In Light Of Recent Developments
New House Rule:
- Passive Deception: As a preface this rule only involves player character interactions, so in the case where a character is "lying" but not actively doing so, the characters will use Passive Insight Vs. Passive Deception which is 10+AB MOD+PROF BONUS (If your proficient in Deception/Insight) This is so people not actively hiding the truth are not forced to roll a dice if they don't want to do. If you are actively lying than you will roll and vice-versa.
@Cu ChulainnHe's outright lying. No need for justification, insight is all about reading people's faces. And when it comes to bluffing, I'm all for rolls between players, because you can't justify calling someone on having a bad poker face at the table.
What reason would Tibor have to suspect Neth would be lying? Neth has not spoken since you've met and Gundren didn't mind either. Tibor has travelled with the wagon as long as Neth and so far I didn't think he'd have any reason to mistrust Neth? I'm sorry but I don't see how it's justified, could you give me a reason?
