Hello, I am me from the internet. I migrated here from Kongregate's Forum Games Forum, so feel free to look for me there if you wish to follow a career in internet stalking people. (ಠ_ಠ) ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

A link to some of my past characters, which I need because static tabs do not take up internet.

Infamous Quotes From People Who Exist

“I really don’t follow how your faith believes its perfectly acceptable to doom 4,000 years plus of sentient beings, on a pre-set path of no escape from sin, just so their descendants can be offered the ‘chance of salvation’ when the god murders its own son.”
~vikaTae

“Don’t be an ass or a pussy, ’lest you get screwed by life. Being a mouth or a hand is somewhat safer, and an eye socket is pretty much sacred in this regard, so always keep a look out.”

Well, as long as he had nothing else to do, Lucius supposed he ought to respond to the only conscious entity in the room who it made sense to talk to. O, the mild relief of meeting a fellow Marine, at long last... Xepherial would count for that purpose, and the red-armoured being, but the former was out cold, and the latter was... mad. Too far gone- to Chaos?- to consider a conversational partner, much less a reliable ally, though those were few and far between anyway. (And on that note, would he consider Ga'duk an ally? If he bled out from that wound on his side, definitely not, but he appeared to be holding his blood in for now, so whatever worked for the moronic giant.)

Then again, he was wounded, and not in a particularly friendly mood right now... 'And pray tell, Child of the Emperor,' Lucius muttered in the man's general direction, 'who are you to tell me what is and is not good or bad for me?' A subtle request, albeit somewhat impolitely framed, for an actual designation. He ought to at least know who had let them into this strange room... and how he knew the keycode to get in. 'How would you know what this room is for, or what resides within these tubes? And on that note, since you seem to be familiar with the substance, what is it? What does it do, why is it here? Moreover...' Lucius looked around the place, staring into the darkness as he came to a possible... realisation? Or just a false alarm? Either way...

'Did you lock us into a dead end?' he asked, turning back to the purple-armoured man. 'Because I'll have you know, that makes our position no better than before, despite the layer of armour between us and the xenos.'
@Jbcool Excellent. Thank you kindly, and expect that post in a short while.
@Jbcool ...you know what, that last bit is a question that makes sense to ask, and I'm actually a bit annoyed with myself for not thinking of it. I'm not going to comment on Klomster, Necroes, or Wraithblade's opinions, but could I ask you to hold off on writing that post so Lucius can ask those questions?
@Necroes@Klomster Yeah, I've been meaning to post, but I'm struggling to come up with something for Lucius to do. I'd argue the most important person right now is @agentmanatee, whose promise to post "tomorrow" was broken three days ago... but that's just me.
Ohhh, why was he in the street? This wasn't a smart place to be, and he knew it full-well. Why would he even consider fighting these creatures head-on? There was nowhere else to go, if he entered the side streets he'd likely be ambushed before he could engage in ambushing of his own in any way, the Rogs themselves as well as his allies were surely more skilled fighters than him... all he had was his wits and some prayers.

...maybe prayers were the right way to go, then? It was worth a shot, at least. Stepping back a couple of paces, just so he was behind everybody else, he re-sheathed his weapons, drew the two ritual daggers on his person, and... gawped at the sight of Ursa turning into a Gods-damned bear. How long had he been hiding that? How was he even transforming like that? His first thought was "werewolf", but those were wereWOLVES, there was no such thing as a wereBEAR... right? Surely something like that couldn't exist, right?

Well, either way, it was standing up to the troll quite handily. He supposed he'd have to take advantage of everyone else's distraction to get the prayer out. Muttering his prayer to Fineki under his breath, quietly so that the others didn't hear, he sketched out some symbols on the ground before him, the daggers a pair of pens for the ritual in question. The argument, in theory, was that this ritual would draw forth a temporary wellspring of good luck for allies, and bad luck for enemies... of course, knowing his deity's whimsical nature, it was just as likely that the opposite would come true, or indeed that both parties would be blessed, cursed, or ignored outright. Or he might just grant some other favour. Who could say, with a god of his particular standing? T'was not Settionne Maralanna's place to question the acts of deities, especially when he was the one invoking their favour.

@POOHEAD189@The Fated Fallen@Sypherkhode822@Banana@Fetzen
@The Fated Fallen Not quite the surprise anybody's looking forward to in the middle of a fight, but I guess that could potentially happen.
@POOHEAD189 If you're not still out on holiday, I'm wondering if I might run a ritual prayer by you. The long and short of it is, I'm going to have Sett try to bring good luck to his allies, which at this moment would be the PCs, and bad luck to his enemies, presently the Rogs, Worgs, and Troll, within a certain area for the duration of this fight. Naturally, we know Fineki is capricious, and could well do the opposite, or nothing at all, or something else entirely to what is intended. If that's okay by you, I can make my next post ASAP. Otherwise, I'll come up with something else.

@Fetzen I mean, we could just do a group PM with all three of us in it. Then we only need Sypher's agreement to the collab to write it all up in sort-of our own time. Soon-ish, at any rate, if we don't want to keep PH waiting.
@Fetzen I mean, I could go for that. I have plenty of spare time in the near future.
