“Distracting them, I guess.” Reiko winced as she watched Ruruka simply barge her way onto the stage, invading the singer’s personal space and interrupting the performance before subtly insulting their music all in the space of a few seconds. “Antagonising people counts as distracting, right?”

She had to pull herself away from the gap in the door to face Harumi again, a large part of her not wanting to look away from the trainwreck that was about to take place just a few meters away from them. She hurried over to where the hoodies with the emblem for something called ‘Muse’ on it where hanging on hooks and pulled it on over her brightly coloured jacket. “We might not need these now, but it’s better than nothing. Let’s get out of here before that girl gets us all caught.”

The meat tasted fine. In fact, rather high quality! It was definitely not a mistake to take a bite! Juicy or something. It tasted really good.

After Kotoki got up, she'd hear the door that was more or less behind her open up. If she or the others looked, they'd notice a small little red digimon walked in and basically ignore everyone as it climbed up and grab a chunk of meat. "Gah, I hate those concerts." The little thing said, taking a bite of the food and walking over to the computer thing. He then bumped into Kotoki. His face didn't register shock or anything as he looked up. "Huh, black. Weird." He then bumped into the girl's leg again. This time he jumped back, finally realizing he wasn't alone. "What the hell!? People!? Shouldn't you all be at the concert!?" He asked, looking odd about it. "Well, who the hell am I to judge." He shrugged, moving his hands in a motion to get Kotoki to move out of his way. Whether she did or not he made it around her and to the console.

The Elecmon touched his tails to the console and shocked it before jumping up in the chair to get to the keyboard. "You kids hate her music too?" He asked, looking between them all. "The kitchen is the perfect place to get away. Other humans don't usually come here so it'll be perfect."

As Ruruka moved on stage, she'd notice that the crowd was QUITE sizable. That and it started to quiet down. "Get off the stage you broad!" Someone yelled. Siren herself went quiet mid-song as she turned towards Ruruka. Her face initially showed shock as it turned to anger. Her teeth grinded together and her hands clenched.

"Get..." She breathed.

"GET OFF MY STAGE YOU BIMBO!" Siren yelled, staring daggers into the girl of Rashomon. "GET! OFF!! MY! STAAAAAGGGGEEEEEE!!!!!!!" She yelled again before punching and kicking Ruruka repeatedly, trying to force her off the stage. They weren't much, really. Very weak one might say.

The Etemon walked over to Siren and put his hand on her shoulder. "Take it easy, Si." He said before pushing Ruruka hard and out to the crowd.

"Tie her up so I can interrogate her later!" Siren yelled, tears coming to her eyes. She didn't seem to be concerned with what might have also appeared backstage as she continued her songs, this time singing about dumb bimbos.... Or whatever might qualify as a song. Etemon rushed back over to where he was and started playing along with her.

Currently, Ruruka was crowd surfing to the back of the crowd. With an Arukenimon waiting to tie her up.

It took Issei a few seconds to realize what he most likely feeling pressing against his head, but when the realization came he blushed and immedialelty convinced himself that he had to be wrong. A bit later both girls were off of him and he was getting up himself only to accidentally notice Kotoki's underwear and wondered whether he was lucky or unlucky.

When he noticed the other girl eating some of the meat of off the tree he was about to summon his Garurumon to share some with him, using it as a distraction to give himself time to cal down. Before he could take out his Digivice again a red Digimon showed up complaining about concerts. "I wouldn't say I hate music but for me personally the lyrics are more important than the melody. I did use to be a minor fan that guy though." Issei said pointing at a poster of the guy in KISS make up and emphasizing the words "used to be". "Anyway is it okay if I take some of that meat for my Digimon?"

"This is good!"

"Heh, I'm glad." Shion said as she handed a meat to Ludo.

Zuba looked over at Elecmon. "Black? What's black?"

"And what music are you talking about?"

Shion walked over to the computer and looked at the screen, watching what Elecmon did. As she did, Zuba grabbed more meat and gave some to Ludo while eating the rest himself, leaving only a few pieces on the tree.

"Heri, change of plans. I need you right this second. Rexy I need you to be ready for a fight."

"Got it!" the two Digimon's voices came through. There was a momentary pause before Heri warped beside Harumi, rifle in hand.

