll become The one and only, SPIDER-MAN!!! Then he finds out that the one and only Spider-Man already exists... But the suit is too cool... So, he becomes The One and Only BLUE BEETLE!!! Then he gets attacked by one Ted Kord wanting to discuss copyright issues... And a friendship the likes of which has never been seen is born...
*Detective Chimp and Lockjaw found the Legion of Superpets.
*Instead of being found as a young man by Jamal Afari, Blade was found by John Henry Irons who built him a suit of armour to fight those Vampires.
*Bailey Briggs got written back into reality but without his spider-powers. Things seemed to be as low as humanly possible for him... Until he finds his way into a myserious cave with an old man who tells him "My name is Shazam. Speak my name and i will give you the powers of the gods..."
*The father of Jessica Drew's baby is revealed... It's Guy Gardner who just buggered off to Oa to become a Green Lantern. Jessica's greatest hope is that one day, she will get to Oa and drag him back to take some damn responsibility... That hope is strong... Too strong... A Blue Lantern ring finds her and Jessica sets off on a trip across space. The Quest to Kick Guy Gardner's Ass! But will Hope be enough?

I did have it as an idea that Thor believes he's a mutant(if they're known about) or a metahuman if you want some Wolverine/X-Men and Thor stories.

Y’know what, I do think of the entire world acknowledging mutantkind’s existence for my Wolverine sheet, possibly as far back as either the first or the second World War. Sounds like Thor can either be the first mutant or the first inhuman, whichever you have in mind for him. I’m always open for Wolverine/Thor collab if you wanna, though 👍🏻

Okay, after a day off and two days of brainstorming ideas for either TMNT or Genosha, I am honestly stuck on picking one because I like both rough concepts that I came up with equally. I'd like to hear your thoughts and see how well they align with the overall story. Based on the feedback, I will select one concept to focus on. If you don't mind, you can review my incredibly rough draft of ideas below.

TMNT, but the Hamato Clan is an integral part of the League of Assassins. [+]

The Hamato Clan dwindled in size, wealth, and influence compared to their peak in the Edo period. But it was their ability to adapt to whatever situation presented itself that enabled them to last into the late 20th century. Hamato Yuuta faced the same dilemma that had cursed his ancestors when a simple offer was proposed by The Demon: join his League of Assassins willingly or be forcefully assimilated.

Whatever honor remained died, but it was a calculated move that had been done countless times centuries ago. It was how the Hamato Clan survived the Sengoku period, thrived during the Edo period, and consolidated its power in the Meiji era. And as a reward for their cooperation, the league granted them greater autonomy and access to resources that were normally restricted to sub-organizations. The privilege wasn't squandered.

>On his deathbed, Yuuta believed he had brought honor back to his clan. He left the world comforted that his sons were destined to usher in a golden age. Hamato Yoshi leads the Hand clan while Oroku Saki leads the Foot clan upon their father's death. Almost immediately, the already existing sibling rivalry intensifies to the point that it begins to affect their efficiency. And it all comes to a head one day.

Yoshi goes back to the surface in an attempt to contact his clan for help, but it ends with a cop firing on them out of fear and sheer incompetence. Yoshi decides right there and then to rise and teach them via exile.

Charles Xavier's dream of assimilation and coexistence was always a foolish, naive notion conceived by a desperate man seeking answers. And when it was put to the test, humankind revealed its true colors in a hideous manner their thoughts of the dream. But ever such the idealist, Xavier never faltered for his dream. His closest friend disagreed and began sharing a more realistic dream, one of subjection to mutantkind as a means to pave the way for the next stage of evolution: the Homo superior. And when it was also put to the test, it not only saw grand-scale devastation but also gave humans ammunition to further spread prejudice about mutants. He realized right then and there that his dream had a fatal flaw.

Magneto left his previous life behind him in order to find the solution to that flaw. Unlike Xavier, though, he didn't have a manor or the wealth and influence to preach to a wider audience. Nevertheless, that did not stop him from trying.

>His original teachings leads other mutants to band together and form a brotherhood. Magneto emerges from hiding to reveal himself to his followers, who vote for him to lead. Fought with Professor X and his X-Men several times. Short-lived. Magneto goes into a self-imposed isolation to recontextualize his dream.

Instead, a different dream is introduced, one where mutantkind must make use of its gift for the sole purpose of survival. Oooo... Sounds like somebody is cooking here. I got a question, though, does Magneto declaring the Republic of Genosha mean every mutant is going to reside there like it’s the Krakoa era?

I’ve also been thinking of having Wolverine eventually joining the X-Men later down the line, but rn, the plan is to have him live in solitude till something triggers him to leave his comfort zone (possibly one of his arch nemesis).

Nothing extraordinary ever happens within El Paso, the most interesting recent change being that Kord Industries has recently opened a brand new state of the art facility in the town, opened by Ted Kord himself. Promising innovation and financial growth for the small town. In the middle of the night, Jaime was skating across the parking lot to get to Tyes house when he heard noises from the top floor of the facility. Looking up in awe, his eyes widened in fear as he noticed beams of energy lancing out, windows shattered and broken as stuff fell from the top floor. Hints of white, black, blue and gold. Until eventually, there was an explosion, a scalding small blue object came crashing from the window. It seemed to glint and glisten in the dark night, as he picked it up it felt cool to the touch. Legs unfurled from beneath it, as it crawled along his arm. A shooting pain as it clawed its way into his back. The last thing he remembers. Sam is a normal teenager from Carefree Arizona. He grew up with stories of his dad, known locally as the most inept janitor in the history of Carefree High. As he grew older, Sam started to realise that his dads stories were just stories. A mighty space warrior, travelling the galaxy fighting aliens by the side of other aliens. Soldiers enlisted and chosen to be the protectors of truth, liberty and justice throughout the cosmos. It was very clear that his father was just trying fill his head with wonder and excitement. One bad day, his dad disappeared. Just vanished. His mother told everyone he wouldn't just abandon them, he wouldn't just leave his wife and children. Nobody believed her; everyone thought that all the nonsense in his head, the stolen valour, had finally pushed him into doing something stupid. Over time, Sam too came to believe it until, one day, while out skateboarding (without a helmet), Sam fell and ended up in the hospital. When he awoke, at the foot of his bed stood a dog in a spacesuit. Head trauma hallucinations were weird. P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) __________________________________________________________________________________ With Jaime and Sam I want to tell two origin stories, intertwined and bound together. Two very different tales. Jaime is going to have to combat with the prospect of being a tool of the Reach, whereas Sam is going to have to deal with his missing father and the legacy that he left behind as a Nova.

I understand we have to have the contractual once-a-game Transformers request, but when that inevitably gets shot down why do we also have to have the 'throws eight ideas at the wall and tries to crowd-source his sheet', instead of you just picking the idea you like the most/want to do the most, writing a passionate sheet, and applying?

If it's not off-the-wall like TMNT or Transformers or Sonic the Hedgehog idk why you wait for permission. Just write the sheet and see if it makes it.

@Sep The Corps as a whole lot, they really only know the Green Lantern during the time Alan was a Lantern, so if you have something you want to do with them just keep me in the loop and it will alright

@Roman Honestly, because i've been on the go as well as ill these last few days and mostly i just shotgun out writing down idea's to try and spark some motivation. Most of the time i just delete it, but sometimes i just post it.

Honestly, i'm going to get some decent sleep and then most likely either go with Quicksilver/Kid-Flash or Bailey Briggs Shazam one.

Pietro as KF is one of those concepts that makes sense that for some reason we E never really touched on before.
