Ummm. Alright, my suggestion is work from when they arrived and they started to break off. Summarize it as it likely took only a few minutes at most, despite the text walls we're cranking out, the timing in rp is much faster as is the thought process. At least that's how I've usually understood it. In addition, I would suggest you focus on what your Batarian might've noticed or important to him, rather than try to include everything. Just because it's not mentioned, doesn't mean it didn't happen. Just means your PC, not you, didn't consider it important. Also, if you have to, make a small, short paragraph post to start off? I merely need your PC's intro on approaching Vellios and I can build on that from there. We're all about quality, not amount here. Even a small, 1 paragraph reply is worth much more than a mile page of fluff and rambling. Does that help some?

I'll likely, if the players wish it, do a small timeskip to allow PC development and causal interaction. However, due to past lulls causing the IC to grind to a halt for months on end, I'm going to put a 3-4 day limit on replies during that period so we're not spending months or a year on the same moment. Unless you mention you need an extra day or so, which I will expect a reply on the stated date or will move the scene. So Baulder will be able to act out or do something during the lull by that time. He'll still be a bit stiff I would imagine though.

Another thing to keep in mind, you don't have to be involved in just this scene or right away. If you want Josie or another of your PCs to encounter Rach at some point or fashion, we can keep that in mind for the future. So if we see a situation where we can say sick Josie on Rach or make an encounter possible, NN, you and me can work on it to figure out how to approach and do this. So, if you see an opening, we also know you might snag it and we wouldn't be caught off guard.

Got to love David Bowie, he made an interesting villain though if you get into the depth and manga, and yes there's a prequel, you actually feel a bit sorry for the Goblin King and it explains a bit of why Sarah was chosen.
