Naganeru Aryū, Trainee Onmyouji

"A rare special item that you ain't allowed ta talk about? What's it, some kinda magical headband that lets people cast super magic?" Aryū said. Upon hearing about an item that was rare and secret, her mind remembered a show that she had watched a week or two before today. It involved some sort of skeleton and a rare magical crown that did magic things. Though, it was highly unlikely that a woman who looked like such a normal person would deal in fictional items that appear on shows broadcasted at 8 PM.

Aryū lifted up her hands up and placed them behind her head. "Prolly not. I bet it's just some rich person stuff like a big ol' diamond."
I'll get an NPC post up fairly soon if I can't do one IC for my characters.

Anyway, um, general thoughts on the RP?

Sorry for not posting.

I've been busy at work and had suddenly become a GM, albeit that was a few weeks ago.

Anyways, it's pretty good.
>mfw i'm spoiled what happens to Glenn

Finished them. 2 3 pages from issue 101 are fucked because I messed up thresholds, but they're readable. Images from issue 101 may be slightly out of order, if they are, tell me, I'll fix them.

Issue 101
Issue 102
Issue 103

Brief tutorial on how I did it:

I used Paint(dot)net (free, just be careful of the website you get it from. It's getpaint.net)
I made a new image, turned it greyscale, then used the levels tool to get it to a nice place where there greys were white, the dark greys were grey and the blacks were... black. Save and repeat almost 60 times.

You can do it in photoshop, but I'm too lazy to install and relearn a new image editor.

Edit: ACCIDENTALLY FUCKED EVERYTHING UP.

Edit 2.0: I fixed it.
If you scanned them yourself, it might be RGB mode instead of scanning in greyscale.
Or if someone else did, they could have scanned it all in RGB mode.

Otherwise, I could probably manually set all of them back to black/white.
Actually before i make a post... i am curious. Hey @SilverDawn now you are the GM what are the shops on the floors 2-10? and do we use money or points to buy food?

Floor 2 is gym, floor 3 is the indoors "park" (turf + fake trees), floor 4 is the cafeteria, floor 5 and 6 are the shopping district, filled with many small stands of different shops, floor 7 is the card shop, floor 8 is just a bunch of tables , floor 9 is also a bunch of tables, floor 10 is the library, and floor 11 is rarely used as dueling arenas.

Gotta keep the library quiet.

Food is free (generally speaking), but some specialty items (such as big desserts) would cost 2 points. Just because, you know, to keep Floyd in check.
Y'all need a map?

I can make a map.

Could be worse. I could have pulled Dracosack.
Also, I should probs have Haas go Mecha Phantoms at some point. Thats the only meta deck I like. (Are they even meta anymore?)

ayy girl, you wanna see my dracossack?

Also, not to my knowledge.

This meta's all 'bout Nekroz, Burning Abyss, Tellarknights, Shadoll and Qli.

Kosmo's pretty up and coming, though.
@SilverDawn
Holy shit I got a good pull!

Maybe now I can have Haas make a decent Synchro-deck sometime.

I cried myself to sleep when I saw it.
WRYYYYY

It had been a long and hard fought duel. Megan and Clementine had dueled with each other, but neither had spoke a word to one another. They were too focused on their opponents, who, for some reason, were both children under the age of 9. Despite being in control for the entire game, Megan and Clementine could not beat their opponents. The game was a deadlock for 39 turns. That was, however, until Clementine and Megan managed to get their opponent to 100 LP, whilst they were at 7100 LP. Suddenly, a trap card activated. Self-Destruct Button was revealed to be the trap card. Because it was so late, they had no counter to it. "Well. That was a waste of time." Clementine said in a jokey tone before going back to the bleachers to watch the rest of the games.

After-arithmetic

As the duels came to an end, the students ended up sitting back on the bleachers. 30 minutes passed. Most of the students were asleep at this point. Without so much as a warning, the door into the arena came flying off of its hinges. A loud bang woke most of the students as the room was filled with total silence.

"ALL RIGHT STUDENTS, LISTEN UP!"

This yell came from outside of the door. A large burly man came running in, manually holding every single card pack ever released in his burly hands. Whispers circulated throughout the students. "Is that Transformer?" "He's really buff." "This reminds me of my 8th birthday. "Muscle is an illusion, intelligence is forever, hahahehehe." Behind Transformer was the teacher who gave out decks from earlier. "When I call your name, come down to receive a card pack. He said, his voice the same as before. He then systematically called out names. After one's name was called, they would walk down to Transformer, who would... rather aggressively give them the card pack that they chose.

After the winner's names were called, the uninterested teacher began calling the losers down. Transformer managed to grab the remaining card packs and tore every single pack open at the same time. The same time. He shuffled all 201 cards with his bare hands in one stack, then began giving out the cards to the losers.

A voice came over the PA system.

"Attention all first year students, attention all first year students. Classes will start tomorrow at 9 AM. Please get rested for them. Until then, feel free to explore the academy and make friends~!"
Also, Charak, card packs are supposed to be in sets of two, not two different ones. Unless you find someone who's willing to buy and trade

So:
TBKrunk: Crossroads of Chaos
Scarifar: Dark Legends
Ciphra: Cybernetic Revolution
Satoshi Kyou: Return of the Duelist

edit: I am a dumbass.

Card packs coming now.

I'm salty that an Armades was actually called. Still, better than other cards in the random pool.
