⚘ A Brief History
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I've been at this a long time and when I say a long time I mean a long long damn time. I started out with table top, ADnD, back in the 80's, then dived into others: Nightlife, Mage the Ascension, Shadow Run, HoL, etc. Moved onto Online in the 90's. I've been running various incarnations of a single RP group for twenty years now. Worked helping setting up, building, and/or admining/modding various RP forums over the years: Adventure Quest, Priston Tales, War Gods, etc. It's been a long road filled with ups and downs. I'm an evil GM, you've been warned.

Outside of RP, I am a mom. Yup, I've reproduced and there are little Lady A's running around plotting their own take over of the world. I am a published author and once upon a time an award winning poet. I've done a lot in my life. I haven't done as much as I would like. I've grown a lot. I have a lot more growing to do. I love to cook, baker by trade currently. I went to university and majored in Mathematics. I've programmed websites, worked as a model, worked as a 3d modeler. Shit, I even used to dance. And have been known to sing a bit. Jack of all trades. Master of like 3, lol.

⚘ Looking Inside
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This is where I go into my personality. In the past I would normally make some self deprecating remark about how I am a bitch of a GM, pushing my rpers as hard as I push myself and so forth. Not anymore. People change, or perhaps they just come into their own. This can happen at any age. More than that it can happen several times over the course of your life as you discover and rediscover yourself. Everything happens for a reason, usually that reason is ones owns actions. Or inaction's. Right now, I am in a better place than I can remember being in the longest time. I am happy and at peace. I have no regrets. Maybe I should but I don't. I plan on keeping this peace I have found, I went far too long without it.

Currently I am enjoying several things. Some are things I have enjoyed most of my life: Coffee, chocolate, bacon, M*A*S*H. One isn't something I have enjoyed since I was seventeen: being clean and free of poisons in my system. It is beyond description and I love it: One-hundred and twenty days and counting. Music taste is shifting to more mood oriented than anything, strange I am finding a lot of newer Country I am enjoying and I have NEVER liked country. Watching things like Lark Rise to Candleford and being hooked to the point of reading the trilogy. Recently added yoga to my workouts and all I can say is, "Fuckmaste: the fucked up in me accepts the fucked up in you."

This was a situation she wished she was not in and it was clear on the exposed features from beneath her face this was how she felt if one were to look at her. The woman did not seem to hide her want to be away from the situation from widening of her eyes or the thinning of her lips. She caught from the corner of her eye that someone was reaching for her and she could only assume that it was Justice Cobalt for at last glance he was the only one behind her but there was the fact of an unknown door was now open as well and anyone could have come through there with her back turned.

While she noticed the grab, she was unable to get out of the way. Justice Cobalt was easily able to grab her and pull her back towards the door. It didn't matter right then what Dr. Swamp was saying or the four other men, her feet worked quickly to try to retain her balance and she nearly failed but managed to stay on her heels and keep from toppling over. Making a quick glance back to Cobalt she tried to yank her arm free. She did and eyed him before looking back at the four men. Taking in their words and their tone before letting out a huff of frustration.

"Very well," she acquiesced in a tense tone as she stood there.

O'Hare International Airport: Will update once Cecily is posted for after her extension ends.

Grimaldi Books: "Thank you Robert," Adelaide said as she took the ID back and then slipped it across the counter to the men. "Me talking about things is one thing. You telling me what the hell you want in my shop and with me is another," she said in a frank voice before glancing over towards Keystone and quirking a brow.

"I have no idea what they are, I leave that to Wentworth Security," she said as she gave a casual glance towards the camera's. "I deal with books, not electronics or security." Turning she picked up a coffee mug and the pot before pouring a cup and placing it on a small tray. Moving the tray over to the main counter she slid it over to Keystone. He could add creamer or sugar if he wished but she had left it black with a spoon seated next to the cup.

"Robert is correct. So unless you are here to investigate someone casting ancient spells of hokum and fairy tales I really do not have a lot of time to deal with this," Adelaide added as she pulled over a stool and sat down. Crossing her arms over her chest she cast a glance in Roberts direction before looking back at the men.

