There's not a language used; hacking isn't coding. Python is useful for scripting, but we use every language. Unfortunately, there's no beginning and no ending to hacking, so there's not much of a step-by-step process to focus on. You should download VirtualBox or VMWare and install a Kali Linux VM, and play with some of the tools.
@Etcetera Please, I always wanted to know how, give me some hacker 101s. I don't trust the online tutorials. They look like jbait.
Kali Linux, Empire, web app scanners, phishing. Learn some Metasploit. Online tutorials only work if you have something specific (like an XXS overview). Look into some of that stuff and learn as much as you can, but without some of the base concepts of computer science, it'll be even more difficult, and it's already hard. It's a research game.

Sorry for being so... gone. I don't really have an excuse--I may have had a busy week, but I had free time. To my shame, I used it on really unimportant things. But now I'm off on another youth trip--we're going on a road trip, and I'll be gone from Sunday to Friday. So I'll be back on Saturday, but then I'm going on another trip from Sunday to Wednesday (though I'll have my iPad with me that time). So we'll see how it goes.