"We got a situation?"

Harumi nodded, pointing out at Ruruka as she was crowd-surfed towards the back. "Someone decided to be impulsive and got caught. We need to grab her, and get the hell out of here." Heri peeked out before giving a toothy grin to his Tamer.

"Remember, no Russian."

"Don't even think about it. We have to assume that everyone in there has a Digimon, and that at least one of them is tougher than you and Rexy." Harumi glanced at Reiko. Was it just her, or was it getting harder to breathe. "Got any ideas?"

"Hmm?"

Kotoki noticed the door opening behind her, making her turn around to look.

It's an... Elecmon?

Before she could say anything, the Digimon had walked right into her, inadvertently flipping her skirt up with its head as it was quite shorter than her.

"W-what are you doing?" Kotoki had to restrain herself as she blushed in anger. "Concert? I have no idea what you're talking about. And you know, it's terribly rude to do that to a girl, peeking up her skirt like that," she lectured. "Even if you're a Digimon, you should know better."

"Only if you promise to not do that again, I would let you through," she demanded, once he saw it trying to get to the console.

Only for it to simply circumvent her altogether.

"H-hey, listen to when people are talking to you!" She huffed.

Immediately however, her anger stopped, replaced by curiosity as the Digimon actually turned on the previously dead console. Ah, of course! It used its own electricity to power it on! How could I have not thought of that?

Then again, it's not like I got anything who could turn it on...

"So, this console is yours?" she asked. "And yes, I dislike concerts. What a waste of time and energy, to attend anything like that, when you can just listen on the music anywhere else on your own."

Ruruka's first thought, was that this girl was utterly adorable. As she was flailing and demanding Ruruka get off her stage, the wealthy heiress could only watch with amusement. An adorable little kitten, really, was what this girl reminded her of. And then she was promptly insulted and shoved off stage. A reaction most people would have expected. Ruruka though? Considering her mildly self centered and spoiled upbringing, she had been expecting a mildly different reaction.

Hm.

Oh well, this was a curious happening either way. Soon she had already been surfed across the crowd, coming face to face with an Arukenimon. An odd looking digimon to be sure, but also equally fascinating.

"...Hm, curious. Having a crowd of people carry me was quite an interesting experience I could get used too." She flashed one of her small smiles to the Arukenimon. It might have become obvious Ruruka had zero sense for danger or common sense at this point, or if she did, she really, really didn't care. "I don't suppose you'd let me stay and watch the show?"

“Ah.” Reiko peered over Harumi’s shoulder, standing on her toes to see over the other girl at what was currently happening on stage. “She’s being carried away.”

Ruruka’s attempt to talk to the punk rocker went about as well as expected, being punched and kicked repeatedly and somewhat ineffectively before being thrown off stage and into the waiting arms of the loyal crowd. ‘Siren’, as the singer seemed to be called, gave the order for the stuck up rich girl to be tied up so she could be interrogated later before returning to what could generously be called singing.

“Any ideas?” Reiko scoffed at the question. “I say we leave her where she is and make a break for the exit. She got herself into this mess and she can get herself out of it.” Looking down at herself and running his hands down her stomach to smooth out any creases in her new hoodie, Reiko pulled the hood over her head and stepped out the door. She had no problem with leaving Ruruka to suffer in the mess she had made for herself; her only concern right now was getting out of here before the girl did something else that might give them away.

As she made her way across the back of the stage behind the curtain, moving as quickly and quietly as she could without looking like she was trying to be sneaky, Reiko told herself that she would tell Manaka to send someone to rescue Ruruka once she was safely out of here.

Leaving Ruruka seemed the logical thing to do. Plus she'd groped Harumi, and leaving her like this wouldn't actually hurt Ruruka. The sensation would be there, but it wouldn't affect her real body.

But still… Harumi sighed, mentally slapping the back of her head.

"Get ready to run," she told Reiko. "Heri, how many tac-grenades do you have on you?"

"Six smokes and six flashbangs," the Commandramon answered. Harumi took out her Digivice.

"Transfer two of each to Reiko and myself." She turned to Reiko. "I'm sure that leaving Ruruka behind would be beneficial to us, but I don't know if our glorious leader will dock us points if we leave someone behind."

