@Shadow Dragon Er yeah those were killed, I would still allow intelligent undead however just not tier S undead like liches. An Eldritch horror could be many things so if that you would need to be specific. As for Dragon? I might allow you to play possibly a wyrmling, they mature quickly anyways. But I'd prefer low power level monsters, you will get stronger though.
