Klou's hand reached the spear but prying it from the grip of the skeleton proved difficult. Her strikes broke small chips of bone off the arm that held it. The skeleton reacted quickly to these strikes, and the hand not holding the spear shot out and grabbed Klou's neck. It's touch cold to the skin as its grip tightened, staring into Klou's eyes with its lifeless glowing orbs. Its strength defied the lack of muscle it had. The monster promptly forgot all about May, wishing to wrest control of its spear from the new adventurer.

The goblins all moved towards you and Amrec and about half of them were caught in your electric wave, their bodies convulsing as the current passed through them. The six goblins dropped to the ground, paralyzed for the moment from the spell's effects. A boisterous laugh came from Amrec as he came to your side "That's how you do it, lass!" He yelled out. The other half of the goblins came charging the two of you regardless, giving small shrieks as they got into melee range. Amrec pushed forward and with his first strike swung his axe upwards, launching one goblin in the air and as it fell bringing the same axe down onto its chest. The only thing left of it was the small stone.

He moved effortless into his next foe, flinging one axe towards an incoming goblin. The blade sliced right into its skull, its body shattering into dust just as it reached him. His hand caught the handle of the thrown axe as it fell. Two goblins rushed for you, one right after the other. It wouldn't be long before the effects of the spell would wear off and the gobins currently writhing on the floor would get up again.

@CriticalHit

Behind you, even Priscilla drew her Scythe but the tip of its blade rested calmly on the ground as she stood and watched. The kobold came at you with animalistic ferocity, its claws extended and ready to tear into you. Thanks to your superior speed, you landed your first strike before the kobold could and blood poured from its new wound. As you plunged your dagger into its neck, it recklessly slashed at you cutting the cloth of your sleeve and scratching the surface skin. It was pointless as you next dagger into its chest ended its life, even as it tried to bite you with its last breath. It broke down into nothing but a dimly-glowing, iridescent gem and black dust. Your first kill in the dungeon. A single kobold was manageable, but you were warned about engaging a whole pack of kobolds. While it was rare to encounter more than three in the first level at one time, it was possible.

The two other goblins had not stopped coming at you while the kobold was dealt with. Side by side, they wielded rusted knives capable of dealing nasty damage if not careful. Luckily, they were the easiest and weakest monster in the dungeon. Their only real advantage came with numbers.

Mare: -30 MP

Mare's first lighting shot went straight through the chest of one of the kobold's, taking it out immediately while the other's reacted with vicious growls and snarls before charging after him. The second fired off but it did not quite hit the mark, instead striking the kobold's leg as it ran. The kobold face planted into the ground as its leg gave out, but did not die. It was a different story for the irregular kobold, its movements were sharper and quicker than the others. Mare's lighting shot missed just barely, the kobold seemed determined to sink its claws into the spirit.

Misha followed right behind Renji, skewering a goblin as it tried to attack from Renji's blind side. The goblin Renji jabbed in the stomach turned into nothing but the stone, its jaw and ribs breaking from the impacts. Slimy spit shot out of the next goblin's mouth as Renji kicked it, bringing it to its knees before it was finished off. The other four goblins moved right for Renji, as Misha seemed to have darted off to aid Mare. The kobold had nearly gotten to him.

The black-charred kobold came at Mare with rage in its primal eyes, ready to tear flesh apart. It leaped for the spell-caster as he landed. The monster's claws would have surely sunk into Mare's body if it hadn't been for Misha. Daringly, she jumped forward and tackled the special kobold. The two slammed against the hard, rock wall of the dungeon. The kobold tore away Misha's spear, launching it just in front of Mare's feet, and began to swipe at her chest. Misha quickly grabbed ahold of its wrists, but even as she did so it was clear she would not hold it back for long. With its hands momentarily ensared, it desperately tried to sink its teeth in Misha instead.

