Henry laughed with delight as Leviathan froze the entire section, destroying a large portion of the Dwarven fleet and hopefully killing both his targets. "Good work Leviathan, very good! I really wish I could keep you. Oh well, I'll make sure you're fed well when I leave." Henry rubbed the Leviathan's scales like he would rub a dog's head, stopping once he heard something strange. His mind flashed back to Victoire's death and his eyes widened.

Henry quickly moved the flute to his lips and blew a single sharp note, letting the Leviathan know to dodge immediately, preferably towards Sector Iota. It was time to go on the defense now, the Demons would win if they could protect their own territory. In the meantime Henry grabbed the fin and took the Cheater's Blade out of The Gates of Tartarus so he could deflect any attacks that may come his way. He then put the flute away in The Gates before closing them.

Henry laughed as Victoire considered his offer, then smiled as she ran her nails under his chin. "The battle was assured from the start. As for dashing actions, I was thinking of capturing one of those Machina for myself. Maybe we could recreate them and create our own suits. As for abnormal currency... I can work with that." He wasn't fazed by her teasing, he found it somewhat flattering that she liked him in some twisted way.

"Anyways, I'll be heading off now- WHAT THE FUCK!" Victoire had suddenly exploded all over his shield, the blood quickly washing off due to the sea around them. Henry looked over at where the shot came from and summoned The Gates of Tartarus, placing several thick kite shields in front of him and a thick steel plate he had ripped off of a broken Machina suit behind the kite shields. He closed The Gates and absentmindedly noted that her blood was blending in with the red from her roses.

"Alright then, this fucking blows. Are you dying?" Henry asked Victoire as she cursed everything on the Nexus and muttered something about a mom and dad. She covered the Altar with roses and then faded away, leaving behind a flute carved out of a Siren's femur bone. "I suppose that is a yes. Awesome." He growled at how the situation had quickly gone to fucked.

Suddenly Henry felt it in the distance. The Leviathan had awakened, he could feel the water vibrating from its sheer demonic presence. Henry grabbed the flute and stored it in The Gates of Tartarus quickly, afterwards withdrawing a bottle of ink he usually used for writing. He uncapped the bottle and watched the ink leak into the water, obscuring his position from any snipers and giving him the opportunity to run for Sector Eta.

When he arrived he saw The Leviathan attacking some scantily clad woman associated with the Angels, but more importantly he saw his personal target. He made sure to stay out of their immediate sight and he pulled out the flute. He briefly wondered how it worked, but decided he would figure out as he went along. Henry then put his lips to the flute and began to play a haunting melody. Within the melody he translated his thoughts as best as he could. Kill Dorafraki and then capture or kill Miyu. Either or really.

Summary

Ryan had decided to head to the Anime and Manga club for some study time and then maybe he would do a bit of reading on his phone when he took a break. He had been studying all week and he had felt pretty good about his academics at this point, good enough to start slacking off slightly on these last few days. You're not supposed to study the last day before a test anyways, it says so in some online study he read. Yeah, that's how he would justify it.

Ryan smiled lightly as he put his notes down and began to put his stuff away. Suddenly a voice penetrated the door, causing Ryan to jump slightly as he wasn't expecting anyone to come on a Saturday. He only came because he had nothing better to do.

"E-Excuse me, is anyone here...?"

Oh man, what was he supposed to do in this situation? He was supposed to let them in right, invite them to the club and have them sign a form or something right? Oh man, where were the forms?

"C-come in!" Ryan called out as the door slid open to reveal Shizuka Otonashi, one of his classmates and a member of the Investigation Team. "Oh, h-hello Shizuka-san. What can I do for you?" He started to calm down somewhat upon realising it wasn't a total stranger who had entered the clubroom.

Since Henry used the actions of his other turn to conquer the previous pillar (since he initiated it before Victoire followed him) and didn't used a second action this time, is it ok for me to assume that he touched the pillar of sector Iota as well?

Henry nodded in response to Victoire's orders, following her to Sector Alpha and capping it with her, taking care to not touch the pointy rose vines that would really really hurt. He grinned as they took control of the new sector, already preparing to head to Sector Iota to take further control. He scanned the area for his personal target quickly and suddenly his eyes fell upon a new Demon above the water.

Henry whistled in appreciation and chuckled. Victoire said something to him and he nodded without really listening. "Yeah, no doubt. But listen, about that turret bitch. I don't suppose you'd be willing to sell her to me after the battle Ms. Bordeaux? He would definitely be interested in having his own robot bodyguard and he would be willing to pay almost anything to have her.

Henry proceeded to move to Sector Iota with Victoire, scanning for Miyu while glancing up at Bastion every now and then. "Seriously though, I'm willing to pay for her. Think on it, I have a lot to offer."

@floodtalon On the subject of stealing my mech.

That is a thing you can do. And how has been established.

Miyu's mech is so closely associated with her that it respawns with her if the Nexus respawns her.

As Gwynn's death leaving behind her sword, halberd, shield, and armor means, if you killed Miyu while leaving her mech intact, and the Nexus didn't respawn her, you'd have Miyu's mech. Not sure how you'd manage that, but hey, it's a way.

If you wanted to side mission, you could infiltrate Miyu's home base, and steal one of her back up suits that she has for situations where her mech is damaged/blown up and she needs a different one and doesn't want to/doesn't have the time to commit suicide and trust the Nexus to respawn her and it. You could also blow up her mech, wait for her to come back in a back up suit she hadn't attuned to as strongly as the current one, kill her, and have that one.

You could also steal her mech by capturing/knocking her unconscious/teleporting her out of it, and not killing her. As Miyu doesn't trust the Nexus resurrection very much (and after the Angelic high command fiasco, she shouldn't :P), she'd be loathe to kill herself to respawn back with it.

Considering our relative power levels and the power levels of our friends, what with you having the silver eyes and knowing Victoire, it should be possible for you to manage one of these, with or without my permission.

Of course, if just a power boost is what you want, and not just Miyu's mech because it's Miyu's, you could totally just steal mechs straight from Machina NPCs. The Daimyo V is not meant to be a super special awesome unique prototype weapon. And if I ever get the chance, I'm totally gonna rip some rocket barrage thing or giant laser guns off Machina NPCs to temp power up.

Ok, people, other than Windel, anyone plans to post soon? Otherwise, I might just post for Victoire again. I've been trying to give people time so that this p=battle doesn't feel rushed, as well as pushing Update Posts for 5 or (at most) 6 posts intervals, but since no one gives an update status, I don't know how to proceed.

I apologize for those who don't need to read this message, or those who have RL issues to deal with, but without even a bit of information, I can't decide what to do.

I'm cool with a Victoire post, though I have a quick question. Say that Henry kills Miyu and wants to take her Machina. Is that a thing he can do or no?

By the way, I'm setting up a timer of 03 Update Post for the waters around Victoire's roses to get strongly corrosive, following this order:

- No damage (currently)

- Unarmored Targets (Post 01)

- Lightly Armored Targets (Anything less than Grafdakka's hull, Post 02)

- Vehicle Armor (Post 03)

The Pillars and most of the Ruins are as immune to the corrosion as they are to practically any other form of attack (The Only thing so far that can destroy them is the Angel's weapon). Also, while diving there isn't an insta death sentence, keep in mind the effects of the corrosive, if you decide to go.

As always, this post was made to avoid miscommunication problems, let's hope everyone got it all right. Any questions, you have, please ask us.

Quick question about the corrosive roses, are demons affected by them? I want to know so I can act accordingly.
