@King Tai Well, don't they have to be paid something? Unless they're given a place to stay and food to eat they can't really do much.

When Jonathan got situated in the meeting room he pulled up the trackers on his datapad to keep an eye on them while the debriefing went on. He looked up and saw that Paige was already here. There wasn't much Jonathan had to say about Paige. Mainly because he didn't really know much about her. At the very least he could say she generally got the job done.

The next person to show up was Willard. The kid that Jonathan wished would leave him alone. Anytime someone was watching him it put Jonathan on edge. Even if it was a little kid. After Willard showed up it was N.E.R.O.N. who arrived at the scene. The massive tin can. Jonathan didn't like robots. Robots can be hacked, and if they can be hacked that means someone against them may hack IT. Jonathan has voiced this opinion to Blaque twice but each time nothing came of it.

The next arrival was probably the person Jonathan hated the most in Vendetta. Priest was unprofessional, cocky, criminal, and just a straight up dirtbag. Priest was the kind of person Jonathan use to be hired to hunt and kill. Jonathan couldn't stand working by him, but at least he was a 'valuable' insight into the minds of criminals. Then came in Delta 7, the puppet of Echo. Jonathan didn't trust Echo. He couldn't bring himself to trust someone that hides themselves. Delta 7 was being controlled by the one hiding herself. The only reason Jonathan hasn't tried to locate Echo's base of operations is because Blaque asked him not to. R0se entered the room next and Jonathan quickly dismissed her presence. He tried his best to avoid her due to the fact that she'd have the best chance of digging up his past. The less people who knew who he was the safer his family would be. Jonathan was pissed when Blaque told a few of the members who he was without consulting him first but what is done is done. Jonathan has moved on from that and is now just working as hard as he can for the one man he currently trusts.

Jonathan listened to what Blaque wanted to tell them and thought about if he had heard any information on the two groups on the streets. It was only word of mouth stuff and no specific names, but the things implied that was done could only be accomplished by organizations larger than you average street gang. Next Blaque brought up the children kidnapping issue. It was a bad situation and Jonathan wanted to help, but his methods probably would not be good for this type of ordeal. Listening to everyone's thoughts and ideas for how they should proceed with such a mission Jonathan formulated his own idea of a plan.

When Blaque finally stated the ultimatum that Willard would be helping Jonathan finally decided to speak. "It is a good thing you chose to involve the child, sir. He is the best asset we have for this mission. Miss R0se may be useful as well, however we can't be sure that these men won't have ways to see through your disguise. It is my belief we need to shut down Caretaker first as he is making child soldiers and using them for experimentation."

"You may not won't to go with my plan, and you may not even like it. I propose we send both Miss R0se and the child in. If so desired I can follow as close as I can and keep a physical eye on their location at all times. If they have a way to see through Miss R0se's disguise then she can make it seem as if she was sent in alone. She would most likely be taken to someone high up in the orphanage's command. Maybe even Caretaker himself. If that happens then we can split into two teams. One to exfil children. The other to rescue Miss R0se and capture whoever she is taken to."
Jonathan knew the odds of the others agreeing to his plan, but he had to put it out there. He believe it was their best shot.

Day Five

Whoa! That piece of concrete went far. They are definitely going to have to test the limits of her powers. Same with everyone else. This was gonna be so freaking awesome. They were like a post-apocalyptic X-Men team for sure now. Jake looked to Trinity and said, "Okay, that was awesome. I can't wait to see what everyone else can do."

Then Jake started to think about what Trinity mentioned earlier. Teaching each other the skills they know. Sure it seemed like a good idea and they had a wide variety, but what would Jake teach. He was only preparing to become a cop while they had some military personal who were guaranteed to know much more than he did. "Yeah, learning how to do new things would be cool. I bet you'd be an excellent teacher." Jake developed a slight frown on his face. He wanted to be helpful to others, but he was coming up short on what he could do. Jae can make fire and that is really useful. Kai is one of the most lighthearted and jovial guys around to keep everyone happy. The Commander already knows a large majority of the things Jake knows and even more. Kwan is apparently super fast. Then there is Trinity with super strength. She'll probably be able to help people the most. All Jake could do was go through things.

