Military Classification: Captain, ONI asset/ Spartan
Service History: Born on Earth to wealthy parents with multiple siblings, being the middle child he enrolled in military academy at West Point. The top of his class he went on to become an expert pilot, however his skills as a soldier were needed more and he joined the Air Assault corps. Eventually ONI selected him for a team sent in to retrieve a missing Sabre.
During the invasion of Earth he was present on Mars arriving along with hundreds of fresh reinforcement with help push the Covenant back letting MAC guns from the ground open fire. Victory on Mars was mostly due to the Covenants full concentration on Earth.
He stayed with ONI for years working with Spartan fire team Knight as a science officer, while not an expert his college major was in alien archaeology. He is able read and speak some of the Covenants language.
After this and a few other select missions Matthews was picked up by Palmer and removed from ONI to join the Spartans. His Fire team was split up to mentor younger Spartans teams. ONI contacted him offering to give him a chance to fly to again and to serve with other Spartans.

@Crimson Raven I'm fine with that. I'll fix the light arrows and I never intended for him to challenge for the throne or anything. He's just trying to figure who his family is, even if they just hide him he would just be happy to meet them.
@Double Well it's all about how things play out, I mean in Twilight Princess Zelda is leading the soldiers. While other have kings caring for a younger Zelda. I would think that once she comes of age the kings generally turn it over to her, Zelda games never really explain that. I think it just comes down to how the GM wishes to set up the world.
@Crimson Raven I was planning to have him be a bastard descendant of a past Zelda. I also believe female's generally rule rather than the males in the royal line.
@Crimson Raven I limited the arrow to one at the cost of all magical power. Meaning one arrow say a every two or three days. I'm not really sure what I could add to make him weaker, I was just going for a kind of basic healer/supporter.
