The accused has the right to face those who accused them. The problem is that some of the heroes would not want to be cross examined by the defense. They would have to be present in their civilian identities and the defense could easily out them for being metahumans. And even if onky Kelly testifies because her metahuman status is public knowledge (because of a youtube video from earlier in this game), the defense could still ask her. And if they plead the 5th, then I think the jury has to ignore their entire testimony. I could be wrong on that last part, so don't take my word for it.

Couldn't the fact, in cases as they have made enemies or I assume, arise that outing their indenties puts them at high risk? Not sure but I think there's ways around that which allows witnesses to be anyonmous.

@fdeviant: Thanks hun. Now I have only Tricks and NN to wait on and then we can move to the climax. I also might suggest a mention of Joseph informing Gabe, and Gabe contacted Justine where to meet them. That way we all are on the same page, though keep in mind two hours have passed between this discussion and locating them so they likely 'chatted' for a while longer. Other than that, it was perfect. <3

@Tearstone: I know you and Hero did a collab that allowed Justine to be smoothly inserted, you might want to post that As soon as you can so everyone's aware of Justine being involved. Two, it makes a nice read. <3

Alright, those in the Natural Sections Arc, here's an update:

I have my post done for Gene Co, and will post it up after Tricks and NN get their collab done.
Tricks and NN are working on a collab, with Rach being a minor role, which will be posted after the Heroes collab.

Alright, today the collab, for the heroes, need to be wrapped up one way or another so fdeviant has permission to gloss over Gabe return, mention Odette's relocation, create spell to get ther and then post it if no one makes any further edits to it.

I was thinking about the legal fallout of the Pax event and I was wondering what charges could be brought on Doctor Diplodoc. Disturbing the peace would be one obvious charge since it is broad. However, it only has a max of a couple years. Kidnapping charges could be brought from previous story arcs (Zac, Kelly, Aubrey, and Veronica), but the victims might have to come out about developing powers. What others charges could be filed?

Made a contribution to the hero collab. I think it should be good to go today. A little more back and forth and I'll have Holt locate Odette's portal and send them all in that direction.

Also, accidentally posted this to the IC because I wasn't paying attention, so I'll use that as the place to put the collab once we're done, lol

Echo and myself are working a Vellios and Kasy one, which will follow by two already done ones (or one, can't remember!) I believe. The first one is Dex and Vellios conversation, then Serena ruins the after talk results. XD

@Fallenreaper So it doesn't look like the Hero Collab will be done today, due to infrequent activity. I'd be happy to wait until the end of the day to have it posted, but unfortunately I have plans so I personally can't make any more contributions to it until tomorrow. If that means you have to move forward a little and call in Gene Co. then that's fine, the heroes will just have more to deal with once they make their arrival.

Well, I appreciate the heads up. I'm currently aiming on working on Racheli's/Gene Co's post tomorrow so there's still a chance. Either way, the Climax will be very, very messy. <3

I'm going to work on a post from Rach's pov and making Gene Co's entrance for when the heroes arrive. I'm aiming on having this done around Wednesday, Thursday latest.

Replied to the collab. I actually like the idea of the heroes showing up late and having to deal not only with Odette and Gene Co., but also Cowl's forces.

Alright, that needs to be wrapped up tonight (tomorrow at latest) as you all had plenty of time. As for arriving late, I'm assuming the gang that's coming from the Red Devil will be arriving during the exchange and Odette will volunteer to remain just for a chance to get even with Joseph and White Witch. :P
