I think now we just need Velona, Ovaan, and Eve to step through the portal, but @NacNak hasn't been on in 5 days.

Alina Leora Kim

β€” Ϋ΅ ۞ Ϋ΅ β€”

Location: Iris Cabin; Camp Half-Blood - Long Island Sound; New York.
Interacting With: Jamie Walker @MarshiestMallow

Alina was enjoying her coffee when she noticed someone pulling up to her cabin with a horse trotting alongside them. She looked closer and realized it was the gender fluid child of Hermes and Julie's older sibling. They weren't exactly close, but Alina didn't mind them. Though she always had a feeling that they were hiding something. It could be the nagging feeling she gets around most Hermes kids. They were often shifty, but at the same time Alina felt like they were someone who wasn't all that bad.

"Late start to the day? Bummer. Was hoping for some answers as to what the fuck is going on. Thought it was a tower day... must have got the days mixed up... "

Before Alina would give her response she'd take a dramatic sip of her coffee. Once she was done she placed the cup on the armrest to her left and licked her lips. "An early start to the afternoon actually. Your sister woke me up. But no, you didn't the mix up the days. The tower event ended early with Pierre from the Morpheus Cabin as victor." She took a slight pause to figure out how she was going to deliver the next news. "But as for your real question, Erin Chase has the quest of clearing her name in the case of Aphrodite's stolen dove. Beyond that I unfortunately don't know. Your brother on the other hand may have more information. You know how close those two are. Oh right, before I forget. Welcome back."

Interacting With: Mother Dearest

Alina peeked from underneath her comforter to make sure that Julie wasn't waiting silently for her in her room. She didn't know how the girl got into her room. No matter how many deadbolt locks she puts on the door the kid always finds a way. Her eyes scanned the room and to her relief she was the only one present. She sighed softly and uncovered her face fully, but still wasn't in the mood to make the giant move from her bed to the floor. Instead she decided to make a call.

Alina waved her hand out to form a stream of rainbow light next to her bed. "Call mommy."

Almost immediately someone's clothed back was shown propped right on the rainbow screen. "Huh. I don't hear the familiar sound of drachma being deposited into my account. It must be my beautiful daughter." Iris turned around revealing that she was wearing a Double Rainbow T-Shirt. She stepped backwards putting her face into the picture. "Ah, that's better." She paused checking her wrist and the watch that clearly wasn't there. "Why are you still in bed?"

Alina rolled her eyes. "Hello to you too, mother. I was just about to get out of it. Thought I'd check in before I do."

"Is that your way of saying you missed me?"

"Of course not. Don't make me gag. This is why I don't like people."

"I'm a goddess, dear."

Alina let out an exasperated sigh. She was starting to wonder why she made this call in the first place. Why was she calling again? Oh, that's right. "This Erin situation. Do you have any juicy intel?"

"Now, Leora. You know I don't like to gossip." She leaned forward putting her face directly in front of the screen. "Just a few whisperings so far. Most of the gods and goddesses don't believe she did it, but no one's brave or patient enough to challenge Ares' accusation. Some don't even think that a demigod was the one to do it."

Alina could've surmised that herself. The timing may have been convenient with most of the campers returning to camp, but stealing a sacred symbol wasn't an easy task. Even if a demigod was responsible they would have had to have gotten help from a god or goddess. "So nothing."

"Uh... Rude. This did just happen, you know. Give the rumor mill time to turn."

"You'll update me when it does?"

"Of course, dearest. Now, ciao. Some of us have to work for a living." She blew Alina a kiss and watched as she blocked it with her comforter. Iris shook her head with a smile and disconnected the call. The rainbow stream broke into tiny pieces as they fell to the ground only to disappear once they made contact.

Once her mom was gone Alina reached her hand out to grab where her mother's invisible kiss had landed and released it onto her cheek. She slid like a snake out of her bed and onto the floor. Her buttocks hitting the cold floor was the push she needed to get to her feet and start her morning routine. She walked to her bathroom to begin there. She washed her face, brushed her teeth, brushed and styled her hair. She decided not to put on any makeup this morning. It wasn't like she needed it anyway.

Afterwards she made her way to the kitchen and prepared some coffee and when it was ready she poured it into her favorite gold cup and decided to enjoy it outside. On her way out she grabbed a robe from the living room couch and put it on without missing a step in her walk or spilling her coffee.

When Alina stepped out onto the porch she was hit directly with the sun's rays. The light causing her melanated skin to shimmer and glisten. She sat in the chair nearest to the door and took a sip of her coffee. "Ah. Perfect."

@King Kindred

Hmm... I’m not sure about this one. Lil Jon, what do you think?

Well, there you have it. Off to the Character tab with you.

Thank you Lil Jon. Thank you, Enter.
Do we really have to do this again? Okay, fine. One more time.

What’s your name?
It's Catherine Davis, but everyone calls me Caty. And don't you dare call me Cat.

How old are you?
I'm 18.

What do you look like?
You can take a picture if you want. This is my face.

And this beauty? She's my pride and joy.

