I know some of you have posted recently. For those that did, I love you lots. I know there are some that are currently working on collab posts and/or a post of their own. You guys have my love too. However, there are a few of you that haven't posted in a while. I don't know if those of who who hadn't are busy irl or what, but please check in to this post and let me know so myself, Lyra, and Hushed can know for sure. Be it you're still in or not, we would like to know so we know whether to expect a post from you or not.

The actor was never the problem. I love Nathan Fillion to death -- almost obsesively -- but the show isn't that good as you're making it out to be tbh. It's just like any other "citizen helps cops solve crimes"-type shows, like The Mentalist. Only difference is that Patrick Jane is a faux-psychic and Castle is a writer playing detective. But, I guess to each their own.

Final Fantasy X or XII partner wanted - A slight chance of mature and large chance of total amazeballs fun(looking for 1-2 parters of either gender)

I'm looking for someone of either gender to 1x1 with me on a possible Final Fantasy X or XII story. I am either looking to form something somewhat-canon or totally AU.

Some tidbits to know before PMing me.

• Will be doing in threads
• Want someone at least of the age of 18.
• Be okay with doubling up.
• I'm mainly a moderately-high casual to advanced roleplayer, so that means I'll be writing at least 2 paragraphs per post. On a good day, it could extend to 3.
• Don't just say "Hey, I want to roleplay" and give nothing for me to go off of. Give me info about yourself and what you're looking for in a FF roleplay.
• I can come off as rude sometimes, but promise I don't bite. I'm really nice and have a great sense of humor -- albeit fucked up at times xD.

The latter. Sorry, I guess I can come off a bit rude at times without even realizing it.

I'll be specific to avoid future misunderstanding: I've been in RPs where strict minimum requirements of five or more paragraphs per post have caused players to resort to rather desperate fluff tactics such as describing vast amounts of unnecessary details to meet the minimum. No one needs to know your character's strangely focused observation of the composition and wood striations of a door when the scene's focus is a raucous bar fight happening right behind that door. Just open the door.

Keep in mind while I dislike min. reqs. overall, I don't particularly mind if they're reasonable and the occasional exception is allowed. I understand where you're coming from, but I think you've misunderstood a lot of what I've said, which is in part due to my lack of specificity.

The RPs I had in mind while typing out the previous post were serious cases of length for length's sake, not just a two-paragraph requirement. The essence of the complaint was that I ran into those types far more often than I would like.

Yeah, again sorry about that. I guess I took it in a way that you didn't mean, and for that I apologize.