The Arukenimon shrugged. "Not really. Orders are orders you know? That's one boss lady you don't want to piss off in my opinion. She didn't use any amount of spider silk or web, but instead had a lame rope and tied Ruruka up. "She's a little extra pissy when she's actually up on stage." The Arukenimon added before double checking the ropes were tight. Ruruka's arms were behind he back with a rope rather tight around her gut. "Well, there's that." With that, the spider Digimon carried the girl under her arm. "Come on, gotta take you to the holding room." They left through the doors right behind the spider.

"Man, you really got stones to go talk to her like that." Arukenimon mentioned as she carried Ruruka out. There was little to do at the moment but talk as they went to the far side of the facility. "I'm surprised you even got back there like that. Err, that dress. How'd you end up back there?" The Digimon asked.

Manaka came up in the chat to Reiko and Harumi. "Hmm, well, I think it would be best to get Ruruka out, but realistically she got herself into this~ Hmm, but I can't tell you what to do here. Just... If I wasn't clear before, don't get caught. I rather hoped that our little group would stay secret longer than about five minutes." She went silent after that, but the two would definitely feel her presence following them.

On the other side of the stage from where they started, there was a door leading out to somewhere and a small staircase leading down to the ground floor. The crowd was rather dense and it would be difficult to get through them. That said, there was another doorway further down and it would be easy enough to get out through. They could move behind the curtains to get to the other side stealthily and from what it seemed, the concert would go on for a while.

The Elecmon looked between the group suspciously. "THE Concert? You know? The big one? 'If you don't show up I'll gut you alive IRL' That one? Holy moly are you all dense. I really hope ya'lls new or she really might gut you." The digimon seemed irritated and serious about that. "Wowzers I'm glad I'm you're not my Tamers. I feel like you'd get me into a bad fight." He added, bluntly. "Muse's quality for new members have gone down over the years."

He then looked at Issei, "No, you can't. That's my food." He then gave Shion and her digimon a nasty glare as it was obvious they took some. He then turned to his monitors... And snorted which turned into a giggle which further turned into a good hearty laugh. "Oh! Perfect example of what I meant!" He laughed. A giant monitor fused from all the smaller monitors behind him and he clicked a button putting an image on the big screen. "Look at this fool! Got up on stage with that violent woman." It was an image of the girl they briefly met, Ruruka, walking up to this girl on stage before being hit and then pushed off by the Etemon. "Oh, geez. I can't believe someone did that. Anyhow newbies don't interrupt Siren's concert unless you want that to happen." Ruruka was now being tied up on screen.

By the time the Elecmon glared at them, Zuba and Ludo had already eaten all but two pieces. They looked at each other and shrugged. Shion winced, then took on a wicked glint in her eye. "I'll gut you alive IRL... That sounds like, like-"

"Oh no."

"Like something only a villain would say! What kind of person would gut someone for not showing up at her stupid concert!?" Shion was yelling at this point and flailing wildly to accent her words. "Where is she, rodent?" Shion asked the Elecmon.

Zuba stifled a laugh. "Sorry bro, but we haven't heard of this 'Muse' thing. Must not be sharp enough to matter."

Upon seeing what was happening to the stuck up girl talking to him in the cathedral Issei was happy he wasn't in her group, though he was a lot less happy when one of his partners clearly started planning to attack the singer. "I agree, let's teach that singer a lesson". Knowing that Shadow was only interested in a fight he ignored the Shadowgarurumon for the moment. Instead he decided to focus on calming the girl down before she would do something stupid. After thinking it over for a few seconds he decided on what to say and hoped it would work. "Ca...Listen she might actually be the bad guy we were sent to deal with but if we rush out not only will we be no match for that Arukenimon people will see us the bad guys disturbing the concert."

He hoped that she would see that much reason or if not that the black panties would back up his attempts to keep her from doing something stupid, even though it looked she didn't really care Elecmon either. In fact since she was probably understandably mad at the Digimon Issei was glad that he didn't reveal he had accidentally seen her underwear as well.