What did you do before the Recluse incident?
I guess I'll start at the beginning. My brother Danny and I are miracle twins. Hell, they weren't even expecting me. But I'll get to that. My parents tried so hard and for so long to have a baby and they almost gave me up. Then one day they were pregnant. They were so overjoyed. During the entire pregnancy they thought they were only having one child. A boy. Apparently I was hiding under Danny the entire time, but when the time came for us to be born I decided I no longer wanted to hide and popped out first. Their little girl was in the world and already taking charge.

Ever since I was a kid I've always known I was... different. My mind was always fascinated with learning about almost everything and I soon realized it didn't take me long to understand what I wanted to know. Our parents noticed Danny and my interest in science immediately and did everything they could to support us and give us what we needed. Honestly you couldn't ask for better parents than David and Denise. I love you mom and dad!

Where were we? Oh right. High school. This is where the wonder twins started going their separate ways to find themselves, ourselves. Danny focused more on science club and I was forcefully thrown into the world of cheerleading. It wasn't like I tried to resist it. I kind of just went with the flow. I still took all AP classes, but when you didn't look like a nerd no one cared about you being smart. I didn't want to flaunt it either. I just wanted to have fun and make new friends.

Outside of school I was allowed a bit more freedom. Despite my rigorous cheerleading schedule I managed to sneak in gymnastic and martial arts lessons. They spoke to me just as much as science did and I will always have a passion for them. I'm a practitioner of Jeet Kune Do and Hou Quan aka Monkey Kung Fu. But despite this and this tough exterior I present I'm really weak.

I've never told anyone this, not even Danny, but I watched my best friend die. My friends and I were hanging out in the city after Prom. My best friend wanted to get something from the gas station so I went with her. I thought it would be fine. I mean I lived in New York all my life and I was a skilled martial artist. But in that moment none of that mattered. After we left the gas station we were approached by two guys who wanted to get our numbers. We politely declined, but they became really aggressive after that. I froze, but Liz wasn't scared. She smacked one of them and told them to get out of there. This ticked him off even more and he pulled out a gun and the next thing I know they were gone and my best friend was dying in my arms because I couldn't, because I wouldn't... do anything. I'm sorry, can we take a break?

Alright. So I managed to get through the rest of senior year without suffering a meltdown and graduated as Co-Valedictorian with Danny. We received scholarships and acceptance letters from every college we applied to and even ones we didn't. But my heart wasn't fully in it so we decided to stay in New York and attend Empire State University. We also got accepted as interns to a prestigious lab so I guess that's cool. It's honestly been nice to tinker and experiment again. It helps me keep my mind off... you know.

What happened after the incident?
Super Strength: 15
Agility/Speed: 20
Durability: 10
Regeneration: 10
Spider-Sense: 20
Mutation: 25

Queen of the Web: So you know how I suddenly gained all the powers of a spider? Well, minus the webs. I gained something freaky instead. The ability to communicate with and control spiders. It's like I have this empathic and psychic connection with them. It's weird, but surprisingly comes in handy.

My brother and I decided we weren't going to let the lack of webs stop us and together with our resources at the lab we designed our own web-fluid and web shooters. We've been working on different concepts for different versions of the webs.

Do you believe in aliens?
Uhhh... Yeah. You'd have to be some kind of idiot not to. Give me a list of everyone that said no.

What are your goals for the future?
My goals? Despite everything that's happened I still want to stay in school and in my internship. But I also want to get a grasp on these new powers and use them for good. I don't want to be afraid anymore. My ultimate goal though? Find the ones responsible for the Recluse Incident and make them pay for killing my dad.

You lived in New York for a while now, right? What do you think of the city?
I love it. It's my home. It can be dark, dangerous, and dirty sometimes but I wouldn't trade it for the world.

How much technology do you use on a daily basis?
I'm a science intern. Think about it.

What do you like?
I like art, music, tv shows and movies.
I love Game of Thrones.
I love science, gymnastics, and martial arts.
I like men and women. You didn't think my brother was the only one waving a rainbow flag, did you?
I like learning and I like video games. I'm also kind of secretly into sports, but I couldn't focus on everything. I'm still only human.

What do you dislike?
I hate bullies. Especially homophobic jerks.
I hate murderers. People that can kill someone so easily and for no sensible reason.
I never wanted to see another gun after Liz died.
I don't like tea and I'm afraid of getting addicted to coffee so I avoid it.
I'm afraid of failure or letting everyone down.
In related news I hate the pressure to feel perfect.

Do you think true evil exists?
Absolutely. It may not be all black and white, but true evil took Liz and my daddy from me.

What’s your favorite color?
Lavender like my blunts Color Code = E137E3

Favorite song?
(Will add after approval.)

Anything else to add?
I'm fluent in French, Spanish, and Dothraki. I told you I love Game of Thrones, sue me.
I can sing, but I don't.

What are your thoughts on these people?
(Will add after approval.)

Damn. Everybody was ready.
I might be able to bring my Spider-Girl back. I'm interested.