Reylan

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

Loss and more loss. His mind torn between fighting against the injustice of this game and enjoying all of its wonderfulness. Never before did he feel so strongly the duality of being both free and caged. On the outside, He pretended like nothing was bothering him and that he had moved from Paralyze's death with a new determination. But inside, Questions attacked his thoughts constantly without end. It frustrated him that he could not leave them behind and enjoy the game as the rest did. If it were not for his guild-mates, Reylan might have gotten himself killed days ago. Were they all simply amusement for a twisted sociopath that reveled in their deaths? Or was it someone with a massive god-complex who wished to have a world where they ruled? Reylan knew they might never get a proper answer.

A tug on his sleeve broke him from these troubled thoughts, his arm resting on the wooden top of a dining table. Across from him was the girl named Kyo, a person whom that they rescued one night while doing the night patrol quest. The Legion of Wolf had officially taken her in until they could find her parents or relatives. That had been most of his day along with a few errands, such as informing the council member of their success of the mine quest. While he wasn't able to obtain a permanent supply, there was a small crate of the metal given to him for his work. That was promptly split between Xenos and Shiba, since both of them needed it the most "Are you okay, Master Reylan?" Kyo asked from across the table. The area between his shoulder blades tightened, he REALLY didn't like hearing that title in front of his name but Alisea had already gotten her hands on Kyo.

Reylan let out a slightly nervous chuckle "You don't have to call me Master Reylan, really." His teeth gritted once his mouth closed, why did Alisea have to do this? "Miss Alisea said you were the guild-master, so I had to call you Master Reylan or there would be trouble." She said almost too innocently "Troube with who?!? You know what, nevermind..." His hand slid across his own face slowly in exasperation "I am fine, Kyo. There's just a lot on my mind." He left it vague, no need to trouble her with his personal problems "Anyway, how's the food?" He asked, hoping to change the subject away from him. Kyo took another bite, as if to make sure "It's good. Thank you." The excitement in her voice was soft. Despite not being very expressive with her face, Kyo seemed managed to make her mood known just fine.

A small smile came across Reylan's face "I'm glad."He looked at her for a moment then went back to eating his own dinner. It was only a few bites later when he decided to ask one more time "Are you sure you don't remember anything about your family? Maybe something has come back to you?" All day he had Kyo tag along hoping that someone would recognize her or at least point him in a direction, but he had no luck. Kyo swallowed and shook her head "No, There's nothing before that night..." She said sadly, the look in her eyes tugging on Reylan's heart making him feel guilty for bringing it up again "Ah well, until we find them we'll take care of you so don't worry!" He did his best to reassure her. Kyo seemed to pick back up with this assertion, a tiny smile spreading across her lips before eating once more without another word.

Reylan let a mental sigh go, never did he think he would be taking care of someone else in this game. They left the restaurant after they paid, and walked through the town square where the festival would be held tomorrow. Already the decorations looked amazing. The Festival....Alisea had hinted pretty hard that she wanted to attend it with him but there was something that had been bugging him about it. Even as he picture it, there seemed to be something missing from the mental picture he projected. Reylan held a blank face for a few seconds until his eyes widened suddenly "Aster!" He unknowingly said aloud "Aster?" Kyo repeated confused.

Reylan rubbed the back of his neck, slightly embarrassed to have said it out loud so carelessly "Uh yeah, I should probably go ask her if she wanted to attend the festival with me and Alisea tomorrow." Kyo stopped and stood on the tips of her toes, extending her head up but far from matching Reylan's height "I want to go with you and Miss Alisea too!" She stated firmly, in her soft tone. Reylan nodded despite an uncertain look in his eyes "Of course! Now let's head back to the inn before it gets too dark." He didn't want to say that they might meet her family there and give false hope.

