Curiously, they are never depicted as either male or female, often appearing with traits of either. One thing across all his depictions however, is the gods lack of facial features.

Cy'Lathak, The Library of Eternity
Located far, far, away from civilization at the supposed edge of the world sits Cy'Lathak. A place where all the knowledge of the world supposedly converges and is cataloged, filed away by The White Star. One can reach it without divine guidance, but it is hidden from the world beyond a frigid sea, beyond a primordial forest where vicious, ancient beasts roam, past vicious white storms, all with puzzles and challenges only those with wit and insight could win against. Only those with a true lust for knowledge will ever reach it, and Cy'Lathak will welcome any such person.
In truth, Cy'Lathak itself sits not in the mortal world, but a fracture between it and the void. On the edge of madness and clarity, the precipice upon which all knowledge in the world ends up, eldritch and terrible or otherwise. The entrance is located on a small, frigid island far to the north where the only people Iva has given their temporary patronage live. The entrance is carved into a massive wall of ice that spans the length of the entire island the people call 'The Wall of Hlakth'. Multiple entrances exist within its cavernous, icy walls, but none are so easily accessed. Attempting to scale the icy wall to access the Library will only lead to failure.
The Library itself is a simple, single building for now...but surely, as more knowledge is generated, it shall become grander. History, mortal achievements...scientific discoveries.

Iva'Khrorh is about as stable as a nuclear reactor. The god can't help itself, in their constant lust and striving for all knowledge, his sanity seems to have taken a bit of a hit. Perhaps it was never there to begin with. Regardless, they desire one thing, and one thing only. Knowledge above all, no matter what it is or how it is attained. It's view on its siblings, could simply be described as uncaring. If he takes interest in another god, it is surely because he is plotting something.
Iva'Krorh seems to take great pleasure in meddling in the affairs of mortals and other gods, offering them knowledge for a price, or simply seeing what a peasant would do with the power to slay kings. He often simply observes, looking for opportune moments to give people knowledge that would change the status quo. His direct interest however, is difficult to achieve, but if they have deemed something interesting, they will refuse to let it go until they have thoroughly exhausted it.
The only people who currently have the fickle gods interest, is a small settlement upon the frigid Isle that has become known as 'White Dawn'. The people seemed to have been there for quite some time, living in icy huts, running constantly from the beasts that stalked the Lyssian Forest and hunting what meager food and berries they could scrape up. Seeing an opportunity, the god took it.
It gave them knowledge, for a price. It taught them the miracle of fire and basic tools. Needless to say, his interference greatly assisted these people. The price paid? Once every winter, a single person shall attempt making the trek to Cy'Lathak.
None of these people have yet to make it to the mythical Library. The people of White Dawn are near unshakable in their faith, and believe that once one makes the trek, they shall be granted even more knowledge.

Appearance: Ferron appears as a towering figure. He almost always wear muddy cloak that completely obscures his body and hides his face with magical darkness, except whenever he is underground or within Deep Castle proper. His outer ward appearance otherwise is not particularly supernatural, except his figure is picturesque, and is without blemish. However he is not completely human either, as his bones are made of tungsten and his blood is mercury.
Realm:
Biography: Born deep below the planet's surface, Ferron felt comfort in the earthen embrace. However he is not one for inaction, he found himself drawn towards both the planet's core and its surface. However he felt a barrier preventing him from reaching the core, and thus he bored his way towards the surface. However, as he broke free of the dirt, he immediately missed the comfort it provided, however he was not one to move backwards and so he ripped a patch of ground and formed it into a cloak. He now seeks to constantly satiate his desire to build and shape, while also moving towards his long-term goal of piercing the veil that prevents him from the planet's core, which he believes his rightful claim.
Ferron is patient and meticulous, hard to please but also slow to anger. However the quickest way to upset him is by destroying or tampering with one his works. He is able to overlook slight transgression against his great projects, but he can be very defensive of them.
He is slow to form an opinion on a subject, and even slower to change his opinion on something subject, except whenever it comes to great projects. He can still be cautious of taking or changing a stance, but that is the easiest way to force him to do so.
He has a certain degree respect for mortals, but expects them to earn his favor with care and diligence as opposed to flattery or sacrifice. Prayers are meaningless to Ferron, and sacrifices will often be ignored. To honor Ferron to shape earth and metal,to dig deep into the earth, to exchange valuable items, to take something and make it better.

