Well... The character is cute, but the method it was created isn't.
And I have already read it Atomic. I got the Homunculus idea out of that link.
I used those texts only in order to "draft" the BG.

On her text, there is not the exact process of creating one, so I used actual texts in order to build a backstory. Well... its still an idea.... I haven't even started writing it...
I still fail to perceive how it would disrespect the laws wrote by Vita about homunculi creation. Its creation would start a usual Exactly the same as other homunculi. But in the meantime the homunculi grows and forms a human form, it would be enhanced with technology, building machines and circuits around it. Basically "fusing" the homunculi to the machine.
To be honest, whatever floats your boat, mate. But bear in mind the "church" in Japan isn't as powerful as it is in Europe.
In fact it is semi mythical because of (correct me if I'm wrong) the whole christian (I think they were called Kirishitan or something like that) uprising they had at some point.
