Here;s my shoddy Relations sheet.

Relations

Kyuuten Ralis
"Huh, his usage of his powers is pretty odd and unique, though I've only been privy to about two of them since he's part of the Harpy's."

Rei is pretty much neutral with Kyuuten, or mostly everyone else for the matter, as during the incident he pretty much blamed his own powerless self alone. He thinks Kyuuten isn't the brightest, ditzy at best, but usually a beam of sunshine around his friends with that stupid smile.

Ceri
"I've met her a few times, crossing paths outside the field. She's capable, but her anxiety just plays her down, I guess. Although. it was quite the sight to see her lose her composure."

Ceri's powers are somewhat interesting for Rei, it reminds of him ninjas at best, her keywords are stealth and range for Rei. Eitherway, like most of Harpy's Wings members he associates her with being friendly and nice, albeit with a cynical outlook on mostly everyone.

Illedrith Adrasia
"Her skill is impressive, I'll give her that. That vanity of hers though, will be a detriment in her growth, atleast that's what I think."

Rei thinks Illedrith has potential for growth, but is stumped by vanity or similar. He believes she could be an S class wizard. He also takes note in her attempts to fix the relationship between the guilds, which is admirable, but unfortunately it won't be that easy since it's deep rooted in the incident.

Allison Levinhart
"Her music is loud, really loud. Aside from that, like Ralis, she has a very odd and unique power, which I haven't seen, and I've seen alot in these past few years."

Rei likes thinking in silence, but he can't really do that when Allison is around, but thankfully she blares her music inside the other guild. One of the wonders is how she hasn't gotten deaf yet, maybe atleast tinnitus?

Klisa Bay
"A dragon slayer, one of the few in this world and Luna Crescente. Similar to 'Ceri', she has some problems with strangers. Aside from that, her powers are really something..."

Rei thinks her moniker, 'The Timid Tide,' really fits her personality best, and again, limitless potential seeing that she is a dragon slayer, a lost magic, and Rei wouldn't mind going on missions just to observe her powers, and the powers from most of Harpy's Wings members.

Odinn Wierike
"I think he may be able to match, or even beat me in a battle. If it weren't for his laziness, his potential would sky rocket to maybe even SS class."

Another person with unique powers, dubbed rift magic. He's been on a few cross jobs, a few S and one SS, in the little time that Rei had become S class. Aside from his lethargic attitude, when his mind is set on anything, he finishes things with frightening profiency. Though Rei doesn't like to spar for no reason, he wouldn't mind testing out the measure of his abilities with Odinn.

Travis Ziegler
"One of the more, energetic and happy members of Golem's Hand. As I silently sit on the support of the guild, I usually spot him trying to converse with everyone else. His powers are impressive, being able to bind with odd creatures that even have some form of intelligence."

Rei's general opinion is that, like most individuals, he sees potential, even though he hasn't even earned a moniker. Aside from that, Rei's noticed his stoic demeanor, opting to stay silent and swallow his words when something or someone bothers him, and that's a great quality.

Sun A. Platinna
"Lackadaisical archer is what I dub him, his marksmanship is noteworthy, being able to his a bee from yards away. Aside from that, I think he could have reached S class aswell if it weren't for him lazing around the guild."

Even though Rei won't mention it, he has great trust in his skill, and whenever out on a join mission, even though Rei gets displeased since he prefers to solo his missions, he feels much more secure with both of them around. He's also fascinated that he requips his guns, instead of the norm which is armor/swords.

Well, I see it as a short event that of course ends with the a small brawl. Meant as a introduction for the RP that allows us to get situated into playing our chars. Set up dynamics, maybe a little who's gunning at who between the guilds, you know just some establishing stuff.

Hmmm, hard for me to say for what our characters history/interactions would be like given your the S class of the rival guild and I'm the still growing dragon-slayer who isn't anywhere close to being a match for character or running in the same circles in terms of what level of missions they take. Ahh I guess so!
Honestly though, while Rei might be a little bitter that Harpy's Wing didn't arrive fast enough, he'd probably blame himself alot more.

Also, I think a general relations sheet for everyone would be awesome, though optional, and i'd be willing to do it for Rei's thoughts on the characters of this little rp of ours.

Idk though, that's just me ^^.

Personality::
Rei is the very definition of a recluse, lonesome, solo, and all the like. This is his preferred way of operating in missions, and even in his social life. Despite being a man of a few words, because of his social elusion and general avoidance of people leads his words to be laced with a cold undertone and sharpness. He is also extremely honest person, despite seldom speaking.

Rei's aptitude for fighting could be considered very high as he has a natural talent for doing so, utilizing his powers and finding the weaknesses of the individuals he is fighting. He is also quick and efficient as this is his primary mindset stemming from his past. Most of his jobs are done in the quickest, yet most efficient way as he can, even his 'battles' are similar. Also only fighting if he needs to, otherwise just leaving if he deems it unnecessary.