The otherworldly domain of Ferron, the deep castle is divided into layers, with the first two being physical locations within the mortal world, and every layer beyond that being within its own realm. Each layer below the Stone Layer is considered Deep Castle proper.
The Dirt Layer is above the surface of the mortal realm, and appears as a simple dirt hovel. There is nothing of note about this layer.
The Stone Layer is hidden below the Dirt Layer, and is a giant room composed of carved stone. It houses a giant stone door that bars entry to the deeper layers of the Deep Castle. In addition, it is defended by four metallic golems, each composed of one of the following : bronze, iron, silver and gold. Each layer below this point is part of Deep Castle proper.
The next layers, in order, are bronze, iron, silver, gold, and platinum. Each one is used to store metallic items of a specific type which Ferron holds in high regard. Hayim possesses only a single form, which he uses for every interaction and occurrence. He is by far the smallest god, only standing at 12 inches in height and weighing 20 pounds. He resembles a flower without a stem, the leaves acting as legs while the Anther act as both eyes and manipulators. The space behind the petals can be used to hold items or grow small fruits, which gives Hayim an appearance similar to a hermit crab.
Realm:
Akhuz, The Endless Meadows.
A realm that requires both divine guidance to reach, as well as to leave. To enter, any divine being that has been approved of by Hayim must simply touch another being while walking into any living plant that is large enough to hold the both of them, such as a tree or bush. Akhuz itself is, as it's name implies, an endless expanse of tall grass and flowers. Trees and bushes, which can be used to exit Akhuz in the same method as entering, are liberally sprinkled throughout the realm. These trees are overburdened with delicious fruits, and vegetables or plant matter of nearly any kind can be found within the confines of Akhuz.
Any mortal being that enters inside of Akhuz is instantly cured of all injuries and disease, the most potent and incurable of illnesses or conditions fading away instantly. Beings within need not eat, drink, sleep, or even breath if they do not wish to, but they may do so for enjoyment. Even aging is paused while they reside within Akhuz, leaving normally mortal beings immortal. Leaving Akhuz will not return the diseases or injuries that have been healed (unless they are divine in origin), but the target will be aged based on how long they remained in Akhuz, which could result in instant death.
Beings that reside within Akhuz slowly lose the use of their negative emotions - after a year of time, they will be incapable of getting angry enough to even defend themselves from attack, making permanent residents into pure pacifists. While this effect takes a year for mortals, it could take decades for foreign divine beings, and hundreds for actual gods. Hayim welcomes any into his realm, and regularly sends his own divine beings to search for any who wish to enter.

Hayim rarely acts with any ulterior motives or actions, and he refuses to do anything that would cause another being discomfort. This behavior puts him at odds with his siblings very often, especially the more destructive and malevolent ones. Despite this, Hayim will never directly oppose his siblings plans or activities, as this might hurt their feelings - he might even assist them in some ways, if they ask. He can always find positives in others, and is very fond of compliments (Both giving and receiving). He will regularly heal any and all people he encounters, especially those that were harmed by divine conflicts or intervention, and firmly opposes wars and conflicts among the mortals.
Hayim's childish personality results in him lacking a good understanding of the world around him - he is naive to most things, and his only real goal is to minimize suffering and pain that is experienced in the world. He is easy to frighten, despite the fact that he has incredible regenerative abilities because of his domain and physiology, and loneliness and negative emotions affect him especially well. While residing in Akhuz does help with this weakness, he is one of the few beings in existence that is immune to it's permanent effects, leaving him very vulnerable to mental and emotional damage and abuse - very fitting due to his childlike nature. He is easily excitable, and willing to do anything if it makes even one person happy.
While his willingness to help people is a major driving force, Hayim refuses to do any action, or assist any action, that could result in a sentient beings death. Hayim's extreme fear of isolation and being left alone have resulted in him, despite being one of the youngest gods, having created some of the most divine beings - usually docile animals, such as the Whail and the Rabbird. These divine beings are almost always created to aid mortals in some way, usually by being an excellent source of food or medication. Hayim, mentally, is akin to a young child, with his previously stated lack of understanding of the world being his primary weakness in life. He is very averse to intense thought and activities that require massive investments of time and energy to enjoy, instead preferring simple play and aiding mortals.

Territory: In a mountainous land to the west lies her domain on earth. Many spell casters have lived here, since the beginning of man. The people call it the Teeth of Madness, due to those without magic having a small chance of surviving there, often disappearing, never to be seen again.

Personality: Dirka is an intelligent being, always experimenting with magic to create new things. She does however do seem-ably random acts just for the hell of it, and constantly do things that people don't understand. She does have morals and doesn't like really evil things or the miss-use of magic, and often sends the souls of evil casters to a place in the Rift that breaks minds and torments the people that miss use magic. Those that piss her off are likely to have a very bad and/or short life. She loves anything that invents something new. It's the best way to get on her good side.

