Name: Sybille Gender: Female Age: 14 (Actually 36, she has inherited the long lifespan of Elves) Appearance: Like so. She usually wears a form concealing robe to hide her nonhuman traits.
Bio: Sybille was an orphan who was taken into servitude of a certain Baron of the Empire, whose territory bordered the Silent Forest. A wayward creature born from two feuding enemies, the young kid faced a lot of scoff at her half-blood inheritage and was resented by many, usually being relegated to the most menial and denigrating jobs one could imagine that a child could make. However, it was equally true that a lot of the staff were kind to her, and did not mistreat her any poorer, even if her growth was slower than human children in that regard.
One day, everything changed for the young fey-blood. Chasing one of the lord's pet cats, she wandered into the castle's dungeon. She saw something that she was never meant to see. The chained and ravaged body of an elven woman, who had been subject of abuse for years, bound in cold iron chains and so weak she could barely talk. Suddenly, a grim realization came to herself. Why would anyone take a half-blood inside a household if not to protect an even more unspeakable secret? That woman... was her mother. And she had a hunch that the human that fathered herself was none other than the Baron himself.
Something inside her awakened. For a moment, she touched deep inside her own soul, and awakened the power of her own Soulstone. The Baron's mighty hold was suddenly set aflame in wrathful magical fire, as a teary eyed, screaming child with newly awakened magical powers went on a rampage and assaulted the dungeon. There, she broke her own mother's binds and took the broken elven woman outside the fortress in the ensuing chaos. While she had been a product of a vile act, she nevertheless thought that she at least owed her for bringing her to life. She had hoped that maybe, just maybe she would be accepted despite her half-blood nature.
She was wrong. As soon as she stepped into the forest, no less than half a dozen of bows aimed at her, whispers into her ears telling her of how abominable her nature was. She however, was granted mercy for she had brought one of their kin into their fold, and allowed her to leave the forest unscathed. She did so, unable to keep gazing at her mother who saw her as something she would rather never see again in her life. Heartbroken, she turned her sight once more in the lands of men, only to find that she had nowhere to go. She had set fire to her lord's keep, and also, after revealing herself to elves, she had doomed the entire hometown to perish under a rain of arrows.
She hid. Inside a wine cellar, deep in the town's tavern, hoping she was never found by either side, for she would probably be killed on the spot. Not that she had much will to live, but still, she was convinced that her death would be anything but quick. Her fortune for once, smiled at her. No elf or human soldier found her, but instead a wizened scholar, who had been asked to offer magical backup on the humans' counterattack. After she broke into sobs and told him the whole story, the old man just smiled and comforted the troubled child, and decided to take her as student. He also offered her to find people who could teach her the elven script and language.
Sybille left her past behind and aimed to become a great scholar aswell. However the old man, whose name was Zultar, died of old age no sooner she had finished her basic training in the arts. Sad for losing perhaps the person who had been closer to a parental figure, she nevertheless heeded the old man's words, who told that from that point on, she could do the rest on her own, and encouraged joining the Blood Rose Irregulars, an organization which would probably accept her condition and allow her to see the world experiences she needed for her skills to grow.
Fighting Style: Sybille can't do close and personal, and she only knows how to flail a dagger in melee. She, however is a decent shot with the bow, and most importantly, she has a peerless aim when it comes to magical combat. She relies on offensive elemental spells for the latter, both fire and ice. Equipment: A fine enchanted cloak, a dagger. Seweral jewelry accesories containing Soulstones. Skills/Abilities: -Elemental blast: Sybille is adept at flinging elemental blasts at great ranges. She currently can perform fire and ice, but she hopes to improve in this regard. -Enhaced Senses: Being half elf, Sybille has better eyesight (and even nightvision) and hearing than humans. She has also better reflexes. -Archery: While not to the level of her magic, Sybille can shoot fairly well with a bow. -Fey-blooded: She is unnaturally resistant to mind-altering magic and illusions. Also she probably has a lifespan of centuries if not millenia. -Elven Script: She knows how to pronounce and write it. -Servant chores: She can cook, clean and make beds.
Other Information: Being a Half-Elf and fey-blooded, she possesses the weakness of the fae to Cold iron. IE: A horseshoe or similar pure iron item would definitely feel like -acid- to her skin.

@AtomicNut looking it over I have a few points that give me pause. Nothing to big just a few little comments that would either need explanation or a small change.
-first the elves themselves were more based off the Warhammer wood elves, defenders of the wilderness and a bit brutal in their efforts. Now I could see some being tricksters but as a whole brutal murderers (if you enter their forest)
-second I don't really see much room for growth in the character. You already have a wide array of skills and magic that I don't know where else you would grow (granted you have probably trained longer than Jing has been alive)
-third being a current member of the irregulars could be difficult as the battle has already started, this could be remedied with saying Jing had sent you ahead and you were to meet back up with the group at our current regroup point.
And finally you forgot one bit. (Check the rules)
1-Alright. I wasn't sure about the kind of elves you had in mind. I will change it accordingly.
2-Okay, I will scale down and remove abilities
3-Can always be a bystander
4-It was my first day. I had forgotten about that, I will put it in, honest.