He had thought it strange at first how Kyo seemed to be fascinated with nearly everything new she found. With amnesia, that turned out to be a lot of things. Reylan was pretty sure it was not a player but what kind of NPC would loose their memory? And not initiate a quest? It didn't change the fact she needed their help, which Reylan was happy to give. Now he only hoped Aster would be at the inn so he could ask, after all it was only a festival, right? Most of the festivals held in his part of England involved drinking either directly or indirectly.
Having been through the streets of the city quite a few times, he made his way to the inn in record time. The wooden door opened wide as he held it for Kyo to walk past him, hoping to seem some of his comrades already there.
@Polaris North

He seemed pleased that were ready to go "Good. Time idling is time wasted, eh?" A small chuckle came from him as he turned and continued down the corridor the skeletons had come from. Unlike a rookie adventurer, Amrec seemed confident in his abilities. There was no fear apparent in his eyes when he fought. In fact, there only seemed to be pure enjoyment radiating from him with every swing of his axes.

Amrec's voice spoke up once more "Those skeletons bring up a good lesson that you should learn now rather than later." He began, his voice taking on a more serious tone "The dungeon can change in a instant and make a bad situation worse." The scratch on his cheek had stopped bleeding entirely "That is why you need to be aware of your surroundings at all times, especially during periods of rest." He stated the last bit in a way that suggested he may have learned it the hard way.

Not long after he gave this drop of wisdom, a large pack of goblins spawned from the dungeon walls in a similar fashion to the kobolds earlier. They number roughly a dozen in size but between the two of you it should be a piece of cake "Well, Kurvia...care to join me for a little dance?" Amrec merrily asked with a smile

@chukklehed & @Duoya

The attention of the skeleton became laser-focused on Klou as she approached the monster, a creaking sound echoing as it moved its body. It seemed to be waited for something until at last it made its first strike. The tip of the spear came hurtling towards Klou at a speed that did not match rate at which the skeleton had been shambling towards the two adventurers, the strike appearing to throw off the skeleton's balance as it stumbled.

Klou had the right mind in keeping her eye on the spear. Skeleton have a high physical resistance and can strike swiftly, but alone they are vulnerable to being out-maneuvered. Crushing weapons, like Klou's brass knuckles, were more effective against the skeleton's hard bone than a slashing weapon.

@Achronum @ @Trainerblue192

Misha rushed after the two hot-headed boys, managing to catch up after a small pout at being suddenly left behind. The three of you rushing down the empty hallway at a quick pace, though Renji was in the lead "I do like your hair, it looks real good!" she added on after Mare, with a bright smile. The time for chatting would have to wait a bit longer, as a large number of monsters spawned from the walls and floor. A mix of both kobolds and goblins, this is what most adventurers would refer to as a 'Monster Party', though of lower level monsters.

The three adventures were faced down with four kobolds and eight goblins, however the kobold in the the real had a different color to it. It's hide was charred black and its fur like a raging fire. This one by comparison looked particular dangerous but it was well known that 'irregular' monsters yielded a more valuable stone. Misha body shook a little but her face stayed strong. She walked forward, both of her arms holding the spear across her shoulders "You'll protect me, won't you pretty boy?" Misha looked back at Renji with a half-smirk.

@CriticalHit

A small giggle escaped Priscilla's lips at Noctis's ignited confidence "Yes, let's." That was the last thing she said before the two of you entered the dungeon. The first thing you noticed is that despite it being underground and absent from natural sunlight, it was not much cooler down here. The path's that were recommended by the guild were illuminated by glowing white orbs along the ceiling. Priscilla walked a couple feet behind you "You take the lead, Haeshi. I will be right behind you if you need me." Now was the time to show off that you made the right decision to be an adventurer.

The two of you start down a one of the long hallways of the first floor, the first moments go smoothly without any action. Before you are able to see or hear anything, Priscilla speaks up "There's monsters ahead, time to see your skill." She says calmly. Sure enough as you turn the corner around a long curved part, a kobold is standing with two goblins. At first they do not see you approach, but the kobold turns around as sniffs the air and proceeds to howl. With the two goblins alerted, they begin to move towards you. The kobold takes the lead in front of the other two monsters, meaning you will need to deal with it first.
I'll have something up today. I got Finals week coming up and all that fun stuff
@Achronum

Wrath and fury flowed with every strike you landed, the magic of your spell allowing you to move through the goblins with ease. The goblin moved its mouth to shriek but was promptly silenced as your elbow crushed its throat, the following knee putting an end to its life. There was nothing the other goblin could do by itself. Without the support of numbers, a lone goblin was an easy target for an adventurer. Any feeble attack it made in retaliation was futile thanks to your boosted speed. In this instance, the foe was weak and you were strong and so it turned to ash, like the rest of its kin.