Suddenly Jake had an idea. He's read so many comic books, watched all of the superhero movies, and pretty much knew the characters and more importantly their abilities better than anyone he's ever met. Maybe, just maybe he can help people learn to use their powers as best they can without hurting themselves or others. However, almost as soon as he got his hopes up he was feeling down again. Would anyone care to listen to him about that stuff, or would they just brush him off and not listen? Jake looked to Trinity and asked, "What do you think I could add to the pool of knowledge?"
aloha. Ricky(and Derek) are ready for the Edenridge revival.
@RumikoOhara Sorry. Got home late yesterday and had a lot to do today. Will get post up before going to sleep.
@RumikoOhara Umm, I think the stuff in italics in the Lex post were thoughts.
Sage and Morgana

- Sage (@EnterTheHero), Morgana (@Brose)

As the two new friends walked through the food stalls and vendors they could see just at the end two younger boys, probably about fifteen cheering. Near them were two trainers who looked sad as they walked off. Must have been a battle. Sage and Morgana were walking by when one of the boys attention got pulled to the two.

He dramatically pointed at the trainers and said, "You two! Are y'all up for a double battle for the ages!" The other boy quickly joined in saying, "I bet we can squash you without even trying. Come on. I dare you." It was obvious how arrogant and cocky the two boys were when in reality they were just beginners who had started their journey today.

So, will the two level headed trainers accept the challenge by two loud obnoxious ones?
@BrutalBx Is it alright if I add to Derek's occupation that he is the Assistant Head Coach for the football team?

Assignment: Info gathering on weapons shipment Interacting with @king Tai

Jonathan slipped into the warehouse using the shadows just before the door was shut. There weren't many lights inside the large building other than a few flashlights and spotlights directed at the massive cargo containers in the center. Jonathan made his way to the catwalk up high above the floor and changed to LEVEL 1 in order to take a guy out with a choke hold. The guy didn't last long and luckily didn't have a gun of his own so Jonathan didn't have to worry about the man pulling the trigger to alert his allies. Jonathan placed a small bottle of heavy alcohol in the guys pocket after pouring a little on the man and down his throat to make his crew think he was drunk.

Jonathan positioned himself close to where the man had been set up to watch from and waited. It took about an hour or so before what appeared to be a few jeeps and a semi pulled in front of the building. Jonathan watched as the men inside talked through the door to those outside saying a code that Jonathan barely caught. So far the Intel Jonathan had received about this group was right, but there was already an obvious factor that wasn't in the dossier he was given. A giant mech was being used to protect the transportation the shipment. With that thing he would be lucky if it didn't spot him now. He most certainly wouldn't be able to follow it now.

He'd have to set a tracker on the container they were taking somehow. While the mech was heading towards the containers Jonathan used the opportunity to slip out a window and made his way towards the semi. Most of the guards were watching the surrounding area and not the warehouse they were using so Jonathan went LEVEL 3 and went down the side of the building and slipped past the guards hiding under the semi. He switched to LEVEL 2 and prepped three trackers just in case. One he placed in the tire of the semi and the other two would be for the container and the mech itself.

When the mech came back out Jonathan got ready to move quick. He;d have to move fast and efficiently in order to succeed without being seen. As soon as the mech stepped over beside the semi Jonathan placed a tracker in the leg plating and rolled to the other side where there were less guards and attached the final tracker to the side of the container in the bottom corner.

He quickly switched to LEVEL 3 and made his getaway hoping the trackers wouldn't be found. He traveled a couple of blocks to where his motorcycle was. He switched to LEVEL 1 and was about to pull up the trackers on his system when he got the message from Blaque. Crap. Gonna have to hope the trackers stay hidden for a little longer. Jonathan hoped on his cycle and sped away towards Safe Haven.

Didn't take him long to get there, but he still wasn't the first. He hid his cycle in the usual spot and walked right inside the bar. He looked at Darric as he walked past straight to the back. He didn't like the guy. In all honesty Jonathan didn't really like any of his 'coworkers'. To unprofessional for his tastes. Jonathan just walked past not saying a word and waited for the others to arrive.
So should we figure out how each of the seasons happened? I know for season one the character Derek was just an occasional face to pop in to be one of the main bullies. Season two for Derek he shows up more and is in the list of main characters but more of a secondary main character that was the main one doing the bullying of the sophomores and freshmen. For third season he'd be a full on primary main character. Star of the football team and leader of the bullies at the school.