"Well, would you believe me in saying I'm just a fan?" Ruruka mused with a light smile in reply to the spider Digimon. "I've been following Muse for quite awhile now...though I certainly didn't intend to end up back stage. I could have sneaked out, I suppose, but where would the fun in that be?"

"Eh...Ruruka but you said these guys' taste in music was worse than a Numemon."

She chuckled lightly, ignoring her digimon.

"Ahem...but as a...private security contractor, you get some difficult request sometimes. I was to apprehend an old woman with a penchant for taking panty shots, harassment, and well, I'm sure you can imagine other things. Unfortunately the cow was a bit craftier than I thought. She dumped me in a Direct Link and I ended up there. I have no idea how she got the access, but she apparently is far more skilled than I thought."

She really hoped Manaka was listening, if only because her own satisfaction. For now, Ruruka let herself be carried. She had no doubt she could escape if she really wanted. Wasn't like anyone in her organization would allow her to be handled as such if she sent the word.

“I couldn't care less about losing points. If she didn’t want us getting found maybe she should have given us some warning before dropping us into a hostile server!” Reiko whispered harshly so as not to be heard over the music still being played on stage, but her annoyance at the situation and at the woman who had put them there was palpable. If Harumi wanted to try and rescue Ruruka then she could; even more reason for Reiko to get out of here as fast as she could. Hearing Manaka admonish her through her Digivice just made her temper flare even more; if she wanted to complain after she was the one to dump then in here without telling them what to do or where they were going then Reiko wasn’t going to just sit and take it. “It’s not my problem if your little revenge plot gets uncovered. Maybe you’ll be more careful with the next set of idiots you recruit.”

She wasn't going to risk herself to try and rescue Ruruka, but she took the grenades the little Digimon tried to hand her nonetheless, stuffing them in the pockets of her stolen hoodie. Crossing behind the curtain Reiko managed to reach the opposite side of the stage, presumably without being heard and seen since she wasn’t being thrown to the audience like Ruruka was. She placed her hand on the handle, ready to throw it open, only to pause at the door for a moment; there was this door, which led to who knew where, and a set of stairs that would lead her down to where the audience was watching the show. Would it be better to take her chances with the door in front of her or to try and blend into the crowd and find whatever exit was intended for them?

Making a decision Reiko let her hand fall from the handle and instead followed the stairs down to the ground floor and opened that door instead.

Harumi sighed. Reiko was probably right. Ruruka had gotten herself into that position. She'd have to find a way out. She followed behind the other girl. Heri seemed a little disappointed that there wouldn't be a fight. Harumi would make it up to him later.

She muttered under her breath, "So, where do we go from here now, O Fearless Leader Manaka?"

Ruruka's ears echoed, "Minus 40 points to Ruruka!~~" Manaka's voice. "Boy-oh-boy are your points dropping fast, girly." Only Ruruka could hear her, of course.

The Arukenimon stopped and held Ruruka up so they were eye level with each other. "Girl, I think you need help. There's no way in hell a Direct Link could put you in so deep into the Muse server. I doubt even Thor could do that without access to a server. Well, I say access, but you know what I really mean right?" Of course someone in Ruruka's field would know this. The Digimon was implying a... hostile takeover, one might call it to be nice. Complete invasion force was a different one.

"Well, regardless, I hope you won't go up on stage like that again. Siren's a bit..." The Digimon searched for an exact word as she put Ruruka under her army again and opened a door. "Strange? Not that you'd say that to her face. Now then..." They were in a jail-like room. "We'll hold you here until Muse is done with her concert. Shouldn't be too much longer, but since you interrupted her she'll probably sing her troubles away."

Manaka came through on the party chat for Reiko and Harumi. "Take it easy, Reiko. I told you, it's a test~ We have to see how you work under stressful situations of course. Ruruka doesn't seem to get stressed... A negative in her case it would seem. Reiko doesn't seem to like it and Hifumi.... Well, as long as you get paid right?" She didn't seem like she was trying to be mean though she was a bit blunt.

"Alright though. From where you are there are three paths. To the left and around the corner. If you wanted to try rescuing Ruruka that's the way to go I'm pretty sure. Ahead is a bunch of rooms, the list might be there." Manaka mentioned, seeming excited saying it. "To the right and up the stairs seems like some more rooms and pretty much back to where you were before." The only thing about going that way was there was a small barricade to try and keep people from going past, though that was easy to get around.