The goblin that had just recovered burst into the same shadows and ash, a lighting bolt shooting right though its weak hide. A male voice having warned you of its recovery. Soon after, you were approached by two adventurers. One was a spirit and the other was a werewolf, the spirit having put his hand on your shoulder.

The werewolf bounced in front of you, an energetic smile on her face "Those were some cool moves! Won't you please party up with us?" She asked with wide eyes "Think of all the monsters we can kill!" The tone of her voice was a bit too cheery.

@Trainerblue192

Misha stood defensively in front of you while at the same time watching the Renard fight with surprising speed and power. The Renard managed to take care of the two goblins he face with a reckless blitz of attacks. A bolt of lighting flies from your hand and blasts the goblin in the stomach, taking care of the last monster with a flash."I would watch it, Ma-re. You did lose your sword." Misha said softly, only audible for you, while smiling brightly exposing pearly white canines. Next thing you knew, she darted in front of your new friend.

Misha moved in front of the Renard with a bounce in her step, an energetic smile on her face "Those were some cool moves! Won't you please party up with us?" She asked with wide eyes "Think of all the monsters we can kill!" The tone of her voice was a bit too cheery. It was likely she was hoping he would get her closer to those potato snacks.

@chukklehed

The skeleton shambles closer with eerily erratic movements, like at any moment it might break off into a sprint. Its gaze seems fixated on you alone. You spend enough time thinking that you recall that members of the Balder Familia frequently capture/tame monsters for fights in the arena above, but you didn't see many of the familia's adventurers entering the dungeon today. Normally they go in large group if they are getting monsters.

You hear a different set of footsteps come from your rear, and you see that it is May. She must have taken care of her monsters already which means she might be able to help out with the skeleton warrior. It may walk particularly fast, but its attacks are a different story.

@Duoya

Klou seems to be in deep thought at you approach her, also noticing the skeleton getting almost near enough that it will be a real danger. A story that older adventurers often told is that skeletons were aspiring adventurers that died in the dungeon and were never recovered, though the story is completely untrue.

It is possible that Klou knows more about this monster, as she was part of the familia for longer than you were despite starting today as well.

@Polaris North

Amrec was facing only one last skeleton by the time you returned and he seemed to be alright. He caught the weapon of the last skeleton warrior in his axe, and proceeded to headbutt the skeleton's head so hard it fractured before the other axe sliced through the bony spine and it disintegrated into black ash. His breathing was a little heavy as he turned to face you, and that's when you noticed a small amount of blood dripping down a small cut on his cheek.

A large hand wiped the blood away as he walked back, bearing a faint smile as he extended a hand holding the three stones, which were larger than the ones you collected so far "I'll have to inform the guild after we finish today. One is plausible, not three." He mentioned seriously with a small grunt then relaxed "Ready to continue, lass?" He asked, voice loosening up once more.

@CriticalHit

Her smile kept as she responded, nodding "I think most adventurers have that kind of feeling in the beginning. The dungeon is dangerous, but also exciting." It was hard to believe that she was only 23 with the wisdom in her voice. If there was anyone who knew the meaning of hard work, it was Priscilla. Aspiring adventurers were drawn to her story for its inspiration. Recently, Priscilla has been training a different kind of skill at Anubis's insistence that was gaining her quite a bit of popularity. It turns out that the Winter Maiden has a voice that seemed to match her heavenly appearance "If you can, just try to relax. You are going to do fine, I just know it." Her eyes blinked closed for a second, looking at you. It seemed she was trying to make eye contact, but was just so slightly off. The dungeon was now dead ahead, and the very next moments would take you down to either riches or ruin.

