Alec raised a brow and shook his head. Mortals. Then Kyle guessed he was here to take the split one and himself to his realm. He shook his head again. "No. I only intercome of humanity as a whole is at stake. I'm on vacation...I'm here to observe." he looked at Eden. "Are you also here to take a break or were you banished?" he held a look of curiosity and had an accent. One that was not fully characteristic of his avatar but that seemed to be fine. "And is the shape you hold your most current avatar?" he focused back on Kyle when he vanished and reappeared with a mug. He tilted his head and sampled it before making a face. "This tastes mostly of sweetness." he plucked a few blades of grass and seemed to focus for what seemed to be the length of time it took to blink and soon held a pile of dust. He sprinkled it into his drink and sipped. "Better...thank you mortal."

Cupid blinked and looked at Eden when she said the canine was the Egyptian God of death he looked at the jackal then back at Eden. "Uhm...are you sure. I mean it looks abnormal sure bu-" Cupid was cut off when the jackal switched avatars to the human shape. Alec took eden's hand and kissed it. "A pleasure. In this form I am known as Alec" he grinned at an open mouth Cupid.
"I would not object to a cup of coffee" aimed at Kyle with a head tilt. "Since you were so keen on keeping me as a pet"
Cupid shut his mouth and shook his head. "I'm...im going inside" he headed inside the hq and straight to his room to lie down.
Cal nodded then looked at her. "I guess it was too much for me...I needed a break, but I took to long of one" he looked down. "Then maybe I could've helped..." he shook his head and looked back at Zoe. "I was stupid. Forgive me?" he meant that. He felt like he made bad decisions and now things happened that he might have been able to help with.

The twins smiled at Cassandra and the trio made their way to Vanessa's diner. Gage didn't seem thrilled to be going to a different diner, but seemed better. Aron seemed a lot better. The idea of messing with his brother lifted his spirits considerably. They made sure to walk at whatever pace Cassandra set.
When the reached the diner aron strode in while gage held the door for Cassandra then went in. Both twins flashed a smile at Vanessa then Gage's smile vanished as he noticed the reporter and narrowed his eyes. Aron elbowed Gage in the ribs. Gage shot a glare at his brother then sighed and relaxed himself. Aron found a spot he liked and sat down with his brother sitting next to him and both made motions for Cassandra to sit with them. They were quite because they didn't want to interrupt...they would wait until they wouldn't be interrupting a conversation.
