I'd like to think I've matured with age but then on weekends I watch cartoons and eat too much sugar cereal in my pajamas so if anything I've stayed the same.

If there's anything that brings this community together it is dunking on people who bring their own shit onto themselves. It's like schadenfreude!

I'm actually disgusted that this is a thing that exists

and it's getting a sequel

HuniePop is tame compared to what else is out there but I'm not going to be the Sherpa up that mountain.
@Dynamo Frokane what the fuck

He's posting about the overrated video game that is HuniePop and it's no doubt soon to be as overrated sequel.
I'll scope out the reboot thingy
@Demon Shinobi I've edited my sheet. Pending approval.
@Fabricant451@Lovely Complex

Aime-sama(@AimeChambers) and I have been going down memory lane. After ending up in the same rp.

Ye.
Initially I thought the power would be a fun little joke to offset the likely more serious and cool powers but honestly I think the powers have the potential to be cool too.

And also fabulous. Which is a big thing for me.

Also I'm stalling but here's my character submitted for approval.

Oh, man, I'm gonna be honest after the whole guild being taken down for a bit I forgot about stuff - that is totally my bad and I'm sorry! I just totally forgot about some stuff I expressed interest in around that time.

But I wouldn't mind checking out a Naruto-based one down the line.

You're so handsome dressed in black. See you in the shadows; I'd like to see you on your back
Her Hair Isn't All That Gets Wet (Marina Dover; @Kitty)

Was it too early to come down with Senioritis? The realization hit Shauna that morning that she only had about five months or so before graduation and this revelation made it rather difficult to concern herself with concepts like school work or exams. She had certainly made an impression throughout her four years which was more than could be said for most. The unfortunate reality of it all was the simple fact that she wasn't going to be able to enjoy the doe-eyed affections of the Freshman class for much longer. In time she would be a Freshman again though with her firm grip on the intricacies of relationships, she would be operating at a collegiate level anyway.

All of these revelations came right about the same time the shy brunette member of the anime club did back at the New Year's Party. As Shauna had finished with the party goer, she was out of the tent without even the decency of a post-coital cuddle. As she re-affixed her bra and put her shirt back on while stepping onto the beach of the party, she didn't bother going back inside. She came - well not like that - and she was gone. The trip home was silent and the mood carried over to Monday.

Shauna was coming to the end of her high school days, one final semester, and she wasn't quite sure what that meant going forward. There were as many people who despised her as there were those who were chomping at the bit for a second chance to be with her, and neither of those facts did much to alleviate the sense of...regret that was settling in. When she walked at graduation, who would cheer for her? Her mother? In all her experiences and trysts throughout the four years, not once had Shauna felt that...spark that could enthrall her. It had all been too easy. No one really capturing her attention beyond the immediate physical gratification.

Shauna Flynn was lovesick without ever having been in love.

If there was a regret, it was not finding that special name in her black book. There were some impressive names, but none that had really made it all worthwhile. With only a few months left to go, Shauna was pretty much checked out. One more school play. Maybe a fling on Valentine's Day, a hotel room at prom...but there wasn't any excitement anymore.

As she sat in homeroom, idly twirling a pen between her fingers, her slump not showing in her face, she was taken by surprise when someone sat next to her. She glanced over. Sandy hair. Accent. Smell of saltwater and the glow of a recent encounter. Marina Dover had been busy this morning, riding a different kind of wave - one that traded in long boards for long...appendages.

"Is one of them you because I've got nothing but time until third period." Shauna hadn't missed a step, responding, the brogue in her accent as pronounced as ever. "I'm curious but sleeping with girls isn't exactly a challenge, Marnie. I could get Mrs. Winship if I wanted. But by all means, do go on."

For someone who was feeling a bit melancholic, her confidence hadn't taken a hit.