@chukklehed

A near flawless victory is yours. There is nothing in their remains except for the two stones, but now that the battle has ended you hear something. The twisted shrieking of goblins and the faint sounds of battle thanks to your beast-human hearing. It must be May. No monsters stand in your way as you make your way to the source of the sounds, and can see May engaged with a trio of goblins. Not only that, but she seems to have taken one as a improvised shield. For the most part, she seems to be in control of the situation.

You hear a startling sound come from behind you. From what you can tell, it sounds like someone rattling a bag of bones. It comes closer and closer, until a pair of glowing green eyes stare at you. A skeleton with pitch black pits for eyes and its jaw hanging on one hinge. On its right arm, a rusted iron spear and on its left, a tattered leather buckler. You are aware that this particular monster is simply called a 'skeleton warrior' and normally appear only on floors 5 & 6.

@Duoya
HP: -21
The goblin you try to grab takes to strike you with its club, however you manage to dodge and successful wrap your arm around its neck. Its club is dropped as you tighten your hold. As you move forward, it struggles to free itself clawing at your arm dealing a small amount of damage thanks to your leather armor. Your movement is severely slowed by trying to keep the goblin in your grip, but it performs its role as shield adequately well. The pathetic clubs of the goblins smash into your 'shield', and you feels a bit of the impact, but are otherwise unharmed. Your goblin shield stops tearing into your arm due to the strikes, and has decreased its resistance.

Your dagger finds the flesh of the two goblins as they attempt to smash through their friend to get to you. Brief shrieks of pain are let out before the two goblins each turn into black ash, leaving you left with the one currently locked in your arm. It is incredibly weakened and it offers no resistance as you finish it off. Just as the magic stone drops, you hear a strange sound coming from the way you just came. First it was simply just footsteps but now the sounds of bones shuffling around have overtaken it.

@Polaris North
MP: -20
Behind you more sounds of clashing sounds of metal can be heard, but through Amrec's periodic hearty laughter you can tell he is alright. You can feel a faint energy course through your arms as you chant your spell. A blanket of electricity erupts from your hand, spreading from wall to wall moving towards the goblins at a fast pace as a strong buzzing sound fills the air. Bolts of lighting attach themselves to the goblins as they enter the field and it passes through them, their muscles moving in spastic ways as they are locked in place. By the time the electrify fades, the two monsters have turned into nothing but dust and two small magic stones.

@Achronum
Agility: + 15 (from Turbulent Wind)
Magic Resistance: -10%

The chant finishes without any issues and you speed off into combat. Your first kick smashes into the goblin's chest, the speed of the strike preventing it from countering. The force causes it to fall back onto one of its comrades, knocking it off balance as the other falls to ash. A crude dagger scrapes some material off your leather bracer as your elbow connects with the next target's face, fracturing its skull. The following jab is enough to end its existence, the green-skinned body shattering. By now, the other three goblins have closed in around you. The nearest goblin is nailed in the upper neck by your wild kick, eliminating it right there while the other two make their strikes. One to your front-left and one to your direct left, they both move in with daggers swinging. Off to the side, the goblin who had been knocked back is once again steady on its feet and coming towards you.

@Trainerblue192

Misha's smiles innocently as you mention snacks "That's right, you're gonna buy me some snacks after this!" Her eyes closing for a split-moment trying to appear cute. Once you started running off, she followed and quickly moved in front "Don't be rushing ahead then!" She replied with minor irritation. The two of you rush further into the dungeon when Misha's ears appear to twitch "You hear that?" She asked while still moving forward "Someone is fighting up ahead." Her pace quickened and you follow after her. That is when you spot a lone adventurer, of the Renard species of beast humans, moving quickly against a small group of four goblins, one appearing to have just recovered.

