Bio

Hello! I'm Jones! and if you stumbled upon my page, I must have struck your interest!

I like to think that I'm a storyteller. I joined this site to create characters, and worlds I can put myself in. Every post I make will be to the best of my ability, and I hope anyone who stumbles upon my name can see that :D

Just a few things about me if you couldn't tell already by just glancing at my profile haha:

-I LOVE anything Captain America or Marvel related

-I have been RP'ing for over ten years now so I got some experience

- I do my best to try and have a wide range of RP genres

-I'm mostly do 1X1's and Casual/advanced RP's

-I'm a 20 something year old male high school teacher living in the Pacific North West of the US!

- I love meeting new RP'ers and seeing what we can create together!

- I'm a sucker for romance <3

Like i said previously, I’m a high school teacher, so there are specific times of the year where I get bombarded with things so I might not be on for a couple days, and if that's the case I'm trying to let anyone know so they aren't left wondering.

But like I said I love it when people contact me and ask if I want to RP with them, or have an idea and want my skills, and odds are I love the same thing, so If anyone wants to collab just shoot me a PM!

Subjects I love to RP

-Anything Marvel Related, Especially Cap!

-The Percy Jackson Series

-The Witcher

-Mass Effect

-Avatar the Last Airbender

-Anything Sci-Fi

-Harry Potter

- 1X1 Romances

- fantasy

-Modern day life

-Star Wars

-Fairy Tail

Those are pretty much my go to's, but I'm willing to hear out any idea and think about it!

Here's an example of my writing to give you a sense of my "skill" I guess... I keep trying to get better and better so bear with me!

If you have any questions about my RP's, or future ones just shoot me a PM!

All of these people are amazing writers and friends and if you happen to RP with them consider yourself lucky! XD

and for a final note: THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A HOBBY, NOT A CHORE! I never want to put pressure on you, or myself and make any RP feel like you NEED to post, or have to force yourself to write. This is supposed to be fun, and I'll do anything to make sure it feels that way :)

"If I were dropped out of a plane into the ocean and told the nearest land was a thousand miles away, I'd still swim. And I'd despise the one who gave up."

Name: Todd Reynolds

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Appearance: Todd is 6 foot tall, and has the body of a swimmer. He spent most of his childhood on the beach. He's lean and toned from swimming and repairing boats. His skin is a dark bronze from his time in the sun. His sea green eyes are greener than anyone has ever seen, his dark colored hair is wind swept in a perfectly (yet messy) fashion. He usually wears a simple blue hoodie, beige shorts, and worn black skater shoes. His most surprised possession (besides his weapon) is a necklace with a small piece of blue coral on it. When in combat he wears gauntlets that look like seashells, a leather chest plate

Weapon Name: Litore

Weapon Appearance/Function:

Type: Melee, semi-range, defensive, dust tips

Weapon Derivation: Trident (and fishing harpoon)

Holstered/Sheathed Appearance: Todd has a holster strapped on his back to keep his weapon, when holstered it is in the form of an old fishing harpoon.

Form 1: Litore's first form is an old rusty fishing harpoon. The weapon from his town usually takes this form to humble itself. It is, in its simplest form, a tool. The town's most skilled fisherman would use this weapon for providing for its family, and to produce hard work for rewards. In this form it can be a weapon, but it is used for protection and defense, its blade too dull and rusted to do any major damage

Form 2: Its true form, Litore can become a majestic trident with perfect weight, and razor sharp blades. Along with this form, the tips of the trident's blades can produce high pressured jets of water that can stun an enemy for a very short time, enough time for the user to get into close quarters.

Personality: Todd is extremely loyal, headstrong, and brave. Like the ocean, his mood can shift very quickly depending on the mood. Most of the time he is calm, merciful, and gives utmost respect. Other instances he can be cruel, unforgiving, and relentless. He is very carefree, a child at heart, someone who won't take no for an answer, and loves a good pun.

