AH HA I remember what my question was (4 days late *shot*)

How will Laguz transformation take place? Will it be instant like in games and preserve whatever the person is carrying (like clothes) or will it be more like a werewolf, spouting fur and changing shape over a short time? Might be problematic with changing in a fight while wearing armor though. Or anything for that matter.

I'd say transformation will be like in the games. Wouldn't want anyone to revert and uh... yes.
At the very least, laguz do not wear armor.
