Current You'd think after like 15 years I'd stop feeling like a fraud when writing posts but I still do which is both a statement on my self confidence and a compliment to how good my partners are as writers

Maybe Tracer's womb acts fast too.

I didn't consider this.

I'll have to get the scientists to test this hypothesis.
all current lines of conversation are rejected and end immediately

i have a better topic

i had a dream that i was dating tracer and when i got her pregnant she used rewind to delete the fetus

i got mad that she aborted our child but she said it didnt count as an abortion because it's like the kid never existed

does what she did count as abortion y/n

I call Dream BS because as anyone who's anyone knows Tracer's rewind only rewinds three seconds and I expect consistency even in dreams and unless you have super sperm you're not getting her pregnant right after ejaculation ergo Dream BS, sir. You can trust me I'm a Tracer scientist.

I tried to make a good impression, but I failed again. It was New Years Eve, there's too much noise. I could barely hear my own voice.

Honestly, she blamed herself. Maybe there wasn't going to be a full-on fight, maybe she just assumed, but it was an easy assumption to make. The boy who drank the vodka like it was a glass of soda wasn't at fault. Min-seo's vantage point allowed her to get the clear picture, but she didn't know the words to diffuse the situation. The word 'fight' carried certain expectations and she wondered if the response was because of her exclamation. Min-seo tried to look towards the vodka-chugger who was falsely manhandled; she recognized something about him. Not in a familiar sense - she hadn't met the guy and technically still hadn't - but he had a familiar look in his eyes. The look that was asking the internal question of "What am I doing here?" She had it too, her first few weeks in America. Unlike him, though, Min-seo didn't accidentally almost get into a party fight.

Min-seo leaned against the bar, standing on her tip-toes trying to get a glimpse of the Korean boy, if only to confirm he was okay, but her vision was promptly obscured by two new arrivals, one of whom had arrived and...technically diffused the situation. He didn't exactly seem to be the 'suave action hero' type with how his voice happened to peter off after he realized Min-seo was looking at him. He did break up the budding fight, that had to count for something, but Min-seo was puzzled by the expression. Fortunately, his order was clear enough even if Min-seo had to shake her head and return to the present situation. She'd have to look for the Accidental Fight Starter later and offer an apology.

For now, though, responsibility was showing itself.

"Vodka, okay." Min-seo gave the Fight-Ender the universal hand signal for 'okay' and set out a cup, uncapped a chilled bottle, and poured out a serving. She did the same for the more talkative of the duo before realizing that he was doing more than just ordering a drink. "Help?" She repeated the word then shook her head at the two. "I am...help. Henry...asks me. It is...hard but...okay." Min-seo flashed the 'okay' gesture again and kept it flashing up until a third arrival pushed his way to the bar.

Did he...beautiful? That was a bit bold, wasn't it? Min-seo didn't even know this person! Things really were different around here. Maybe he didn't mean it, though. Maybe he was just trying to be nice. Maybe she was overthinking it. She absolutely was. "Busy...yes. Busy." Min-seo agreed with the obviously rhetorical question as she set out another glass for the flattering fellow, and dropped some ice cubes in it. The vodka bottle in her hand was now empty, so off to the side she placed it. Now she had to improvise. A brown bottle and a red can caught her eye, and an idea came to mind. "I give you...here..." The whiskey went in first, then she poured in the Coke until the ice rose to the top and the glass looked somewhat presentable. "Jack Coke. Popular. Please, enjoy!"

Min-seo took a moment to exhale. After all of this, she could definitely scratch 'bartender' off her list of potential future careers.
Well dope, now I gotta do a Min-seo post. She's suddenly very popular.
@Mariana Collie

I'm not talking about realistic childhood trauma or gritty topics in a canon of the correct tone. I'm talking straight up "I was routinely raped when I was seven and killed my first man when I was ten" in the middle of an anime high school setting.

Man, they're just trying to unlock their Sharingan.
Because I started doing it when I was like 14 trying to impress a real 3.14 that was into RPing about Naruto or some shit and like now it's 15 years later and I'm in too deep to stop now.

Also, do you think there is something you hate about role-playing on forum that you would like to see improve?

Aesthetics taking priority and people wanting to blow their load early in character creation.

What makes roleplaying so special to you?

At this point it's because a good portion of my internet presence involves hanging out with/chatting with people I met through different RP locations and I feel responsible for their growth into functional human beings so that they don't end up like me.

What is the single thing that excites you the most when you role play?

The vague glimmer of hope that maybe THIS one will be the one I join that lasts longer than two weeks.

What does this say 'bout you and I? Both have anime avatars and both have sigs that are a tad lewdish/from lewdish sources?

That we've transcended.

Or that we have good taste.

Probably that.