History: I grew up in a small coastal town called Caister, on the North Eastern side of Vale. Most of the families here were fishermen, hardworking sea-weathered men and woman working hard to get food on the table, and selling food and exotic items that wash onshore... I spent my early childhood playing with the kids on the beach, or helping my parents with their jobs. We were a bit different than the other families. our profession weren't fishermen. My mom fixed boats that made it to shore or just needed repair. My father joined the wealthiest family's crew and helped fish for long speared shrimp (deadly, but delicious!), and was also in charge of fighting off the Grimm. He kept both the coast and beaches clear of the monstrous creatures... Many kids my age would want to stay clear from those monsters, and believe me, I did too... But I wanted to stop the Grimm from hurting anyone I knew. I had the Warrior's spirit.

years passed, and I was helping both my mother during the day with boats, and then learning to fight with my father. I used an old fishing harpoon for training. It was hard, the old harpoon gave me splinters, but I never stopped. When I wasn't working, I was playing on the beautiful beaches. On my 17th birthday my father told me the story about how Caister was founded.

A long time ago there was a ship making its way across the ocean to reach Vale, holding the bravest and most noble crew that ever sailed the seas. The ship had smooth sailing until they were attacked by a large sea beast, and hundreds of smaller ones. The ship survived for two full days. The willpower and leadership of the Captain kept them afloat for so long, until finally the ship was sunk... But the God of the Sea took pity on the Captain. He spared him and took him to the closest shore. He admired his bravery and warrior spirit, and rewarded him with not only his life, but a weapon of the God's creation.

The captain took the weapon with pride, and used it to defend him and the other few survivors, creating a settlement, banding together... Years later the Captain turned to an old man, but had one more duty to fulfill. He set out onto the ocean once more, and met the giant beast that took his ship and crew mates so long ago. With the help of the legendary weapon, the monster was slain, and the Captain made it back to shore, passing away peacefully, and passing the weapon down to his son, one who had the same warrior's spirit in him. No one knows what happened to the legendary Trident... After that story he gave me the old harpoon I trained with for so many years, and he informed me that THAT was the legendary weapon Litore.. I was not sold on that. That night was also the night where the Grimm attacked.

Everyone who knew how to fight went to battle, attacking the nightmarish beasts. I was afraid, but didn't hesitate to fight, even with his worn harpoon. The battle felt like it was only a matter of seconds, but that's when I saw my father die. A hideous beast slashed him across the chest. I screamed in agony, and pain. My worst fear coming to life. I charged at the beast, yelling with all my might.

The next thing I know I was standing over the aftermath of the battle, the people I've known my whole life staring at me in awe. In my hand was a magnificent trident that seemed to glow in the moonlight. I held Litore. I became in charge of the town's security for a couple months, learning how to use Litore, but the heartache of my father's passing haunted me. I wanted to do more. I didn't want anyone to feel this kind of pain. My mom knew I didn't want to be here either. I was a warrior. And so my mom told me of the Beacon Academy, a place where I can train, and become the protector of light.

So I started my journey to become a Hunter. Traveling by foot for the most part, but then hitching a ride on a train to the infamous Academy, eager to avenge my dad, to make Caister and my mom proud, and to protect those who can't themselves.

Emblem:
This is the emblem that was shown on the flag on top of his family's home in Caister. His family's emblem, and he will wear it with pride!

Other:

Color: Sea Green

Combat Style: Todd's fighting style is like the ocean. He can be very flexible in combat style, but prefers to have his opponents strike first. Although he prefers that style of fighting, there are times where he will fight with unrelentless fury. He is a close quarters to mid range fighter, but can strike enemies from afar with a jet of water.

Strengths and Weaknesses:

Strengths: Adaptable, able to go with the flow. His mid range fighting style and years of hard work as a sailor has kept him at peak strength and flexibility. He is cunning, and due to his defensive fighting style and years out on the unpredictable sea, he has an act of figuring out a quick way to solve a problem.

Weaknesses: Can be too loyal to his team mates, and friends. He can be blinded by rage as well (like witnessing a death of an innocent). Although he can shoot jets of water, it doesn't do serious damage, so he is not fit for long range combat, and has no long range defense.