Grimm, Indiana - Ramada Inn: The woman at the elevator didn't look up from where she stood, just stayed still until the elevator doors opened. As they did a man came into the building. Tall and thin with a ball cap pulled down over his blonde hair. Walking he made a beeline towards the woman and stopped behind her as she pushed the stroller into it. He stepped in silently behind her. Reaching over he hit the button for the elevator and the doors closed in front of them and headed up towards the next floor.

The woman at the desk nodded and handed over a card for Riley to fill out. "Sure thing, how many nights are you going to want? And do you want a single bed or double?" she asked as she held out of a pen for Riley. The card was the typical registration card for places without computers or to have hard copies. Name, home address, telephone number, and so forth. She gave a nod towards Priya as she came in as well. "Be with you in a moment ma'am," she said not knowing for sure if the two women were together or not.

"Hey ain't you that singer?" the woman asked as her eyes lit up a bit. "The one that killed that man here last year?"

Please remember to do this every time you change decks and every time you enter your rooms.

Sailing Sailing: George looked at his sister and then the room. This couldn't be good and Vera was looking rather distraught over the situation. Especially when it was mentioned that her journal wasn't about. Getting up she started to frantically search for it. Tossing things here and there. Shirts, skirts, a dressing gown, knickers. She wasn't paying attention but George sure was as he had to pull said night gown off his face as it landed on him. One could easily see the red creeping into his one exposed cheek as he gingerly placed it aside and cleared his throat.

"Mmm, will go check cargo, and inform the Lord Major," he said before making a beeline for the door and down the hallway. Vera still didn't notice as she was tripping over her own things, falling to the floor, and sending more clothing into the air.

"No good, my journal, all my notes, our map," she kept muttering in a frantic tone under her breath as she tossed a pair of silk stockings over her shoulder. Who they landed on this time she had no idea.

Moving down the hallway it did not take long for the half faced man to find the Lord Major. "Sir, mmm, Lady Munn's quarters have been breached," he started before explaining what he knew and letting the Lord Major know he was heading to the bowels of the boat to check on their luggage and cargo for the journey.

The man looked at Fay and gave a crooked half hearted grin and a shrug. "And just why would you want to listen?" he asked in a tone that had a bit of drunken smugness to it before placing a cigarette between his lips and lighting it up. The bar tender walked over and set another bottle on the top, removing the old, and taking the cash that the man had left there. Blowing smoke out of his lips the man looked back over towards Faye as he pulled the bottle over to him. "Names J.C."

The woman's eyes were dark now as she walked along the main deck and over to the railing, away from most of the people on the boat. Resting her pale hands on the wood her slender fingers ran over it as her red tipped nails clicked against the surface. "Not my first choice of a pleasure cruise," she said to herself as she stood stoic. Several people passed her and one or two seemed to stop before moving on quickly as she cast a gaze in their direction.

The man looked over towards Richard and nodded. "Long enough," he said frankly as he shifted in his seat and straightened his back a bit. "And no, you never do." He kept watching Richard and quirked a brow. "Franklin," he added as he introduced himself in turn. There was a bit of a cheeky grin on his lips and he shook his head. "I don't mind you asking as long as you don't mind me not answering. Not really any of your business now is it?" he said before giving a motion to a waitress for a round of drinks. "So why are you talking to me? Didn't I see you come in with that pretty little woman?" he asked pointing over towards Faye.

Jasper looked over to the woman he had helped earlier and it seemed a thought passed through his mind. Looking over to other woman in the trophy room he went and introduced the two. "Madam, this is Margarete. The Housekeeper of the Manor. Margarete, this lovely young woman is Debutante Blush." Turning his attention more towards Blush he continued but it was clear he was addressing Margarete as he spoke. "Would you be so kind as to show this beauty to the State Room north of the White Room?" he said in a clear and firm voice.

Margarete seemed look a bit confused for a moment before nodding to the man. "Yes, of course," she said curtly before Jasper excused himself from the room and turned back towards the Starry Salon and then north into the Central Hall where he stopped to speak to Oliver. Margarete waited until he left before going over to the woman and finally giving her the once over. "Seems you are in favor in this house, do nothing to break that," she said in a confidant voice. The words were firm and full of warning but there was a bit of ease setting into the woman as she motioned for Blush to follow her.

