That exactly.
Naruto vows never to go back on his word (a nindo adopted by others, like Gaara and Hinata).
Obito/Tobi once said the an Uchiha's nindo is to exact revenge against those they hate.
Lee and Guy follow their 'My Rules' philosophy thing.
The Senju insisted that the Will of Fire is a Universal nindo for all shinobi.
Iwagakure ninja have their Will of Stone, suggesting that a ninja should be strong willed.
Not everyone necessarily has one. If you find that something doesn't apply, feel free to skip it.

I always find it easier to deal with things like that as they show up than make joining the roleplay a chore. Especially a level of TMI--like, does it really matter if someone's a shade faster statistically or not? Rank covers the big discrepancies and from there it's a matter of how abilities are used.

I'd gotten into the habit of really detailed Character sheets (especially with Naruto, where people often leave much unanswered or really over power OCs.)

@Halvtand I think that that would be an interesting idea. I would love to see what you come up with.
However, the current Saizen probably won't be the First. (Because initially they were a non-ninja village, and only in recent decades became one). It seems what you have in mind, it would perhaps seems that they have become the new leader and now guides/leads the village. Perhaps the village's old ways have given way to the ideals and beliefs of the new Saizen. I hope that answers your question. Lol. In short, yes. Yes you may. XD

Also, Hikaemena is relatively close to Konoha, so there shouldn't be an issue. Also, it may not take place in Hikaemena necessarily. The Hikaemena ninja may come to visit Konohagakure or another village. Depends.

It would depend on everyone's characters. I won't limit anyone. There can be students, there can be senseis, chunin or aspiring chunin. The plot revolve around the characters rather the the other way around.