Semblance: Due to the warrior's spirit, Litore has a link with Todd and when the crystallized tip at the end of the Trident is dug into the ground, the Earth erupts with large amounts of water, sending a large tidal wave forward and surrounding his enemy. The impact of the force is devastating, eroding everything in the terrain, but only lasts a couple seconds. He has never successfully used it before, he only knows about this ability from the stories of his town.
haha I had some free time! and Kaalee, Skai, if you guys wanna follow Ray and Pip, you're more than welcome! It'll be fun for each of them to kinda ask him questions and to play off each other hahaha
Raymond didn't back away when the man approached him, but his heart rate was going crazy. Raymond's old revolver was strapped to his leg still, his whip glove was back in his room. He wouldn't be able to do much to the man who was fully clothed in armor and weapons. Luckily he had two people training their guns on him... But that clearly wasn't a problem when the man pulled out his pistols and actually handed them to Raymond. A bit shocked, the Captain took the weapons respectively, and watched him lay the sword down. The man made his speech, and Raymond listened, a bit of an accent in his voice. Raymond knelt down and picked up the sword after storing his pistols, and then examined it. There was absolutely no doubt in his mind that this blade could cut easily through him, so he held it with care, and nodded at the man. "Thanks for the cooperation. We've been running from those bastards for a while now, so our nerves have been on edge." Raymond said walking for the door, indicating for the man to follow him.

"So since we're being nice to each other, let's get this out of the way. Don't mistake any of this for a weakness, and in return, I won't mistake your respect for me and my crew a weakness either. Agreed?" The small group of them walked down the halls of the spacecraft, but going nowhere near the medical bay. He didn't need to show the man that they had a man down. "This is the Monroe, and we like to call ourselves the Marauders." Raymond also added, the doors sliding open to reveal the brig. The walls were a steel gray, with smaller aisles where the cells were. The cells had a red tinged energy walls surrounding them, inside were simple beds and bathrooms. The room was covered in surveillance equipment, and had armor and weapon lockers that could only be opened by crew members with ranked clearance (people like Raymond, Rae, or Addy for example), or Committee members that like to make surprise appearances. In the front of a room was a steel table, mostly used for guard duty or investigations

"You got a name, Pal?" Raymond asked, pulling up a seat for the masked man, and then sitting in a chair of his own.

"What can I say, I take my vitamins." Nightwing said with a small grin on his face, his eyes examining the woman. It was hard to believe the same woman was having dinner with him a few hours ago, and seemed to be enjoying herself a lot. Now she was nothing but seriousness and sadness, as if she didn't want to do this, but had to. The more she talked, the more his body eased a bit. It was easy to see she wasn't threatening. But his concern didn't lower, and every once in a while he would glance over at Tim. A part of him started to melt when she had to catch herself from crying, especially at the certain someone he could only assume was Dick Grayson, himself. When she stopped talking, and locked eyes with him, he gave a bit of a sigh. "Miss Dent, I know this is your father, and you just found out who he truly is, but there is a lot of things the newspapers and police reports don't say about him." Nightwing began.

"He's a very dangerous man. He's suffering from multiple disorders like Multi-Personality disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder--"

"The point is, Miss Dent, is that it is too dangerous for you to be close to this man, working undercover as a vigilante, and to let him try and influence you with his intentions." Nightwing said gently. "Whatever you can tell us about your father's plans will be helpful, and I promise you that you, and the person who care about will not be harmed." He didn't know if any of this would get through to her. He had a feeling that she won't be happy with this, but to be completely honest he wouldn't be happy with Abbie joining Two-Face's gang. This man was extremely dangerous, and if he found out that she was ratting him out to Nightwing or the Police, god knows what he would do to her. There was also the fact that the GCPD wouldn't know she was undercover. It could end badly in so many ways.

"Hey uh, Nightwing." Robin said, nodding towards the roof ledge. The two men walked over to the ledge, talking quietly. "She might be useful." Tim said finally. "I know its dangerous, but from what you've seen, Harvey tried very hard to protect her. Both by hiding his true identity and the warehouse incident. He's a sucker for her."