I have also created a list for that page with three categories: Those of The World, Those of Man and Those Who Came After. Basically those of the World are all the oldest gods, all born roughly close to one another in time span. Those of Man came shortly after them, gods and goddesses formed from domains born of humankind. Lastly there are Those Who Came After which are the youngest, coming after all the others. You are all free to discuss with others in the same bracket where you stand with one another age-wise but this is the general setup as far as determining who or what came when.
@ReusableSword - You are welcome to put forward a CS or even a WIP-CS to claim the domain for now. I must note that your god cannot have more than one domain to start. There will be opportunities to claim additional domains within the rp itself once underway but in the beginning everyone only gets one. I look forward to seeing your god nonetheless.

Domain: God of Fire
Appearance: Ragnagedon has two forms. His God form is rarely seen, even though it is his "true" form. In fact, humans have a greater chance to see him in this form than his siblings. As it is the form he uses to speak and hear what others say. Thus humans willing to receive the benediction of the Fire God may see his true form. His siblings are seemingly less willing to take his blessings or hear his words. They call him mad, dangerous and destructive.

Verzak is not hard to find. In fact, one does not need any divine guidance to reach it. They do have to be prepared. It is located in the middle of a vast, terrible desert. Literally crowned by huge, stone spires. Within the heat is unlivable. As unwarded, unprotected flesh would literally sizzle and melt over time. The ground if broken and fissured. Massive rivers of lava change their course constantly and large volcanoes explode and get reduced to rubble. The winds are ever bellowing the eternal flames and carry the blackened clouds of ash around. The land is eternally changing. No building could stand here for long. Within Ragnagedon rules from the only constant in this cursed land. A massive volcano towering over all others. Within are his vast chambers filled with lava and place for whatever divine objects, creatures or other things.
Personality:
Ragnagedon is often considered a mad god for his own beliefs. While it is a fact that nearly all gods were born from Chaos, he does not hold that as truth. No, he was made by Life and Death. Yet hates both of them with a fiery conviction. While amongst the older ones of his siblings, Ragnagedon has not yet found a way to enrage his father, Death. However, there are many legends of him bringing ruin to life to spite his mother. Ragnagedon is utterly indiscriminate in his destruction. Child or elder, it does not matter. When the blue fire dragon descends all perish in a fiery blaze. Luckily for the common folks, Ragnagedon has only descended twice upon the world so far.
While he is a very violent god, he is not a god without his own sense of twisted love. The forsaken and the desperate appeal to him. For they have nothing left to lose but their lives. Name: Naswaru, The Relentless.
Domain: The Hunt
Appearance: Taking the form of an apex predator, Naswaru is rather large. With a massive 35 foot wingspan of thick bat like wings and standing nearly 8 and a half feet tall. He is intimidating to most. That combined with his sheer predatory presence can make even the fearless cower or at the very least be wary in his presence. The form he took also has thick armor like scales that can change color, razor sharp claws and teeth to rend flesh and bone, as well as multiple eyes and keen senses to track prey and observe from afar.

Realm: Voctao, Home of the Wilds.
Naswaru finds his home in the deepest of forests and among the vast plains. His home can be accessed by deep caves where animals and beasts find shelter. The only two ways to access his realm is to either be invited by Naswaru personally. Or by tracking a beast or animal into his cave that the creature calls home. That being one of the beasts he created.
The inside of his cave is rather large and has multiple different landscapes and biome's. These range from snow covered mountainside’s to warm swamps and deserts. Each housing unique beast’s intent on attacking any foe who may come after them. These natural landscapes also have their own weather but all remain perpetually dark with the only light source coming from a full moon that hangs in the sky. All of these areas provide ample opportunity to both the hunter and the hunted to strike and test their skills against one another. Survival of the fittest reigns supreme here.
However, if one were to slay the beast that they came after. They would find the cave to become rather peaceful and welcoming. Once they have proved themselves, the victor would be allowed to rest and be healed before being sent out. If it were a human or a party of humans that slayed one of Naswaru’s strongest beasts, Naswaru himself would greet them and bless them with gifts. Telling them that their tribe would find good fortune for a time while hunting.
Towards the back of his massive hunting grounds lays a table-top mountain where he lives. This place is where he cares for and raises his beasts. Grooming them to be strong and powerful giving those gifts and adaptations to counter the adaptations of the others, so they can continue to grow through their evolutionary arms race.
Biography: Although powerful in his own right and looking rather dangerous. Naswaru is actually quite kind and caring in his own way. He seeks to test Humans and beasts alike, forcing them to adapt and use their cunning and intelligence to survive and thrive. At his core he wishes to see them become stronger and smarter even if it means it portrays him as a bad guy or a monster.
Naswaru is responsible for the increase in ever stronger beasts and their growth rate, at times even culling some if they become overpopulated. He isn’t one of the oldest gods, but he’s not the youngest either. Being born of the hunt he came about as the first humans started their hunt for the beasts and as the beasts hunted them. Naswaru tends to get along rather well with his kin, occasionally helping or molding certain creatures for them. However, he mostly keeps to himself. When he is not taking care of his beasts or hunters he takes flight during the night to enjoy the natural world around him and seek out stronger beasts and humans to hunt and test them.
Misc: If a creature he likes is given a name by him, he will do anything in his power to protect it. For if he does name one of his creations, it's because he sees it almost like a friend more than anything. Those creatures live atop his mountain with him.

