Mind that, even as a NPC (if you choose to go this way), you still cannot add him on this battle. Upgrades must gained during intermissions and Zeruel didn't began this battle with the ability to summon him noted on his CS.

I mean, death around the Nexus is cheap, almost no one gives any serious thought about it.

As for not your new character joining the current battle, that's really a no. Even if you didn't have Gelgath there at the moment (locking your character limits), the battle is too well underway to admit more reinforcement to any side. Kushiel will have to wait until this battle is over to do his debut and, if you ever plan to use he and Zeruel at the same time, you'll be forfeiting any other characters. You get that, right?

Personality:
Kushiel is a calm, kind-hearted and polite soul who will do his best to keep everyone in Heaven healthy and heal those in need. He has vowed to do everything in order to not loose a patient of any kind, regardless of their species. However he does get extremely down when the person he tries to save dies in his arms, becoming depressed for several days and tends to blame himself for not being fast enough. As if it isn't stressed enough, Kushiel is also a major pacifist and does everything to not kill or seriously hurt anyone, only using some factors in self-defense.

History:
Kushiel had always wanted a life of simplicity and peace. Born in Heaven, he was the son of two Angels who adored him greatly. They took care of the little angel and made sure he was in the best hands. He was always a quiet one, not speaking much in school but determined to study to the best of his capabilities. Yet while learning about the War that was going on in his era, he always hated this idea of killing and suffering, the lost of loved ones and the horrors of bloodshed. He would avoid war altogether, refusing to go into the armed Angelic Forces. Eventually, he would refuse in killing anything, not even a simple annoying insect or bug. However, the war was growing tougher as the days went by, and eventually Kushiel was convinced by his parents to serve his part, under only the condition that he heals his allies rather than to fight.

During his training, Kushiel still did all he could to study in the ways of his newfound magic skills, with his mentors liking him a lot for his commitment. After finishing his training as a certified healer, Kushiel was presented with a gift. He was given a special spear, named Asclepius, one that can both give and take life if only used for absolutely necessary defensive measures. Regardless, the healer vowed to only use the spear to heal and never to hurt others. During the war and eventually in other wars up till this point, does Kushiel continue to heal his allies, the majority of his most severely injured allies behind at an incredible 98.8% survival rate. However, the 1.2% that do die take a great toll on the Angel of Life's emotional state, thinking he hasn't tried hard enough to save them. Regardless, he continues to go into battle healing any who are in need of it.

Kushiel became so famous and beloved, he even attracted the great attention of the leader of the Laguna Angels. Zeruel, having recently gotten himself to power, needed a advisor and a retainer to assist him within the bouts of Heaven. And Kushiel was the best healer out there. While he proved extremely reliable in battle, there was only one problem with him in the Angel of Might's eyes. He cannot kill. That means, he can't protect him properly, let alone himself. It was a weakness in Zeruel's eyes, one that should be purged. But eventually he came to accept his ways and let Kushiel be in his own philosophy. Now bounded by a contract, the Angel Of Life also protects Lord Zeruel from when he's in serious harm, always coming to his aid during his direst of times. But never does it get in the way when healing others that call for his help.

Powers:

• Pain Suppression: Kushiel is able to suppress pain using his spear on his ally or himself. The user will not feel the pain for a brief period of time and can allow him to either get back in battle in a hurry or as a cheap measure if the Angel's mana is extremely low.
• Healing Augmentation Boost: Known simply as "HAB", Kushiel swings his spear over his ally multiple times to activate special healing powers to accelerate the user's healing. Depending on the wound as well as the amount of mana, it can sometimes take from a minute, to several minutes, or even up to several hours. He says the the healing goes by faster when you rest. (A more advanced version of Pain Suppression)
• Limb Regeneration: An extremely heavy mana-draining technique, Kushiel is able to regenerate lost limbs of his patient or of himself. However, it requires an intense amount of concentration and mana to achieve this process. (A more advanced version of "HAB")
• Detoxification: Kushiel is able to detoxify the body of harmful poisons or chemicals of almost any kind, or at the very least stop it from getting worse.
• Divine Shield: Using his spear, Kushiel is able to erect a large shield around him and any surrounding allies, providing cover and defense against any threat, both projectile and physical damages.

Weapons:

• Asclepius: Kushiel wields the Spear Of Asclepius, a spear while originally used for offensive fight capabilities, now also acts as a healing staff for him to wield.

Equipment:

• Herbs, Potions, etc: Whether its to conserve his mana energy both in the infirmary or on the battlefield, Kushiel is extremely well knowledged in medicine and healing-herbs. He usually uses them in a pinch.

This new character seems alright by me. I just don't think that you need that Mana handicap, no one in the RP has to do such a heavy resource management, you could make do without it as well.

Personality: Demented and obsessed. Artoria has ONE thing she cares about, and that is turning the entire world into cute animal girls.

Artoria has some weaknesses towards people who are already animal girls, but usually not ones of the cute type she is oft to transform people into, perhaps oddly. This seems to also/particularly be the case for snake types.

Artoria seems to swing wildly between cowardice and fearlessness, depending on how badly she wants to transform the particular target she has latched onto.

One thing Artoria has in particular wanted to try is assimilating is the power of the gold and silver eyes. But she hasn't bested any silver or gold eye users in combat yet to use her Khimaira Protarchikos on.

History:

The opening blurb about sums things up. Artoria's life before becoming who she is now is relatively uninteresting and unimporatant. And who she is now is relatively simple, a person who obsessively punches people into cute monster girls, steals their powers, and then runs off, not knowing what to do with someone once's she's finally caught them.

Powers:

Manifest Destiny - It is Artoria's personal mission in life to transform everything into cute animal girls, whether they originally be giant robots or insubstantial energy beings, and her sheer force of unstoppable will has granted her the capacity. Upon inflicting what would otherwise be damage* upon a being, Artoria may instead transform them into a cute animal girl in proportion to the damage they would otherwise do. Machina seem to be particularly vulnerable to this, transforming more than they should based on the rather minimal damage punching a giant robot in the shin should. Angels seem rather resistant. Machina also tend to lose more of their power upon such transformation, as they tend to lose a lot of important techno-gear when they cease to be a robot and become flesh and blood, while Angels are frequently already animal people and all their powers still work upon transforming.
*this ability also causes attacks to be treated as type appropriate before considering whether they would do damage. Ghosts, pure energy beings, and immaterial concepts can all be punched into cute animal girl-ness by Artoria's reality warping obsession.

Khimaira Protarchikos - Artoria proved a far more potent Chimera than many many other experiments by Hohenheim, seemingly through sheer will and spiritual compatibility, because her initial physical form was entirely lackluster and ordinary before transformation into a Chimera. Artoria seems to be absolutely insatiable in her ability to assimilate new forms and powers simply by witnessing them, activating them on or off at will with shapeshifting. Even such legendary beings as dragons and the Leviathan don't seem to even require her to stretch her capacity. Of course, for some reason, they seem to have to be in animal forms that Artoria finds cute before she can steal abilities from them, with the odd exception of the Leviathan.

I assumed it was his blade piercing the island just as it was about to hit Ni-Mu. If that's not right, Ni-Mu will try to slice the island.
