And it depends on how his lust works. If he is directly controlling the mind like a very limited empath, then its just a branch of telepathy.
But if he is exuding pheromones from his body to induce lust, then it is pheromones. It just depends on how wade wilson wants it to work.

Sure! But all sciencie-y there's really only two ways to control the human brain, either through electrical impulses sent from your brain into the other brain, to stimulate phermones and stuff being sent out into the body.
Or to just send those pheromones into the body directly. All tele /Empaths works in that way, more or less, it's just a little awkward to write. :B

Lust? Really? Thats a little...odd lol I personally wouldn't choose that considering we already have 2 empaths, 1 with power of persuasion, and 1 with music inducing trances. I think thats enough in the mind/emotion control department.

No real drugs are permanent, though. Even if some effects could be lasting. So it would make sense that you would need to 'fill' up on it.
It's just a matter of being creative with how you use those abilities. Those which are more blunt, more suited to 'combat' are often far less versatile. Jerome is barely better physically than anyone he'll go up against. Emilia has an unparalleled ability to manipulate others, especially in times of stress. Devan can actually pull off gun kata (YouTube Equilibrium). As for upgrades,I imagine Jerome could heal so fast as to be near invulnerable, Emilia could manipulate the emotions of an entire crowd (political ambitions? Riot?) And Donovan could develop remote sensing, or maybe even vision across other spectrums. The only limits are the ones you put in place for yourself.