"It's not going to happen, Dent is ruthless and can turn at any moment--"

"Don't be afraid of him, Dick. I know you and him have a history but--"

"I'm NOT afraid of him." Dick whispered harshly.

"All I'm saying is that we have an opportunity to predict his moves before it happens, and it sounds like Dick Grayson will be a main target in his new plans... What do you think Bruce would do--"

"Bruce isn't here, Tim." The two glared at each other, and it annoyed Dick on how much they were similar. Tim was like the little brother he never had. Dick sighed, and the two of them turned back towards Abbie.

"What exactly do you have planned?" Robin asked cautiously, Nightwing examined the woman in white, waiting for an answer.
"yeah yeah yeah, laugh it all up, I just never had the time." Robert said with a grin, looking out at the game. It was half true. His parents never did anything like that when he was growing up, and when he was dirt poor he was either getting really drunk, or starting his whole "Merry Men" crew. The crowd went up in an applause as the batter made the satisfying CRACK! through the stadium. Robert flew up with them, giving a large high pitched whistle, clapping with a cheer. The batter fell on second base, but got the Yankees two points on the board. Before Robert sat down he glanced back over the Governor... Even his security was getting excited about this game. So excited that they were cheering along with everyone else... Interesting.

He sat back down, taking another swig of his beer, then crossing his arms. Her comment made him look over at her with a cheeky grin, a bit of playfulness in his eyes. "Not a bad start at all." Robert agreed, looking back at the field. When she asked the same question he asked on their first unofficial not-date, he gave a small laugh and shook his head. "Bringing it old school, eh Anderson? I choose Dare. Hit me with your best shot." Robert said, the alcohol, and his nerves, starting to kick in.
With Peter's expertise of breaking in to buildings and fighting criminals small and large, he was absolutely certain that this window was not a convenient one. The window was a narrow one to show the street at eye level. They would need a very skinny man, would have to have very powerful tools to get rid of the window and gate around it, and then would have to make sure they didn't break an ankle with the ten foot drop... With one hand still on the wall, he pulled one off and searched inside his pocket to find his small web shooter, used his teeth to put it on his wrist, and laced the window with webbing at crucial parts. If they were to break the window, the web would keep it in place, and the stuff would be like concrete. Courtesy of your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man!

Peter climbed his way down the wall, and turned his attention to the voice of Lexi. "I would love to install some spy lasers or something in the duct, but I think placing a shelving rack in front of it with a heavy box or piece of metal in front of the duct would be good. We can easily push it out of the way." Peter replied, walking through the shelves, trying to find Lexi. He looked at all the shelves and old timey equipment. In normal circumstances he would be a bit fascinated at this kind of stuff. He was a sucker for photography and journalism after all. But when the "Devil of Hell's Kitchen" came to you and claimed that a mysterious crime lord is gonna take out your boss, you tend to stay focused... Until he saw a name that made him do a double take.

--MARY PARKER... A piece of old worn out newspaper poked out from under an old piece of printing equipment. That was his mother's name. Peter lifted the heavy piece of metal with ease, and gently pulled the newspaper out. OSCORP'S LEADING SCIENTISTS RICHARD AND MARY PARKER DIED IN PLANE CRASH. Peter didn't have many pictures of his parents, and he never saw this one. A tall man with dark and messy hair gave a grin to a slightly smaller woman showing him a piece of research on a paper. The woman had the same mischievous grin as Peter did... His parents in their natural habitat, hard at work... Peter gently touched the picture, then delicately folded the fragile paper, and stuffing it in his jacket pocket. He didn't want to bring this up to Lexi yet. He knew he said there were no more secrets between them, but there were much more important matters than an old picture of his parents.