Zeru Troy Williams

β€” Ϋ΅ ۞ Ϋ΅ β€”

Location: Sword Fighting Arena; Camp Half-Blood - Long Island Sound; New York.
Interacting With: Random Camper #5 and Fiamma @Venus

The sound of a very familiar giggle traveled through the air until it reached Zeru's ears causing them to twitch with alertness. He scanned the area looking for the source and there she was. His Flamebird was back. He hoped she would've gotten to camp the day before but she didn't and his bed was lonely without her. He couldn't wait to hold her in his arms again. The knowledge that she was there reinvigorated his desire to win this and fueled his strength. Camper Number 5 was now in trouble.

Zeru responded to Fiamma's wave with a wink and turned his attention back to his massive opponent. "I'm done feeling you out now. It's time to get a little serious. I do hope you can still entertain me a bit."

Zeru twirled his blade around as both as a taunt and as a dramatic lead up to what he was about to say. "Names are important to me. They hold both meaning and power. It's why not everyone at camp knows my name. Now this sword here is called SkySlicer, for multiple reasons. When I finish explaining why this fight will be achoo-over." A look of annoyance crept onto Zeru's face. When this fight was over he was going to get to the bottom of these poorly timed sneezes. But for now he had to focus. He tightened his grip around the hilt of his sword and rushed towards Camper Number 5. Before he could get the chance to swing his giant sword Zeru beat him to it causing the camper to parry Zeru's blade. But that didn't stop or slow down Zeru. He corrected himself and swung SkySlicer once again causing another clash of blades. A hum could be heard as a dim blue glow surrounded Zeru's blade.

A smirk formed from his lips and faded just as quickly as he sped up his swings and drew his arm further back with each swing. At first glance it would seem like Zeru was sloppily swinging hoping to gain some kind of edge and it would seem that he was gaining that edge. Because with every swing of his blade he pushed Camper Number 5 back and forced him on the defensive. "Reason number one."

Zee jumped backwards finally giving the Camper the space he needed to recollect himself, but he wouldn't have long because as soon as he landed on the ground he swung his sword releasing a crescent wave of wind speeding directly at his opponent. "It can slice with the power of the sky."

Five's eyes widened in shock, but something like this was to be expected of the son of the sky wielding a blade named as such. But he wouldn't have cared if he was the son of Ouranos. None of that meant anything in this fight. He gripped the hilt of his greatsword with both hands before lifting it above his head and slicing the projected air in half. He managed to save himself from any threatening damage, but the split pressure of the wind cut his cheek causing blood to trickle from the wound. He touched the blood with his hand almost in disbelief. He couldn't get hit with that directly.

"Reason number two." Zeru intended to speed things up a bit more now. He made another dash towards Five, but once he was halfway he threw his sword into the air and continued to charge without a care in the world. Was he mad? Suicidal? Both or neither? Five didn't have time to think about it. He just knew that he needed to beat him now before he had the chance to enact any plan of his.

When Zeru was within his range he brought the sword down aiming to slice the unarmed prince, but Zeru dodged it with almost no effort on his part. He anticipated where he would swing and knew just how to react in order not to die. He had to if he was brave and foolish enough to get this close without a weapon.

Five tried to swing again before Zeru could close the gap even further but his blade was met with SkySlicer that was seemingly moving on its own. But in reality it was riding on the wind that was being controlled by Zeru's will. "It can ride the currents of the air. And reason number three."

It was time to end this. SkySlicer dropped from the sky into Zeru's grip. He swung the blade horizontally at Five knowing he'd have to block it and not parry. This time when the giant sword clashed with Zeru's the humming intensified and cut straight through Five's signature weapon and continued until Zeru stopped his swing just short of bisecting his fellow demigod. "It can slice through anything. Even the sky. Anyway, I win." Zeru's seriousness faded and he smiled before double tapping his hilt causing it to transform back into a necklace pendant.

Camper Five sighed and dropped to the floor. Not only had he lost, but his sword was cut in half like it was nothing. Feelings of anger started to surface, but he forced himself to remain calm. It wasn't like he couldn't get an even better one made. The better fighter had won and he was just lucky that his sword was the only casualty. "You wanted to know my name, right? It's Dave."

Zeru raised an eyebrow at the revelation. Dave? Seriously? He did not look like a Dave at all. A Luther or Luke, maybe. "Well, Dave. Unfitting name by the way, but I'm Troy. This was fun. We should do this again sometime, but for now I have to see the sun about a goddess."

Dave had a look of clear confusion on his face, but shrugged it off. He took his broken blade and left the grounds to head to the forges.

Zeru watched him walk away without even saying goodbye. It didn't matter. They talked better with their blades than anything else. He turned in the other direction following Fiamma's path to the Apollo Cabin. He hoped her sisters weren't around. As much as he liked them he wanted some alone time with his little Strawberry. When he reached the steps of the cabin he felt his nerves building up. He fought a giant armed maniac with no issues, but seeing his girlfriend after all this time filled his stomach with butterflies. He overcame the sensation, walked up to the door, and knocked.