Over in the Music Room, Envy was having none of "this shit". She moved quickly and with purpose as she made her way across the room and into the Joyous corridor. Her head turning as she spotted two others at the other end of the hallway. Her head tilted to the side slightly as if she was studying them. Perhaps she was wondering just how they had gotten there as she had not seen them go through the music room. There was no need to try to stop any expression coming to her features as her face was nearly fully covered, save her eyes, behind her thick white mask.

The four men were watching and chuckled to themselves. "We do need an accompanist though, no matter whom she is," the blonde said as he came forward just a hairs breath from the others. Looking at Amaranthine and then the two men who seemed bent on keeping her from them. "Should she chose not to, that would be her choice. Though choices are not without consequences," he seemed to warn. A hand came up and wrapped over his shoulder. The light eyes dark hair mans hand on his shoulder. "We only ask you play, not sing," he followed up. "Surely that is fair enough for you have already released that talent to these walls."

Year 5: Update

Date: April 1st, 2012

Dice gods have decided - a little time jump is coming. 2 rounds left for today after this one.

Wayne Maldonado

Location: F5 -> D5 (Fishing Camp Inside)
Skills:Athletics, Detecting

"Perfect," Wayne muttered under his breath. Looking around the place slowly. Seemed they had things locked down for the night, well at best as they could. "Can't stop it Hap. Rain gutters are stuffed with fuckers who were sure they could return things to the way they were. Change is inevitable," Wayne muttered as he started over to where Hank was and Erica (would be). Looking up as the stairs would eventually come down he grinned. "Well hocus pocus mother fuckers, it's magic," the deranged cop chuckled.

"Oh shit today was nothing, remember when we blew up those six nuns? Wait, that wasn't real? Well shit you ain't fucking real either but I talk to you. button your fucking apple hole will you before I shove a Granny Smith up there," he added with a swat to his right. At the stairs touched down he rolled his neck and grabbed ahold of a stair. One step and then another. Then shit went wrong.

The worn out stair case broke free from the ceiling above them and came crashing down. Wayne went down with it, falling flat faced onto it and just laying there sprawled out like a cat trying to ice skate without claws. "Mother fucker that hurt," he grumbled before giving a thumbs up. "I'm alright, I'm good."

Tatiana Newnan

Location: Headland: B4 (Main Map) -> E2 (House Map)
Skills: Survival, Athletics, Orienteering

The guys didn't seem to have much to say but Tatiana didn't seem to care. Ash was there, Jack was there carrying Jamie. That was all she cared about right then. They needed to get inside and get inside quickly. The winds were picking up even more and she had lived in Georgia long enough to know that there was either a tornado close or the straight winds were going to be enough to cause a lot of damage. It took a lot to stay on her feet by the time they reached the back of the house and came up the porch but she wasn't going to risk going in the front door. Just in case the girls didn't hear them, she didn't want to get fired on.

As they got closer she made sure to make noise. "Ve're back! I got them!" she yelled out several times before going up the porch steps. Once there she waited for Jack and Ash to catch up and be there with her. She wasn't going to enter the place without them. Not now. Not when they were so close to actually all being together again. Well as much as they could be since Newnan fell over a year ago.

Tatiana gave a wave to Riley and Amelia when she spotted them inside of the kitchen. It looked like they had had enough time to clear out the bodies. This was good. She knew there were plenty of supplies in the house and they could stay there until they got situated and Ash had a chance to heal some. There were enough supplies in the place to hold up the six of them, five plus baby, for a good month or more without having to leave again if they had to. For all she cared at this point that was just fine with her.

"Hurry, get inside, ve close up things, get Ash taken care of," she said to Ash and Jack as she glanced back for them. "Jamie has playpin in living room," she said to Jack specifically as she waited for him to get the boy inside. She knew they would have to talk but not now. That was an eventuality that could wait and she was in no rush to fill Jack's head with the horrors she had been through over the last year. In fact if she never had to go into it, so be it. Jack was better off not knowing. If he was still half the man she had married she knew he would blame himself for everything she had been through without him.