I've got Oao up and I'll be working on the IC post. I'll probably have it up in about three days largely because I want to make sure everyone's got their character up and reviewed to be accepted before I start. I'll have it written up sooner then but the actual submission will come no later than three days from now. The opening post will largely deal with Oao since I want to let everyone set themselves up without much interference from myself for the first round of posts.

Val'dun, the False Mirror
Hidden deep in the Surkesh jungles southwest of the main continent lies the realm of the Father of Lies. Val’dun is difficult to define, its true nature is always shifting depending on the perception of those who enter it. At its core is a circular maze of mirrors surrounded by unnatural mist to obscure the truth from any who seek to pierce through the great lie. There is no throne, no great seat of power here as Iarus simply walks through unfettered observing those he allows to enter.
On its surface however Val’dun takes on the appearance of an abandoned temple hidden within dense foliage of the jungle island. In the deepest depths of this temple lies an single mirror made of imperfect glass which houses many flaws and cracks upon its surface. As Iarus grew in power he discovered that the temple continued to shift and change to fit his whims.
Biography:
Born of the first lie told in creation, Iarus considers himself to be the oldest of his siblings and will often attempt to flaunt this to any and every one in creation. He is quite often skirting around the shadows of humanity, and divinity, twisting and manipulating those he sees for his own ends. Often scavenging the spoils of those fight and die due to his schemes, he is often devising plans to usurp power from other gods.
A jealous and devious god, Iarus is often desiring the power of some of his stronger siblings and will often torment those he deems worthy of his attention. Mortals, while his favorite tools, are seen as just that. He enjoys twisting humanity to his schemes but finds them lacking and real abilities being too weak with lifespans that amount to practically nothing.

Misc:
The jungles of Surkesh are a dense tropical jungle split in half by an unnamed mountain range. Most of the area has not been touched by human hands and as such the natural wildlife has grown unchecked and strange. Through out the thick natural growth there are strange ruins that seem to predate anything known leaving the whole area surrounded in mystery.

@A Lowly Wretch - I've updated Ragnagedon. Not too much changed, he's still very much insane. I've left the idea of him believing he is born of Life and Death in, despite not really knowing if those gods actually exist. If they don't that probably makes him even more insane.

Iva would be quite...interested in the Arcane. Plus, seeing as they're both beings of knowledge that like inventing things and such, I could see them getting along pretty well. Or perhaps rivals?

Somler
Domain: the Unknown
Somler is the god of all things not known. He is the chaos of mystery, the fear of enigma, the potential of an empty canvas. He embodies the mortal lack of understanding regarding the world. He draws power from the unformed places, from unknown rules, from the mystery of the world. The unanswered questions. In this way, he is the absolute enemy of knowledge and understanding.
Realm: The lost lands
Vast swathes of forest, shadowy underground realms and even twisted urban centers. The Lost Lands are everywhere and nowhere. Space has little meaning in this place, which is always covered in mist and shimmering halflight. Those who are lost, those who wander without purpose, or those who seek to explore the hidden corners of their world. All of these have a chance of finding the many secret paths into the Lost Lands, which lie like a maze between the realms of other gods. In all the places nobody's looked yet.
Biography:
A force for neither good nor evil, Somler was born from the confusion of the first gods. Their great power, and their failure to comprehend the nature of their own existence. From the first mystery did he crawl forth, hiding in the shadows of the brilliance of his brethren. Somler eternally questions the nature and purpose of his existence, and perhaps he is doomed to ignorance. He fears mankind and his brethren, knowing that piece by piece they slay him with their growing knowledge. And yet he is also strangely envious of them. Somler is a confused god, seeking to find his place in the world.
