It had only been an hour since she had found herself back in Penrose, and yet it all seemed to have gone to some literal frozen-over hell in a hand-basket. Her Patron had been squeaking and creaking and rattling and the like non-stop in her ears at first, worried tones and concerns far more obvious than not, and she'd quickly jumped in her transport ship to go find someone. Not much chance she'd find her "ally" anytime soon...not that the maid lass didn't have enough to worry about as it was, it seemed. More than that, she only had one person she knew decently-ish that hadn't been trying to kill her as well. Goo Las-....Amaryllis. Yes, Amaryllis. Was a nice name, had a good ring to it.

Though a lotta' monsters needed killing as well, much to her own admission as well as the information provided by her patron. Bah. They were magical girls, they had a job to do! And no good pirate let a mate get drug behind before a good hunt! Lots of enemies were out and about, to be slaughtered and plundered for coin and riches!

Yet in the meantime...

'CREEEEEEEEEEEAK'

"Oi, ah' git' yer' point, ya' creakin' squeakin' majesty....but ah' missed' ya' too, an' it seems like ya' saw a lotta' goins'-on in tha' meantime. Ah' jus' gotta search fer er' first, ok? Keep ah' lookout fer' er' as well, don't wanna' be tha' only one doin' this ere'. An' at maid lass' oughta' be fine as well fer now, ah' hope."

Such a needy ghost ship, not that its worries weren't unfounded in this case either.

Penrose had gone so very dark, so very cold while they all had been gone in that beach dimension. How long had time passed here in the meantime? Days? Weeks? Months? Clearly not years at least, much to her comfort, but eventually she'd decided she needed to check up on someone. Alicia. More than just the weather, something felt wrong in the air of Penrose that she could not shake. Even the warmth of the arms of her "fake" family couldn't seem to chase away the concerns and anxiety she felt bubbling up inside about it all. Eventually she'd excused herself to "go visit a friend who wasn't feeling well", and after agreeing to bundle up and "be safe" she had eventually been allowed out. Trudging through the icy cold and snow-covered streets of a city that had seemingly only seen disaster after disaster, the untransformed Serenity made her way towards Alicia's house. Maybe she'd be there? She had no idea right now, to be blunt.

Though she wouldn't do nothing in the meantime. Punching in a number and pulling her family-provided cellphone to her face, and barely tugging the scarf wrapped around her low enough to speak clearly, Serenity listened to the ringer go off over and over with baited breath. She couldn't hear anyone picking up yet, but that didn't mean something bad was happening...right?

"C-C-Come on, Alicia....please pick up...," the girl said under her breath, as if to console herself whilst she made the arduous trip just down the street a few short blocks.

The song of battle seemed to hang in the air, the darkness of night, the bitterness of the cold, and the prowling of monsters that had taken over the streets in the seeming absence of many of the city's protectors. Albeit it seemed they had all arrived back out of the blue an hour ago. A very strange occurrence, something she'd chock up to the gods' handiwork...or at least some potentially malicious being perhaps. Running from rooftop to rooftop, her attire billowing in the wind behind her, the transformed monster girl felt the thrill of the hunt coursing through her once more as she went about pursuing monsters that lurked in the shadows. It was like falling back into an old practice, and old habit, but without the struggle some might have at adjusting to such. So natural was this task to her, so ingrained into her being was the slaughter of monsters and her enemies, it was akin to breathing for the common man. Alas, with the other magical girls back she was unsure how long her time would last for his particular venture before someone else popped in. Some could get so territorial about their cities and places, not that she much cared about that after all these years.

"Hmm?"

Something caught Ninha's attention, causing her to stop on the top of a nearby building. Just as she'd found another bit of prey to slaughter as well.

"So those people are here somewhere as well. How peculiar...but unsurprising all the same."

A small smile came to the monster girl's face. Nothing she had to worry about right now, frankly. Knowing them, they'd be busy internally before they looked outwards perhaps. For now, she could just go about her business and maybe see if she ran into anyone interesting.

@Vocab
@ERode I am not adverse to ichor-mana-mud stuff being strange in some potent way, would be fun. Just didn't wanna try to be utterly OP. XD

I think all things have a magical aura, just one of the mutations for Monster can make theirs stupidly large.

Ah! That does make good sense.
@ERode Basically yeah. Except rather than just "summon tentacles", it's "i made them using le magic" and such. In terms of durability, i was gonna ask about that as well. I don't mind either way, same indestructibility or not. Just wanted to note their similarities to the weapon in function and design for appearance's and use's sakes. What would you prefer or want to allow as a GM, however?

Aura thing i thought was just a monster thing, outside off disguises or something? Was i mistaken??? >_<
@ERode@Ariamis In the meantime, le Enkidu expy is here! :P Had to at least give this a try and see if it works. XD

@ERode@Ariamis Noted, and thank you both for looking at the app!

Though I'd rather avoid treading into more caution-warranting grounds and "doesn't make much sense" territory if possible, so hmmm....i will look things over for this guy more, and otherwise see if one off my other ideas or a new roll can avoid some of the noted issues above! Many thanks! :D
@Ariamis@Flamelord@ERode Here is this crackhead idea magical boy idea, Puchuu patron, to be looked at!

