I'm assuming that the female uniform comes with a skirt due to the mention of cropped ones, or is that an addition that some make?

I have designs in the works (give me a day or two to finish)! Uniform currently is fairly simple - light blue blazer, white blouse/shirt, black trousers or skirt (gender doesn’t really matter, your character can wear whichever they want although as expected most female students will probably stick with skirts) tie is black with one or two design features.

Reputation:
Scarlet is known as a reclusive hardhead who likes competition way too much, even for HAGAY's standards.

Background:
Scarlet comes from the United States and a rather middle-class family that consists of herself, her father, and her two older brothers. Her mother died giving birth to her, and her dad never remarried. She's always blamed herself for her mother's death and that self resentment led to her becoming melancholic in personality and determined to prove herself worthy of life, causing her to have a deep need to excel in everything she does. Failure or defeat will quickly push her into depression, and her coping mechanisms are not particularly healthy. She managed to earn a scholarship with her nigh-perfect grades and her father's minor social connections.

Misc. :
- Almost always listens to music when the option is available, particularly Punk Rock. Her music taste greatly influences her political leanings.
- Taking classes mostly in the sciences.
- Her favorite food is cheese pizza and she will refuse any such food with other toppings.
- Her favorite color is purple, despite her name.
- Scarlet always wears her hoodie and windbreaker regardless of the temperature. The only exception is in her own dorm room.
