Dude, it doesn't matter what kind of Inquisitor you are, if you tell a Space Marine "Join my retinue" then they're gonna fucking join it, because they know they'll get horribly fucking Exterminatus'd if they don't.

I'm just chalk it up to say that Karthis doesn't think he has enough repute to go and get a space marine and that Karthis is also not one giving out Exterminatuses like Opera but that's just an IC excuse, it was determined at the start there would be no Astartes since neither the GM nor I wanted one person going around rofl-stomping everything.

That being said, I would love to play a Mutant or abhuman. Failing that, something Mechanicus related. I know the Inquisition and AdMechs aren't on the best of terms (Inquisition tolerate them because the Imperium would fall apart without them.) But the oblivious one that only cares about carving up every bit of tech that he finds sounds like fun.

Personally I'd say play a mutant or abhuman even though its likely that idea will get the Inquisitor killed eventually; we already got a 1 or 2 AdMechs though, might wanna double check on that since we currently only have one with a finished CS. Also, we've already started ya know?

Personally my vote is for druid, as we'll be delving into the wilderdeep you'll be right in your element. Though there's something to be said for an all swordsman party...

Not going to lie, I debated about making a bard whose sole instrument was a cow bell.
Let the soothing waves of smooth jazz being played on a cow bell soothe thy soul.

The other idea was a tiny dwarf/halfling with a giant spiked mallet or something Harley Quinn style.

Still debating if I want to do any of those tho.

+1d4 forward to damage
Their mind is shaken clear of one enchantment
The next time someone successfully assists the target with aid, they get +2 instead of +1
Then roll+Cha.

✴ On a 10+, the ally gets the selected effect.

✴ On a 7-9, your spell still works, but you draw unwanted attention or your magic reverberates to other targets affecting them as well, GM’s choice.

I've been thinking of going back to roleplaying and the idea for this one really intrigued me. Unfortunately, I've never participated in a tabletop roleplay before, but I do have a will o' the wisp character I've wanted to try playing. So questions, would you be okay with an absolute scrub at this, and would a wisp character that takes the shape of a human be okay?

I believe we are strictly using Dungeon World for this and they don't seem to have a wisp character; as far as I can tell, all of us are using characters based on the character roles on the site.

Honestly, I think its more or less on the cusp of dying right now unless anyone else wishes to try and continue with it.

At any rate, I'm happy with how far we've gotten thus far and the effort and energy people have put into this RP. Thank you all ^^