@CriticalHit

"I don't care about your family history Noctis, I only care if you have what it takes to be an adventurer. Go. Show me and everyone else that you deserve to be here. Your brother one of the greatest adventurers I have come to know. I expect you will succeed him."

These were the words you were left with when you left the familia's residence along with Priscilla, the Winter Maiden. You could tell by the tone in his voice that your god, Anubis, was a strong leader. A few of the familia's members were not thrilled with having a Haeshi join the familia, but most of them accepted you. Now you are standing in front of the large tower alongside the Anubis familia's top adventurer, Priscilla. Today just so happened to be her day to go into the dungeon, so she was going to accompany you on her way to the lower floors. Her skin was fair and seemed to almost glow in the sun, her hair a pure white that made one think of fresh snow. This theme was only accentuated further by the white dress she wore with silver-armor pieces over it, and the specially-forged scythe on her back. Lately she has been pushing herself in order get to level 7, which Feron had beat her to.

"When we are in the dungeon, the monsters will be yours to take care of. I am simply there to make sure you can handle yourself. Once I determine you can, I'll leave for the lower floors." Priscilla stated plainly, looking at you but not making direct eye contact. A small smile appeared on her light pink lips as if fondly remembering something "So are you nervous?" Her voice was more friendly this time around as you got close to the dungeon's entrance.

Cinna simply grinned looking back once at Xinyue, the prize is the satisfaction of knowing you beat everyone else there. The next thing she knew Xinyue was up in the trees along with her tiger pals, trying to keep up with her pace. Truthfully, she was looking for a pack of grimm purposefully at the moment. They had almost taken her life once before, and she wanted to show them she was no longer a person to be messed with. If she was lucky, Xinyue would be able to see her in action though she imagined her method of fighting was more...elegant than her style.

Her wish for combat came true as some beowulves came out from the dense brush and in her direct path "Heh. You dare stand in my way?" Golden eyes adopted a sinister look as she stared them down, the lead Grimm howling in response as it moved to intercept her. "YOU DON'T KNOW WHO YOU'RE DEALING WITH, YOU BASTARDS!" She yelled out as her right hand took hold of Sovereign Right's handle, flicking the weapon to its full extension to her side. With a quick adjustment, she shifted the lance forward and, without slowing down, pieced the chest of her opponent. The beast fell with that one strike and it wasn't enough. She needed more.

A beowulf came to her side and she swung her lance like a club, slamming its side into the creature propelling it into a nearby tree. The thrusters activated on the lance, pushing it back into her control and just in time to catch a beowulf that leaped towards her. Yes. YES! This was adventure! This was revenge! This. Was. Living! Another beowulf tried to charge from her blind-spot, but she was well aware of its presence. One well-timed flip and she landed on its back, lance's tip however above its spine just before she pushed it forward with the help of the thrusters. Three down. Cinna was too wrapped up in getting to the ruins first and fighting these Grimm that she did notice the nevermore like Xinyue.

Her eyes looked up to the tree-line "Come on, Xinyue! Won't you join me in this dance?" A bright smile was on her lips as she called to her partner. Adrenaline served only to fuel the excitement within her, and the competitiveness. This was really it. They were out in this forest to actually fight real Grimm. A fourth beowulf decided to try its hand at taking Cinna down. With the last of the energy that was stored in her, she released it all concentrated in her fist as she punched the monster. It flew into a tree, the trunk cracking from the impact. Sadly though, now that spent all that she didn't have anything left to increase her running speed.

Misha rolled her eyes and scowled as Mare refused to take her dagger, shaking her head not convinced "If you say so, but don't complain to me if you end up getting hurt!" She slide the dagger back into its leather sheathe, and moved to the front playfully shoving you aside "You get to support me from the back, O Wielder of Poseidon's Wrath." Her voice carrying a slight mocking tone. The two of you run towards the sounds you heard earlier, hoping that they were still alive.

