I think we can safely say that it is going to be difficult for Maribel to enjoy the position of Blue King after this incident.

If only. That would be awesome...

Reminder that Rommel is overhyped for basically being the Leeroy Jenkins of the Wehrmacht. :V

Alexander Nevsky

It was a simple enough task to kill the rest of the zombies that remained to threaten them, as shown by the fact that Rider didn't even have to use his horse. But that was perhaps a misrepresentation of how things were. With so many heroes and masters gathered in one location, it was naturally impossible to such weak beings to stand up against the force that was assembled here. So at least it was finished relatively quickly, allowing Nevsky to let his weapon fade away when it was not needed.

"Good work," he said to his allies with the creatures now gone and no longer threatening them. "May our future encounters be as easy as this one was." He doubted it, but some good fortune could not hurt, as far as he was concerned.

With that concluded, he noticed Siegfried gesturing down the nearby trail, which apparently led to a village where they could take residence. His master had joined the warrior, and together they were moving along out of the area. Walgrave appeared to have something of a distaste for the newfound Caster, so it was perhaps understandable. Nonetheless Nevsky could not simply leave his Lord behind, and he nodded to the others before striding forward to catch up.

Hearing Siegfried's question, he nodded as he provided an answer. "We were sent here in order to prevent certain events that may come to pass, thrown through time by a wizard of immense power. Sadly, we are not yet sure what we are here to prevent, for it would hardly be an epic tale if the path were laid out clear at the onset of the journey."

Tartys

It was a quick trip as she swept past the fighting duo of Juno and her opponent, joined by the others at the same tim. Through the door and then through the portal beyond that, and she would find herself in Hohenheim's throne room along with everyone else who had come through, her other angel comrades. It looked like Syphax had taken some injuries along the way though, unfortunately.

"Let me help you with that," she muttered aloud as her hands glowed with light before casting it towards Syphax. Where it fell he would start to feel better as his wounds healed themselves, though she would not interfere if Hohenheim did much the same thing to help heal him too. SHe had the feeling that it might happen, given who they were currently meeting with.

Once that had terminated she would face their host, bowing respectfully with weapon held to the side. "Divine greetings," she said as she rose once again. "You have quite the interesting castle here.

Tatiana Lorenz

Tatiana grit her teeth as Shizuka barely managed to escape the hail of gunfire as she vanished from sight under a cloak while she was recalibrating to try and locate it. By the tme she had managed to do so, however, Shizuka was basically in the elevator and would no longer be on this floor. With Ni-My having already departed, she reoriented and fired just in time to watch Bonesword tak his leave in a dramatic fashion.

"You've got to be kidding me," she huffed as she was left on the floor with Balrog. There was nothing to do except wait for the elevators to return, but she wasn't just going to sit back and allow this demon to finish its run in the trial if she could. She might not have won, but she could mitigate the victory that the alliance would enjoy.

Reorienting, she targeted the big demon as she brought her funnels winging about. "Okay big boy, show me what you've got." Flying over, she took potshots at Balrog to draw his attention away, even as her funnels zipped in from the sides to shoot at his back. She was going to fight until the elevators were back, and then she was out of here.

@Flamelord

Rereading your post something occurred to me. Tartys flew through the void right? But it's devoid of all air, meaning there was nothing for her wings to catch. So how did she fly? Well, only air was blocked, meaning other gasses could and obviously do exist inside the void. Only logical conclusion: Juno made a void of helium. I expect anyone who stands before Hohoenheim to have a chipmunk voice when they say their wish.

There's your answer. :P
@KoL Wait that was in a convenience store? Good lord I'm missing details.

Eclipse Princess and Stinging Butterfly had a fight in a grocery store, in a reference to Ben-To.[/Spoiler]
@Flamelord, got any plans? Would you like to dodge/block the knife, get hit by it, or have Monkey assist in said dodge/block?

There we go, the plan. Run away :P
While he had been prepared for potential action by Stark Zealot, the general outline of theoretical possibilities had not included something randomly crash landing in his apartment without warning. That sort of thing was typically hard to predict, though his immediate assumption was that it was something from the Imperium, which was why he was half in the process of turning around and letting his activated Tome drop into his hands as the knife came his way.

"I have no idea," he spat, mostly to himself at this point. First Zealot showing up and now people crashing into his apartment? Just how insane had the Imperium become in the time since he had gone to Arcadia? Though judging from Zealot's reaction this probably wasn't something that had been arranged by the Imperium, or at least the same department in the Imperium.

A flick of his Tome deflected the knife and sent it hitting the floor with a thud. The peaceful option basically went by the wayside at that point, since it was pretty obvious that there would be no talking out of this. So he shifted into his own prepared strategy, sweeping out with his Tome to send a bar of solid air slamming into Zealot's knees from behind. When that took him down a further blow would follow, knocking him over to the ground itself.

A second later he sprang into action, ducking down and releasing a secret latch that opened a bolt hole in the floor. It was separated from the apartments below and went down to the ground floor, with no ladder or handholds needed. "Better get out," he warned the dynamic arrival with a few moments given to her if she headed his way before closing the hatch and descending downwards with his Tome to keep him from breaking his legs in the process. "I hope you appreciate this," he huffed to the Relic riding along with him at the same time.

Masae Kanegawa

Fortunately for her back, Masae was quickly able to procure the assistance of some random student passing by once she exited from the batcave down to the regular hallway. It made things easier on her as the two of them gently carried Aderyn to the nurses office with her between them, the most care given to her leg.

Of course she had to explain the story, but it helped that she didn't really know what had happened. All she knew was that her friend had been attacked and dislocated her leg. The possibility of the guy she was with being responsible lingered somewhere in her mind, but for now she would trust him. It was better than having to carry Aderyn to the nurses office herself.

"Man, that sucks," the guy whose name she didn't know, with brown hair, blue eyes, some freckles, and clad in suitably weather appropriate clothes, said as they rounded a corner together. "Who'd think something like that would happen here?"

Obviously he had not heard the stories about the Sweepers, but she kept that to herself for the moment. Instead she nodded before glancing over at him. "Surprised you aren't on DGO right now for that war or whatever. It seems like everyone else is." The halls were practically deserted by this point as people responded to the call to arms for the fight.

The guy chuckled, rubbing the back of his head with a grin. "Actually I was on my way there when you found me. There was some stuff that I needed to pick up here first, that was all." Ah, a fairly reasonable explanation then, so she could only thank her good fortune for it. "What about you?"

Masae turned forwards as she frowned. "I...don't really do DGO, honestly. It just doesn't interest me, and there's no point risking my levels in some war that I don't care about." A bit of a lie, but she figured that it was alright. The only thing she really did care about in this war was Aderyn's well being.

"Ah, okay. Well, I can understand that. It's not for everyone." The two of them fell silent as they at last arrived at the nurses office, where at least the teachers would be waiting for them. It was lucky for her that she had been so quick, since it looked like she might have left now that the festival was effectively over. At that point Masae bid farewell to her helper, who waved as he ran off now that Adery had been handed off to the nurse. That had been helpful, but now she was back to helping her friend.

With that she fell into a supportive role, walking along as the nurse went about helping Aderyn onto a bench and preparing to set her leg before the paramedics showed up. They could have a second look, just in case she missed something. Or Masae had made an error in calling them, which wouldn't have been a complete surprise. For now she merely prepared to assist as the nurse went about applying some ice to the dislocated leg, and got ready to put it back in place.