October 31st, 1943 - A Game To Play

Jonesy say there on the ground, waiting for Bart to do whatever it was he was going to do. Libby looking on and running her fingers through Jonesy's hair as they waited. Once the man was healed he sat up slowly and eventually stood up. Testing the limb before nodding. "Right good, thanks," he said towards Bart before reaching out and taking the small wooden objects. "Fucking hell," he said under his breath with a bit of disgust. "Samson!" he called out.

Ben stood there and smirked a bit before shrugging. "Maybe we can," he said before taking a long pull from the cigarette he was smoking. "But didn't want to have to kill anything to fix Jonesy this time," he added before looking back over to Alexandra. "Oh her? Wouldn't waste her time."

"Hawkins!" Samson said as he stood there.

"What? I'm tired of these games. Why should I hide shit?" Ben asked.

"Cause you know Management," Samson said before turning his attention towards Jonesy who was still calling for him. Shaking his head he walked off, leaning heavy on his cane as he did.

"Bunch of bullshit in my mind," Ben muttered under his breath as Samson made his way over to Jonesy and Bart.

"What is it?" he asked and Jonesy shoved the wood to him. Looking at it he rolled it over in his short stubby fingers before looking up at Jonesy who pointed towards Bart. "Where'd you find these kid?" he asked as Jonesy reached out and took them back.

Ben huffed a bit. "Fucking family reunions," he muttered under his breath before taking another puff from his smoke. The carnies were working to clear out the mess from collapsing of the Ferris wheel as the bearded woman shut the door to Managements trailer as she came back out and started walking towards Ben. Ben caught her eye and turned around. "So, where's the grave?" he asked as he started walking away from the carnivale set up with some rather long strides.

Scotland

Two Carriages Passing: "Scottish actually," Rutherford growled and Lady Kirkpatrick quirked a brow and shook her head.

"Then you have fallen far young man," Sally quipped. Millicent took a step back, surprised that anyone would speak to Rutherford that bluntly but the old woman stood her ground. "Either way, matters not. We will be using your carriage to return to my home."

"That is presumptuous of you," Egerton stated flatly. "Who says we will take you anywhere?" he followed up. "I do not share my carriage with just anyone."

"Where you hit on your head as a small child?" the Lady Kirkpatrick said as she leaned against her cane and cast a glance towards Maeve.

"Ma'am, you two look as if you could use a hand, what can we do to help?" Millicent said quietly but loud enough to be heard as she stepped forward. Her eyes looked over towards William for a moment before looking back towards Sally and Maeve. "I am Millicent Wyndham," she said, introducing herself. "This is Lord Egerton and this is..." she began to say but was cut off.

"Lord Rutherford, yes I know who he is," Sally said with a bit of disgust in her voice but her eyes were on Egerton.

England

Two Ships Passing: Hazel chuckled and looked back over at Fyror. "Oh I wouldn't miss this wreck if ye paid me, come on," she said before she climbed over the ledge of the crows next and started moving down the ropes quickly. "Ludwig!" she called out as she waved.

"Mazel Hazel! Ye Ginger Scallywag! Aye! Aye! Mazel Hazel Lazel!" Ludwig called out and waved over excitedly, nearly loosing his balance and toppling over the edge of the small fishing boat. He caught himself and ungracefully climbed the ropes until his feet were planted firmly on the larger ship. The others on Regalia's ship watched the small ship carefully, mostly watching those that were still on its decks. A few passing and patting Ludwig on the back as Regalia stood there watching.

"I know the German, he is Ludwig Zimmer. A bit off balance mentally but means well. Take everything he says with a grain of salt lass. He does not lie but what he says might not mean what you think it does," Regalia said to Colette as a bit of a warning but there was a grin on her lips as she spoke. Moving from her place she stepped to the railing and looked down at Vlad and the other he was introducing. A dark brow perked and she nodded.