Name: Sybille Gender: Female Age: 18, but may be older Appearance:
Sybille appears to be a young-looking woman with a thin build and some curves. Her eyes are a haunting gold, and her skin is rather pale. Most important, underneath her long raven coloured hair, her ears are elongated and pointy, betraying her fae-blooded nature.
Bio: Once upon a time, there was a border settlement in the west part of the empire. Said settlement struggled for materials so much than the village men had to enter the Forest of Silence for timber and risk life and limb to obtain the materials needed for their lifes. One of such woodsmen was Ranek. It is said that Ranek, on one of his trips, found a beckoning maiden in the middle of the forest, and became one with her in a forest clearing. Ranek thought as if it was a dream.
It was not, as some time later, a babe was delivered into his doorstep, despite being single. Said babe was a dark-haired girl...with the evident signs of being fey-blooded. Ranek, with a heavy feeling, took the half-human in, as his worst fears had come true. He had laid with an elven woman and this had been the fruit of such union.
Even thought Sybille was a strange, eerie child, his father did his best to educate her, and even convinced the rest of the village that he would adopt the girl, making this sob story or another. However, as good intended as he had been, Ranek could not hold the rumours forever. Sybille did not grow up like the others. She kept being young and childfaced for far longer than she should. And that was before it was found out that she had the gift of magic. At this point, Ranek could not hold it any longer, and sent the child back into the forest where she had been conceived.
While she found her mother, and she was accepted with open arms at first, Elves were the fickle, whimsical creatures. After some decades of training and bonding where she learned her spells and skill with bow, her own mother got bored with her, and sent her back to live as human again. By that time... only the bones and the tomb of her father remained. The people's faces had changed. She felt a mongrel, unable to fit in either world, and with no home to go.
She became a wanderer, and eventually drifted into adventuring. Joining the Blood Rose Irregulars to kill monsters and reap rewards from the Empire seemed a good solution to the mess of her life.
Fighting Style: Sybille can't do close and personal, and she only knows how to flail a dagger in melee. She, however is a decent shot with the bow, and most importantly, she has a peerless aim when it comes to magical combat. She relies on offensive elemental spells for the latter, mixed with barrier techniques and aggressive countermagic. Equipment: A fine enchanted cloak, a dagger. Seweral jewelry accesories containing Soulstones. Skills/Abilities: - Elemental blast: Sybille is adept at flinging elemental blasts at great ranges. Whether it is fire, ice or lightning, she is no slouch in any of them. -Elemental Wall: Likewise, she can create massive walls imbued with the power of elements. -Elf's cross: By employing her blood and chalk to draw a five pointed star, Sybille can make a surface or area to be highly resistant to hostile magic. -Disruption: Sybille can use her own magic power to unravel hostile magic and abilities quite easily. -Elven Script: She knows how to pronounce and write it.

I hope you dont mind I portrayed the elves as the tricksters of myths, fond of leaving doorstop babies and usually being too bizarre and whimsical to even try to figure out.
Not sure. I'm toying with the idea that she did get married off, but in classic Amber fashion, cheats a little. Which leads to some serious beef, as she may still have some forbidden-love feelings shall we say :P
I think the Reach might be an interesting site for an insergency. No doubt that the marriage of Alerie/Tom would be quite interesting/intricate indeed, and some of her plans may be yielding returns.
I want to see if I can push Ellion towards a Kingsguard position- perhaps something to kinda take his mind off of scouting/duelling/jousting that Alerie wants him to be in.
I think in House Tyrell itself, I'll create the CS for Alys, as well as that of the two children (very light, so descriptors really) for Merlin's kids. Willas is still on the Council as per same, Merlin rules at home, Garlan is bitter at the marriage but just accepts it and well, has to work with his Lannister counterparts which is entertaining.
@AtomicNut That seems plausible for House Florent, save for the death of Alester's sister. If she died, then Ser Owen would definitely be dead and he has a role to play yet. It'd also be somewhat unlikely for the Gardeners to get to her if she's under Tyrell protection and the insurgents may be rebels but are still playing the whole thing reasonably chivalrous. Killing a young hostage would go against their whole honorable rebel image.
Heh, well, that is probably the only way to make Alester even more spiteful of the world at large... Literally the last tether he has. Maybe I can arrange an accident instead.
Well, they depend on some players but here's some snippet I am thinking of.
-House Florent's main family was hit particulary hard that year. Colin Florent passed away due to tainted food, Ser Merrell died in the Dorne campaign after so much heroic fighting. Irise Florent, Alester's younger sister, died in the hands of Gardener rebels. Mella Florent openly defied the current lord, Alester Florent, and has been imprisoned in a tower ever since (some say he intends to unload her into some lord in marriage). It is said that something -broke- inside Alester's mind. Whether it was patience or sanity, remains to be seen. His handling of Reach politics, warfare and the current campaing have been noticed, and people are starting to know his name...and dread him as The Black Fox. Some already say it's the fox version of Tywin Lannister (Due to the fact he has more or less singlehandedly restored a lot of lost prestige to House Florent). (Wether the marriage to Alys Tyrell was made or no remains to be seen).
-Seran was knighted and he and Lysara have made public their bastard ancestry. Adopting the tile of Seastar, in honor to the ancestor that was part of the bloodline, he now goes by Seran Seastar. (I have yet to think of Lysara's fate, tho).
