Curious only cause if people have said one son and one daughter from the same God/Goddess does that mean they will both be accepted or is it just one or the other? IE: A person is a daughter of Ares and another person is the son of Ares.

Oh. Well, it's pretty much one son and one daughter per god/goddess. If people want to arrange for it to be full-blood siblings, they can, but if they want it to just be the half-sibling like most go for, then that's cool too.

Does that mean they are siblings in a sense? Does that mean they know about one another?

I do believe so, yes. That would definitely mean that they are the rare cases of being full-blooded siblings who also happen to be demigods/demigoddesses. Why? What piqued this particular question?