He eventually found his girlfriend. "I think its all clear here. Good work, partner! You think we have to check the other floors? If they try an aerial assault on the building we'd be able to see it on the nearby rooftops--" He stopped abruptly, his Spider-Senses going off in the back of his head. He grabbed lexi and pulled her behind a couple machines as soon as he heard the metal door opening and a wheeled object being pulled in. He didn't know who this was, but he felt kinda embarrassed that his first thought was a bunch of assassins coming to kill Jameson in broad daylight by taking old newspaper equipment and beating him with it.

The wheel sounds got closer and closer, and he had to put his big brain into work! Two teenagers in a basement was very suspicious! Think, Parker! Peter pulled her up, wrapped his arms around Lexi, and planted a kiss on her, turning away from the sound, pretending he didn't hear it. A few seconds later he turned to see who their visitor was... and it was shockingly a....! Janitor. An older 70 year old man looking very surprised that two teenagers were here making out.

Peter gave an awkward laugh and smile, letting go of Lexi and using voiceless hand gestures to him. "I... uh, got a break and my girlfriend came to visit and we needed a quiet place to... you know... heh..." Peter said, clapping his hands together, the man didn't talk, he assumed he was too speechless. "And you clearly don't care, we'll leave, just don't tell the bosses we were down here... you know... Thanks, bud." Peter said quickly, patting the man on the chest and pulling Lexi out of the room, back to the elevator. "Sorry about that... I thought the janitor was a crazy assassin then I figured he wasn't one but an employee and they would understand some teenage lust or whatever..." Peter leaned back against the elevator wall, looking at Lexi with an apologetic smile. "yeah this is why you're usually the plan maker."
The night went well under the circumstances, and the weird feeling Dick was having. Abby wasn't telling him something, but then again he couldn't blame her. She has had a ton thrown at her, and has been alone for a while. But whenever she was engaged in a conversation with Dick, or looking towards him, her sadness seemed to vanish. The food was delicious as Abby promised, and they seemed to hold hands at every chance they could get. Dick mostly did to to help Abby calm down, but there was the back of his mind that enjoyed feeling her hand in his, and seeing that beautiful smile. When the food was all gone, Dick absolutely refused to let Abby pay. It was his way to pay back for the party he was invited to, and the coffees she bought so long ago. Plus, it felt like the Wayne fortune was limitless. He could pay for a nice dinner and a couple glasses of wine.

They climbed back into Dick's car, and they drove in mostly silence, which Dick was fine with. He could get his thoughts together, and try to figure out what Abby was so focused on. "It's my pleasure, Abby. Welcome back to the land of the living." He said jokingly to her thank you. Dick parked right outside of her apartment building, and the young billionaire climbed out of the car with Abby out of respect. "Goodnight, Abby. I had a great time." He said with a smile, and as she turned to walk, Dick did the same thing, walking to the driver's side door. Before he could open it he heard the blonde say "Wait." and before he could register what was happening she grabbed the front of his shirt, and their lips touched... And it felt better than what he guessed. her lips were like velvet, big and full. It had a hint of flavor, something sweet like honey. He guessed that it was her lip balm, her lipstick, or something from her dinner. Either way he enjoyed it.

She pulled away said her final goodnight, and left without looking back. Dick stood there, watching her walk into the elevator and leave his sights. Dick Grayson smoothed out the front of his shirt, his eyes still fixed on the elevator, and then climbed back into the car.

"Hey, Barb."

"The Signal flickered just a few seconds ago. It wasn't my dad. He knows He's gone."

"I'll check it out, tell Tim--"

"He's already on his way there. Hurry, though. I don't know who we're up against."

Minutes later the Night Cycle zoomed down the street, navigating through in between cars and alleyways. If Gordon didn't activate the Bat Signal, who did? Everyone knew that Batman was gone... But people did know his allies were still around. This was an interesting way to get their attention, and it worked.

Nightwing appeared to the scene to see Tim Drake standing in front of a woman dressed in white. White suit, white shoes, white everything... Upon further inspection, Dick's heart dropped. Leaving him a bit sad that he knew something was going on with her earlier. "Miss Dent. Glad to see you made a full recovery." Nightwing said, walking up next to Robin. "What exactly do we need to talk about?"