"People of Belladonna, you may board," she said and Ludwig rushed the Captain. Ludwigs arms wrapping around her. Regalia had to take a step back to keep her balance but she just let out a sigh and wrapped her arms around the man returning the very overly zealous hug. "Aye, take it easy Ludwig, I am old and frail," she jested before pushing him back and keeping a firm grip on his shoulders. Looking him over and shaking her head. "As disheveled as always."

"Aye, Captain to Captain, where we be?" the older Captain called out from his smaller fishing vessel.

"Off the coast of Scotland, twenty leagues to the north is Port Annan," Marco called out from his station and the man looked flabbergasted. How had they covered so much sea so quickly?

Carlisle: There was a confirmation that what Virginia was asking for would be done, even if their attention was not fully towards the pale young woman. "Yes, of course," the man said before looking back down at the body of Mary. There was nothing the old couple could do for the living right then but they could tend to the dead, as long as they were truly dead. For some of those that their bodies were laying scattered around, that was yet to be seen but it wasn't the main thought right then.

Further off, as Virginia left, there was another battle going on. Or at least coming to a close. Only one remained standing as another body dropped to the ground. A staff clicked against the ground. "Well that was invigorating," a raspy male voice said from the man whose back was to Virginia as she would come to the scene. Turning, revealing his face, he tilted his head a bit, eying Virginia as he seemed to be deciding if she was Soulled or Soulless.

After a minute he shook his head. "Nope, don't have to kill you, good," he said before looking up and seeing the flakes coming down from the sky and moving north. "Damned Minocranies, never a good sign," he muttered between rolling his lips in. He seemed to shrug off whatever thought was in his head before looking back over at Virginia. "What town is this?" he asked. "Because I am sure it isn't Hamburg but I could be wrong, I have been in the past but I am pretty sure I'm not."

Titian looked down at Professor Walnut and there was a smirk playing on his lips as he nodded. "Hell yeah, something in crimson," he added with a chuckle. What in the hell he meant by that was anyone's guess but he seemed rather amused with himself when he said it. Though after a few heartbeats he looked a little confused. Standing there and looking around as Professor Walnut made her way from the room and through the next door. He still hadn't moved, even though he had been the one to suggest they keep moving. Another few moments and he blinked before coming back to his senses and moving to catch up with the woman.

Long legs made long strides simple and he was able to catch up with her in the Joyous Corridor. Looking to his left and then to his right he shrugged a bit. The door was open to their right and across from them. Down to the left the corridor kept going. Look like it went back down towards the front of the house. He didn't see anyone else in the hallway with them right then. "Which way?" he asked. He could see some chairs and a table through the open door to his right. Across from them he could see someone dressed as the other men in the house were it seemed or at least similar. They did seem to have a lot of staff in the building. How many had they not run across yet?

Standing there the woman slowly turned and looked. Watching Dr. Swamp as he seemed to place himself between her and the other men who had yet to enter the room as this point. Yet it wasn't long until they did. She took a step back or two, putting herself a tad closer to where Justice Cobalt was. She had to step to one side of the doctor to be able to see the men as he was far taller than she was even in her heels. It was just how things were, those who were as short as she was had to make due but it was obvious by the expression on her face that she was not happy to have to expose herself more to be able to see right then and once she had seen them she stepped back fully behind the doctor once again.

Turning her head she looked back over her shoulder towards Justice Cobalt, a slight shiver going over her body as the colder air swept over her. It was like being outside but sitting by an open fire. Part of you was warm while the rest was cold. Her eyes went to the door that was now open, one she had not noticed was there before. It was dark beyond the door way and she couldn't see into it. Her eyes seemed to ponder as she looked passed the man who had discovered the secondary exit to the room and then her head turned again as she looked towards the door on the other side of Dr. Swamp. Two exits but she didn't move. Neither were apparently to her liking right then.

There was a long silence from her before she finally spoke and even when she did, it was only a single word but in it, carried a heavy weight. "No." The word was simple, the tone was firm, the delivery was short and curt. It was simply accompanied by a single shake of the head. Whatever their request had been or would be, they had her answer. No.