History::
Rei was a happy, carefree and curious young child, like every normal child. Though his parents were usually out on jobs as an adventurer, he would usually get taken care of a close friends of his parents, Mart Reiner. Mart was almost like a father to Rei, treating him to chocolate, teaching him his ideals with a stupid smile plastered across his face. Rei grew up to always look upto Mart who was actually just a normal civilian.

Years past and the incident, which shook Luna Crescente to its core. The attack of the Dark Guild. The attack devestated Luna Crescente, and unfortunately during it's even Mart Reiner had died. He was out collecting food and other things for dinner with Rei, who had asked to make a 'special' kind of dinner that day. This is the reason Mart died, as he was making rounds around the market he was attacked by the members of the dark guild, since he was an individual he couldn't properly defend himself. Of course during the time Rei got worried that he took so long, and ran out to find him, the warm, inviting air that was normal in Luna Crescente wasn't present that day, instead replace by the dark, uninviting cold. As he ran through the canals he finally found him, only to witness first hand his murder, and how Mart gestured for him to hide.

Magic Name:: Gravity Manipulation
Description:: Sorta based off of this

Known Spells::

Gravity shift:
He displaces the gravity surrounding a particular thing either him, any item or even opponents. He can make them feel lighter or heavier depending on what he chooses. If he chooses to displace gravity around him, Rei can reach impressively notable speeds, almost blurring. He also uses this ability to make gravity heavier when he trains. This skill can also be used on his weapon(s) to make them heavier and therefore gain more force in his attack.

Blackhole's permittance:
He manipulates the gravitons in a particular area, causing it to collapse upon itself and form a small, miniature black hole. This blackhole can be used to block attacks, or even to topple enemies because of it's strong pull. He had only recently developed this ability so his applications of it are limited.

Zero Gravity:
He releases gravity around him to the point where there is nothing left. Anyone in this field is subject to Rei's powers, Rei in this field can amplify his speed to unimaginable lengths, and can make his opponents run as slow as a snail's pace. It looks like time is slowing around him, when it's really not.

"Odd, yet fascinating powers. It seems to be some sort of bone making, and apparently can withstand a tremendous amount of force, which is impressive, though I wouldn't know. Other than that, he is pacifistic, yet chose to become a mage? Odd, odd indeed."

As per usual Rei is interested in another member of Harpy's Wings powers. Bone make is a power that he has not heard off, and unfortunately, Hans seems to run away at the sight of Rei so he cannot ask anything. This unconventional magic, Rei doesn't know it's limits or prowess, and has a slight curiosity to sate.

Ria Tsurara
"Freya. Like most of her guildmates she's pretty energetic, happy. Once whilst waking back into Luna Crescente after a mission, I saw her competing, rather tersely about some sport, I think. She took it more seriously than I though, I don't even think she noticed her surroundings."

Rei has only seen her a few times, but knows from rumors that she is an Ice Devil Slayer, another slayer, limitless potential that can be for the good or destruction of Luna Crescente. Fortunately she has a handle on her powers from what little he gathered, and let's Illedrith handle her.

Ethan Larcia
"Young, brash and energetic. Seems like he has a penchant for picking unruly fights that can be avoided. Not my style. Other than that his past is mysterious, not much to say."

Rei doesn't- or rather can't formulate much about Ethen being as hidden about his past as he is. His prowess is staggering, redirection of force works in somewhat similar ways to Rei's powers, so it gives him an insight to how his power's used. Other than that he's a nice individual outside of battles, but in battles he turns battle-crazed.

Amaterasu Lee
"Pyromancy and stability goes hand to foot. If you don't control either you're destined to tumble and cause mayhem and destruction in your wake. For some odd reason, she thinks I don't notice her staring, which is strange to say the least."

Rei thinks that she's a bit off when her powers light up, causing a bit of collateral damage to enemies, comrades and the surroundings. Whilst Rei wants her to control this habit of hers, he has no proper way to do so, being asocial as he is.

Kyvirn Xaesos
"Two personalities, with a similar yet different magic for both. This individual is indeed interesting, and pretty deadly. His eyes look similar to mine, albeit for different reasons, but I wouldn't miss that deadpan expression."

Kyvirn, to Rei, has limitless potential as a 'slayer' mage, similar to dragon or devil slayers. Rei had also learned basic hand gestures from observation from afar, so when he does ever communicate, it'd be much easier. Although his powers cause much much collateral damage, he uses it responsibly atleast comparatively, which Rei notes.

Vega Ashworth
"The guild's most infamous trouble maker, I once pondered why he even joined this guild, it's intent to help lives of people. I digress. I've had to intervene and restrain him, which I rarely do, once when he was causing trouble in the guild. Since then I've been gaining dirty looks from him."

Rei carefully monitors this dangerous and unstable individual whenever he can, and entrusts other members of the guild to do so when he's away on jobs. Personally he thinks that his powers are cumbersome to deal with, and perfectly fits his psyche. Eitherway, always a careful eye on him.