Feel free with any questions, desires to nerf or make balanced, or the like! I want to be fair here in the end, admittedly, cause the idea is a tad ambitious. :P

I had a burst of inspiration for this, though, so if it overall doesn't work or such then i can grab another one of my ideas from the list! :D

Patron Goals

Flying Dutchman

-Low Goal 1: Recruit a new crew member (Recruit in this case being just like, having other people on board vibing with the ship, as opposed to actually becoming their Patron)

-Medium Goal 2: Protect the Dignity of the Dead

-Hard Goal 3: Drive Off Horrors' Crap - Due to a deep hatred of Horrors, bred by an interaction with the Greater Horror Soth long ago, the Flyinng Dutchman is willing to truly go off the pocketbook in payment for those magical girls/boys working for it in regards to Horrors. Helping stop a Horror's plot, killing a Horror patron's magical girls/boys or greater servants/dangerous monstrosities (meaning not just the simplest generic minions like are in the perk), convincing a Horror patron's magical girls'boys to leave them for another patron, and even things that just put a wrench in the plans or actions of Horrors (such as helping the ghost ship gather up the bodies of the dead to keep them out of the grasp of a Horror or monster created by a Horror's plans/actions) qualify among other such significant enough feats. If it deals a blow to Horrors and their plans in general, it is in general worth paying out the really good dosh for. (High Reward)

Ygghirath, The Pale Moon

-Low Goal 1: Slay Monsters/Evil - Whether regular monsters or things like horror minions walking the streets or hunting people, or even an evil being or indibidual who needs smiting, the imperative to take down evil wherever it is a must. Usually this means slaying evil things and monsters and such, but if those working for her were to manage to somehow turn an enemy or evil being away from the path of evil to become good then payment is still rewarded. Slaying evil does not always mean just killing everything, after all, even if it usually means that in the line of magical girl work. (Low Reward)

-Medium Goal 2: Safeguard Mundane Children

-Hard Goal 3: Risk Your Life For Another (With life risking being, like, Having a good chance of dying)

(EDIT 7/18/20: The below characters are officially RETIRED, due to a variety of reasons that have impacted this decision and changes in RP policy. Their respective Ruby Coins and Black Coin were transferred IC to my newest incoming character Lillia, as was prior approved.)

Annona Colony - Grand Dock

Lillianna let out a long, drawn-out sigh as she stood at semi-attention alongside her comrades. She was with her squad in their suits so close to the end of all those lined-up, at-attention soldiers on the Grand Dock that it felt frustrating. So far away from where the princesses would first come in, but so very close to the exist at the end of the Grand Dock that she could almost touch it. Either way, she supposed, she'd maybe get to be the last to see the two Princess walk by....

...Actually, that wasn't bad necessarily. She'd get to do something so many fans could not! To see Princess Asallia in the fl-

"Mam, the Princesses are almost here."

The Avocati's ears perked up as the comms message reached her, as the communication coming from a nearby squadmate's unit reached her ears. Shock wrote itself into Lillianna's face as the experienced soldier and her unit snapped back to full attention suddenly, fumbling to leave her former daydreaming state. Over the comms she then heard the light giggle of a younger female squadmate of hers. Lillianna turned her unit's head to look back at the whisperer, wish she could shoot them a glare, but getting only a silent lack of response in return. Bernand was probably laughing, that little snot....but despite the frustrations Lillianna went looking over herself once more in the cockpit, seeking to ensure her attire was in proper shape. At least, just in case she was asked to step our for some reason. There was a chance of that, right?

...Admittedly the rest of her squadmates, if not all of them, had laughed at her sudden stint of proper etiquette before they all came out here into the Grand Dock to line up. So what? She didn't much like the stuffy conditions in all of this, wasn't like she was new to being under Gilbert's command either, but to see the Princesses in person was a unique experience! It wasn't like she had any special reasons or anything....i-idiots. Yet on the other hand she knew she wouldn't be adverse to battle orders being handed out right now as well. Hell, if she had any way to keep her music player out she'd have listened to some of her favorite idol's latest tracks at least. Anything to get this stuffy situation over with and see the Princesses, so she could be shuffled off to guard duty with her squad.

"Oh, and the word down the grapevine says Lorenz is getting sent out to handle some intruder as well."

What.

Bernard's unit standing next to her seemed to deliver another bit of information in yet again over the comms, though this information was more worrisome than the last. Sure it had been passed on by just word of mouth as they all were waiting here...but it wasn't fair either! There was something going on right now, something to do, and she was stuck here waiting with her squad! But she also didn't want to miss seeing the Princesses either...argh! Lillianna's hands clenched tightly as she stood at attention, as a small shiver ran down her back whilst her body began to shift in eager anticipation.

She could feel her legs aching to run to where her Tommy was standing a bit behind her, her hands on the controls, and her butt in the seat already. All it would take was a small emergency exit, and...no! No, no, and many more times no! She had to see Asallia, and be here with her squad! She wouldn't hear the end of it if Gilbert caught her jumping out of line here and into her suit and out into space, again at that, much less from other officers due to the presence of royalty here this time. It was like torture, however, to merely stand still here.

"Bernard, i am going to put you through overnight space drills again if tell me another damn thing right now while we are at attetnion. Vanessa, you are probably leaning ion the comms button again too," Lillianna muttered under her breath in a gritty tone, squaking back to her two squadmates over the comms with a tone of light ire. Yet soon after the woman's gaze shifted to her screens once more, more worried than anything if anyone were able to see her eyes, to where the end the transfer bridge connected to the Grand Dock. It would all be worth it, yes? It had to be to stand here like this.

Besides, she wasn't the only one who had been out of it for a moment. Some doofus in a Tommy farther ahead of her had stumbled on everyone's march in, much to her amusement. Hadn't been hard to imagine the following discussion after that over the comms. Haha!