"List might also be there. It's probably guarded by some different forms of security wherever it is. And, again, there's still a mega level here. You two can probably handle an Ultimate Digimon by yourselves but completely turn around and run if you meet the Mega and it proves itself hostile." Besides everything else so far, Manaka's voice did carry a bit of worry when talking about the Mega.

The Elecmon wasn't even suspicious anymore, he was pretty damn sure. "Alright, who the hell are you guys. First you steal my food and then you say some damning words. 'Don't know what Muse is.' 'teach that singer a lesson.' I thought you were just noobies but you're obviously not. Who are you and why are you here?!" The Digimon said, holding his hand over one part of the terminal. "I hope you have some really good excuse." His eyes quickly darted between everyone in the room that wasn't him. This seemed like some bad news. That said, they really had no idea why they were here.

Manaka spoke up in their ears, "Come on, let's see what you can bullshit without Mama Bird telling you. Talk yourselves out or you might be up against the entire facility, you know~."

Inside Shion's head

Shion deadpanned. "... Excuse? How's this for an excuse. Plan Zeta." As soon as the words left her lips, Ludomon quickly ran over to the door and stood in front of it, ready for action. Shion then jumped at Elecmon as Zubaeagermon took on his sword mode, her catching him midair before grabbing Elecmon by the ear and holding the tip of Zuba's sword at his throat. "Now, I've got some questions for you."

A few seconds passed in silence as Shion decided what to do. Finally, she spoke aloud so that everyone could hear her. "Mama bird? Please, you're not even an aunt ant." Shion couldn't help herself, she began laughing at her own joke. Her laughter became louder as time passed, reaching a hysterical level quickly. As it died down, she wiped an imaginary tear from her eye and put an arm around Elecmon, about to speak before Zuba spoke up.

"Ay, I've gotta piss like a Lighdramon on a flat rock, where's the bathroom?"

"Equally important question: Did you know that you're not as strong as Vi-Elecmon are? What do you even do here?"

Shion paused. "Good question, what do you do here?"

From her scowl, it was obvious that Kotoki was not happy with the Elecmon's attitude in the slightest. Ignoring the fact that it had looked under her skirt, it was being terribly uncooperative, asking questions back at them instead of answering their enquiries.

"Yes, that's right. We are no 'noobs'—whatever definition you gave to that word. We are from Jormungand, and we are here under the orders of our leader. So fess up, if you don't want to get hurt."

She continued staring at it with her arms folded. She didn't say anything back to Manaka—or the others for that matter—other than giving a quick glare at Shion for her laugh and her Digimon a little later on for stating its need to go to the bathroom in a time like this.

She was perfectly ready for combat, if it came to that. The moment the Elecmon did something suspicious, she would call them out at once.

Issei was still trying to come up with something to say to Elecmon in an attempt to calm him down, even as the brunette insulted him. However he realized it was completely hopeless the second black panties girl revealed they were with jormungundr. Issei knew that even if Elecmon didn't believe her the Digimon would still be even more suspicious of them, and no amount of bullshitting would change that.

Hoping that the girls would at least have a plan to prevent Elecmon from raising an alert using his terminal, he prepared to deal with another possibility. He tried to position himself in front of the dooropening out of the room without being noticed. After all if there was some kinda silent alarm or if Elecmon tried to slip away leaving the door unguarded just made things even more difficult for the three of them.

Ruruka rolled her eyes at Manaka's declaration. This woman was as grating as ever, but at least she was mildly entertaining.

"Hmm...is that so?" Ruruka mused airily. "Well, my pretty spider you say that, yet here I am." Ruruka replied nonchalantly. "Sometimes truth is far stranger than fiction. Believe me or not, that is more or less what happened." And of course, she knew what the digimon was implying. Which meant the fact Manaka got them here was an almost impossible feat in and of itself. If nothing else, it showed just how skilled her current employer was.

"I can wait. I'm in no hurry...though certain people may start to miss me should I be gone too long without checking in." Ruruka smiled airly. No, that wasn't meant to be a threat, but the digimon could take that however she wanted too.