You come upon the wider area of the corridor, called a room, where you believed the screaming to have originated. There is nothing but a few spots of blood and black ash on the ground, but no signs of a grievous injury. It was a safe bet that whoever had been attacked had taken care of the threat and moved farther up ahead, where the dungeon begins to have many intersections and paths "Looks like they're gone now." Misha says not hearing anything right now at the moment.

@Achronum

You head off deeper into the first floor of the dungeon where the coward adventurer came from, feeling good after defeating two kobolds on your own. Unbeknownst to you, there are two adventurers from another familia following your trail. There are multiple offshoots off the current corridor you, most of them having a special designation in the guild's handbook. You are currently on a route suggested by your guild advisor. A small amount of time passes and you reach a room that widens out, four hallways including yours connecting to it. In the middle is a small group of goblins, about six in total, huddled together. The moment you step in the room they appear to be alerted to your presence and let out a small shriek before coming for you. It is well known to you that the kobolds you just killed are harder monsters than the goblins you face now.

@Polaris North

As you collect the stones, you also pick up a drop-item: a kobold's fang. Amrec follows behind you "The first step to being an adventurer is simply surviving. Could you have done better? Of course." He said plainly "But you're young and green. Keep surviving, and soon these kobolds will be nothing to you." His voice carrying an almost wise-sage quality about it. Once all of the items were collected, Amrec motioned to continue down the path.

The corridors often changes in width and openings to other paths come and go, but for the most part the appearance of the first floor doesn't change. Amrec stops suddenly drawing both of his axes, and grunts with disdain. Once you catch up, you see what it is that has him agitated. An animated skeleton with drabs of cloth is standing still, a rusted long-sword clutched it its hand. Inside its eyes are simply green glowing orbs that give off little light. From out of view, three more join it and they begin advancing "Gruh. Skeleton warriors...they should be a few floors lower." He mutters angrily to himself, but clearly able to be heard "Kurvia, watch my back. You're not ready for these ones yet." He orders firmly and heads off to meet the four skeleton warriors.

Metal clashes against metal as he fights them, though its clear he can handle this. Behind you hear several high pitched squeals, as two goblins come forward brandishing nothing more crude stone axe.

@chukklehed
HP: -5

You dodge the first goblin's attack with ease, the force of its swing pulling it forward and vulnerable to your strike. The monster disintegrate into black ash and shadow, the kick having shattered its neck. With the second goblin not waiting to strike, you barely manage to avoid getting a dagger in your rib-cage and instead received a small scratch instead. 'Tis but a flesh wound, as they would say. The goblin tries to scratch at your arm with its pathetic claws but you get a good grip on its wrist and yank it forward, the monster hurtling towards its impending doom.

@Duoya

While you went after the two goblins, the other three tried to move around and surround you. The first goblin in unable to land a hit and goes down relatively easily while the other's attack is deflected from any vital points and falls as well, both exploding into dust and shadow. You manage to get fall back before the other three can close in, though they nearly got close enough to strike. Now that you have given some distance, the three goblins are forced to chase after you. A longer range weapon would have made taking care of these goblins a piece of cake, but so far your plan was working.

If is wasn't for the bow at the end of her hair, there would be strands flying off in every direction as she ran. Sovereign Right was more in its compacted form, resting in its holster on her backs, so that she could run with less effort. She had no intentions of finding her partner right at this moment, they would find each other at the end right?

It was hard to miss the tiger faunas with the two, ethereal tiger spirits following her. Ghost Tigers? Now that was pretty cool. No one else seemed to be around so Cinna approached her "Yo Xinyue!" She caled out, slowing down as she got within proper speaking distance. "Looks like you survived the landing alright." Her voice infused with humor. Shark girl or robo-dude would have been cool options but now she knew Xinyue could make phantom tigers, it raised her coolness level with her.

She hoped Xinyue was just as fast as a tiger, the impact from landing had given Cinna a bit of juice so she had been using it run faster. Even though there was no spoken reward for getting there first, Cinna wanted the acknowledgement that she was there before anyone else.
